The food was very good. We tried the crab and corn soup, the grilled catfish with crawfish etouffee, the Flank Steak sandwich with fries. The service was slow due to a large table and they had a large to go order. It was Sunday and the place was full. The major negative was the parking lot. OMG!!! Park somewhere else!!!! There are only 7 spaces. People will park behind you and block you in. There isn't any place to turn around either. Once we realized this, we backed out and parked in the business next door that was closed for the day.

The food is delicious! Absolutely love this place! The steak sandwich is sooooo good. It's hard to stray away from it but I also like the fleur de lily sandwich which was great and fresh. The desserts are great too and everyone is so personable. Sometimes it can take a while to get your food but it's because everything is made to order so it doesn't bother me. If your in a rush I suggest you call it in first. The only bad thing is parking and the location but I park in the lot behind harbor seafood and walk. Please go in and try it out!! I have my friends hooked.

Very clean and quaint bakery/cafe. I personally love their king cakes and double decker chicken salad sandwiches on toast. I have tried several of their desserts and all are very good. However, I would like to see a little more in the way of chocolate desserts.

This past Saturday was my first visit here. My rating was only 3 out of five stars. Not because it was bad, but it was much more potential. Prior to this visit, I haven't even heard of this place. My co-diner was recommended to have a cuban sandwich. I came in thinking this was a latin food spot and it turns out to be a bakery. My problem with this business isnt the food, service or location... It is its direction. Let me start off by addressing that the food was "good", the place was clean, the service was friendly and the location is great. My co-diner had the cuban sandwich and I had the "plato tÃpico" (typical latin food). Both dishes where "ok"(it lacked seasoning). More importantly, why am I eating this at a bakery named "Fleur de Lily"? During our dining session a nice older gentlemen that came by to check on our us. Only problem is that he spoke only in Spanish when my co-diner is Caucasian. I asked him to please speak in English because not everyone at the table understood what he was saying. I know he wasn't trying to be rude. Seems that this business seems to want to go in different directions. I also noticed a disco ball hanging from the ceiling. (What's up with that?) Personally, I think that there are different concepts at play. It creates confusion. In the longrun, this lack of direction will hurt the business. I would comeback to buy baked goods and treat it like a bakery-café. My advice is to lose the "comedor latino" concept, aside from the latino food NOT being spectacular... Too many better latin restaurants in the area. I don't see the need to compete.

Service was horrible. The server screwed up our order and didn't bring my food out when he brought my partners food...then when I brought it to his attention he had this crazy look on his face and said "oh I can put that order in for you!" he brought my dish (shrimp and grits) about 20 mins later and it looked like someone threw up in my plate! I sent it back and clearly I won't be back to this place!!!! I'm so pissed be aside we paid so much for parking just to have breakfast here.

I love this place. I work close and never noticed it before. I'm glad I did because now I can get some good food other than chinese and fast food for lunch! My mom loves their cuban sandwiches. I love the chicken tortilla soup and the flank steak sandwich. I also love that pretty much every single time I go in there, they have different pastries available. YUM! Their breakfast croissant is also yummy... I usually get sausage egg and cheese, so good. And it's pretty big for $6. My favorite pastry is probably the almond croissant. I have to give 4 stars because the prices can be a little bit high, but the food is definitely good. The parking sucks, I usually park behind the building because I don't want to get blocked in. Everyone pretty much speaks spanish in there but you can figure it out and I don't feel like anyone is judging me. They are super happy and willing to answer any questions that you may have.

High prices, not a great selection, not the best flavors. More of a coffee shop than bakery. We weren't impressed. This is far from a traditional bakery. If you're looking for different (not exotically different), this might work for you. I had a cookie and a pastry. They were not even ok. I ended up throwing them away.

Nice quiet little bakery. I ordered the croissant sand which with eggs and bacon. Very good and the croissant was very fresh. My bf got the crawfish omelet. The sauce was very good, but too fishy for me to eat for breakfast. Service was a little slow and they did not speak English very well. They had a live guitar player.

Great food, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere. Very clean with good options for breakfast and lunch and wide variety of pastries. Had the steak sandwich and it was delicious along with the tres leches and cemitas. I met the owner and he was very friendly and polite. Highly recommend it!!

This cute little spot is a welcome addition to Williams Blvd. Although the location is a bit awkward (next to speedee oil), it is definitely worth going inside. The self proclaimed bakery has accomplished this, displaying a variety of cookies and pastries. They also have a full menu for breakfast and lunch. If you are looking for a fresher option than IHOP for breakfast, this is it. The bakery also offers soup, salad and sandwich options for lunch. The food uses fresh ingredients and from certain spots you can see into the incredibly clean kitchen. My one complaint is that the bakery seems to be in a bit of an identity crisis. They seem to be afraid to fully commit to their bakery image, which is evident from the variety of latin and new orleans options on the menu. Personally, I think we have plenty of po boy and latin spots in this area already. They are relatively new and hopefully they will have the confidence to stand alone as a bakery in the future. Despite this the food is good, the bakery is cute and clean, and i would absolutely recommend it.

I truly love this little place. They have a good Latin/American menu and I have never been disappointed with the variety of dishes I've tried. Their freshly made desert display of so many different items will make you want to run laps just to try everything. My favorite is the Baleada- I've tried this all over and they have the best ones!! It's nice inside and there is wifi. Parking is limited but not a hassle.

Disappointing deserts & coffee. First off, I was a little confused why the name suggests, French bakery when the sweet items all present as Latin based deserts and candies. I ordered a Key Lime Pie (tart size) and a coconut flan and 2 espresso to go on 8/12/14.The key line tart filling was buried under a mound of some sort of hard whip creme mixture. When I pushed it to the side the filling was stiff and dried out. The coconut flan was stiff and tasteless, definitely no coconut taste as well. The espresso was like an Americano. I reminded the server that I wanted espresso and she said,"we'll, that's how I make it." At that point in my day I would have been fine with any good tasting coffee so I said, " ok." I tasted the coffee only after getting back on the fwy and it had an awful metallic taste like the espresso machine needed to be demineralized and properly cleaned. Save your money for the Starbucks down the road about 15 min from this location.
