It is a chain. Great service here in Hammond. Love their sandwhiches. More than a stepbup from subway. I'd recommend their beef and cheddar briskit sub add jalapeños. All their sub's are amazing though.

I always enjoy eating here, good food and a step above subway, better than Quizno's. I love how they support firefighter's & first responders. They aim to make tasty food that is Health conscious, it doesn't weigh you down. They have a wide variety of condiments and drink options including fresh brewed sweet & unsweet teas. I make an Arnold Palmer out of the lemonade & unsweet tea :) Cookies, chips, brownies too. They're always fast & friendly, and they do catering as well. Very clean, plenty of seating. Try Pappy's white lightnin BBQ / hot sauce, also their in house sauce is great "Captain Sorensen's."

We are Subway regulars on the West Coast, but got a coupon at the football game, after talking to a really nice lady and heard one of our friends liked it. I ordered one of the less than 500 calorie sandwiches and absolutely loved it! My husband ordered the one that sounded like a Philly Cheese Steak. (I can't remember the name of either one.) Probably because he was expecting something more like the original, he said it was "okay" - but he sure ate all of it! The service was excellent and staff all super friendly!! Given the choice, I would chose this over our standby Subway - but, alas, there are no Firehouse Subs in Oregon.

We were greeted at the door by the employees and asked immediately if we would like help with anything. After reviewing the menu, we placed our order and received friendly service by the cashier. Once we paid for our order, we sat down and within minutes our order was carried to us. Twice, an employee came to our table to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. The food was outstanding!!! Very fresh and delicious. There is absolutely NOTHING you can complain about here!!! We will be back for more!!!!
