Called to see if kids eat free from 4-10 - they said yes. The food was good but when the bill came guess what kids were not free. Had to wait 10 minutes before server came back to table so bill could be adjusted... What kind of scam is this place running???

three of us stopped at the IHOP in Kenna (bra) on the way to the airport. We all had french toast, wife had classic, kiddo had "cinni-stax" and I had "stuffed." All three were winners. One notable point about this IHOP trip-the grits were *perfect*. A lot of chain places don't get grits right, but this IHOP does.

We walked in the manager was really nice and sat us down quickly. First impression was good, but then we sat and sat and waited for about 20 minutes until anyone came up to take our order. I saw plenty of people around us getting upset with the amount of time it took for them to be attended to. The people are nice there, I just think they didn't have enough staff working to attend everyone. Food came out faster than what we thought and in general was good.

Best place to come here after a night out in town or drinking... Customers Service is da best! Super nice and friendly. I guess they are used to the drunk people here late at night. I always leave them a big tip for putting up with drunk people like us. :)

My ham and egg with cheese sandwich came with fries.... but like 10 fries. My potato soup was covered in 3 layers of shredded cheese and a huge scoop of sour cream.... I literally had to RAKE the shredded cheese off the soup so I wouldn't choke on the endless cheese strings. I mean, I obviously don't expect GREAT quality food and presentation here, but come on! The only thing they can't really mess up are the eggs, bacon and hash browns, which is what I usually get. But I have a "bad" habit of ordering the same thing over and over and over and over and over again every time I go some place. So, I tried to mix it up. Bad decision. Next time, I'll just get the same shit. Haha!

This was our first visit to this IHOP. Sometimes we get an IHOP craving, & also my daughter wanted "bacon pancakes"--pancakes with bacon pieces in them (from Adventure Time). We got the nicest waitress, Georgia. She had a very sweet manner, & made sure the special bacon pancake request went through. Then she brought an entire carafe of sweet tea just because my husband mentioned that he was really thirsty & she didn't want him to have to even ask for free refills. She also brought packets of wet wipes for my daughter before she was even sticky. The food (Danish crepes, sunny-side up eggs, bacon, French toast, the bacon pancakes) came quickly & was good (relative to IHOP ;) ). It was Georgia who spurred this review--my eight-year-old said that I because of her I should give a great review on Yelp--I think that speaks to what an unusually nice experience we had here. :)

This place is beyond horrible! Doesn't deserve 1 star. I'm here ordering take out and no one is here to take my order and I've been sitting here for about 10 minutes. I'm looking to find the servers and all of them are in a circle talking! . Finally got my food and my order was completely wrong. Pissed me off. I already was waiting long to have my order taken. I really don't recommend this place to no one. Keep driving!

This was quite possibly the WORST experience that I have EVER had at an ihop. My friends and I all ordered our food at the same time and yet they got their food right away. Half an hour later, I'm STILL waiting for my food. Of course, by that time my friends had already finished eating and were ready to go. I just told the waitress to cancel my order. I gave it 1 star because the service was just absolutely TERRIBLE. The waitress never offered to refill our drinks or see if we needed anything. Also, some creepy bum kept looking at me the whole time I was there. He actually switched sides of his table so that he could watch me while he ate (a picture will be posted). Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to this ihop anytime soon.
