This place is on point. First, the fried pickles are *lightly* breaded and crispy, exactly how it should be. Homemade Ranch dressing was great. I got the PB&J Bacon Burger and it was very good (and different). The burger was moist and thick. The seasoned fries were seasoned perfectly. There is just nothing wrong with this place and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

I have to agree with other Yelpers...best burger in Hammond. I have not had an issue with service here but I didn't see much management when I dined here so it wouldn't surprise me. We've gotten take out here from here mostly. I will say this really a sandwich place. We've ordered salad from here only to be disappointed. If you want a salad get Tope La to go or Salad Station...come here for a great burger / sandwich. Their buns really seal the deal. Their burgers are well seasoned unlike many places. The PB&J Burger needs to be experienced. Honestly I could eat it as an appetizer...it's really rich. Cut into 1/4 pieces and share....prior to eating more beef. Good place to try out.

This was on our list of places to eat during a four day stay in Hammond and we almost didn't get there but I am so glad we did! It's a small place and not fancy by any means, which is exactly what I wanted. They also have outdoor seating in the alley but it was a bit chilly to take advantage of that. I order the Sweet & Spicy Chicken Sandwich (friend) and my companion got the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (fried). Both with fries. Definitely go fried here on the sandwiches. My sandwich was the BOMB! If I ever get back, there will be no decision to be made....I'll have it again. They also have a huge selection of hamburgers with different toppings. We saw some go by for another table and they are huge! The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Had the surf and turf (Burger shrimp pepper jack cheese and jalapeño cheddar bun). It was delicious place was busy but got a seat at the bar. Ashley waited on my and was friendly with a nice smile. I would recommend to come in and try it out. I know I will the next time I'm traveling through. It is a bit off the highway but thought it was worth the drive time.

Need to fix the AC! Food was ok but it was crazy hot in there. Waiter said AC was on but we were all dying and suggested they turn on the ceiling fans. We were told, they don't work! It's south Louisiana, get air conditioning!

Well, I was in Hammond and Your Moms had great reviews so I had to try it! Service was friendly and the Shrimp Po Boy was delish. The seasoned fries came out cool and a little soggy. You definitely want your Po Boy "dressed", that yat talk for "with lettuce and tomato". The place filled up for the lunch crowd and everyone in there seemed like regulars. When, in Hammond next, Ill be back!

The food is outstanding. Never once have I had a bad burger at this place. My wife likes the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich. The cream cheese and candied jalapeño pepper spread is really good. The service is hit or miss and I blame management for that. We'll have great service on e night and sometimes its slow the next.

Food was OK. Roast beef sandwich had close to no roast beef on it. I basically got a lettuce and mayonnaise sandwich. Waiter never brought bill I had to ask

Overall the food is good. The service is ok. Hit and miss. Menu is full of good looking items and they offer a daily special that well priced. Tables a really beat up and look to be rescued from another restaurant. If you need the bathroom good luck. Te door is hard to define. Inside it would not pass health code. No way to wash your hands, holes in the walls and ceiling and no paper products or blowers. In the future I would only return for take out.

I've only actually dined in here once. The other times I've just ordered Togo. Either way, both of them were good. The food is yummy. I've only had the turkey burger, but I fell in love with it at first bite so it's hard for me to try something else. Anyways, this place got good burgers! Also love the name of the place.

I had the BBQ burger on jalapeño cheese bread.Was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Menu states all burgers will be cooked to medium well but they can cook it however you want. Thought I may have needed mayo but after a couple bites it was just fine with the BBQ sauce along with lettuce tomato and onion strings. Nice stop through Hammond. Check it out.

I go here a lot and the burgers are awesome! The "Good Morning" burger (fried egg, bacon, burger, sourdough bun) is the Bee's Knees. I haven't had an issue with service, but it gets crowded sometimes, so be patient and the staff will get to you as soon as they can. During the warmer months, there is an outdoor seating area. Love this place!

This place surprised my husband and I. A friend of our suggested lunch here and yes, we were pretty skeptical. But, the food was amazing! So many burgers to choose from. Will be eating here again!
