Went their last night. WAYY to overpriced, it was hot, and the service was mediocre. I'm from LA and the food was WAY too spicy. Portion sizes were average. Got the DC's Cajun Catfish and 4 shrimp for $2. The shrimp was not even hot by the time it got to the table. We ordered a kids meal fish and it was overly spicy that we had to send it back and ask for no seasoning. It's a good place to meet up with a group of people but the prices don't add up to the amount of food. Not a huge fan this time.

I wasn't too impressed with this place the few times I've been there with friends. I've had much better food for the same prices. To me, most of their food tastes like something I got from a grocery store freezer section.

Crawfish are the best spiced anywhere. My only complaint, you can only order 5 pound batches, no more no less. Fried food is spiced perfect. Don't expect fancy, you are in Eunice, wait staff is on it and friendly

The oysters were awesome. The Gumbo was a lot to eat for a really good price. I was very satisfied my first time to Eunice. I will definitely come here again.

This place had GREAT chicken and sausage gumbo. The waitress was cool and it is good that they don't allow smoking anymore. The decor could use some work. Its very dark inside -does it want to be a restaurant or bar? It seems like it's not sure...

I honestly give this place 3 stars. Its a good place to get together with friends and watch sports and have a couple drinks (if they make them right). The seasonal crawfish is the best part of this place but honestly its really hard to mess up crawfish around here. Every other place in town serves good crawfish too. So lets get to the negatives about this place. 1. Typical "sports bar" apps and entreess. Nothing inpressive. 2. Prices are a little high for the amount of food you get. 3. The Bar. 4. The bar. 5. I wouldn't even classify this as a real "bar." The bartenders give odd look at you when asked to make a COMMON cocktail such as long island, gin & tonic, hemmingway, tom collins, ect. I once was there eating and watching a game and asked for a gin & tonic. The server said "i dont think we serve that" to which i replied,"yes you do just tell the bartender." I was waiting for my drink about 10 minutes and the server comes to appologize for the delay but they are trying to find some tonic........TONIC. this is a BAR!! You should have a steady supply of fresh tonic. I finally got my drink. My first thing i noticed is that it was servec in the same glass they serve water and soda in.. You'd think a BAR would know what kind of glasses to use for drinks, cocktails, wine, champagne, but i guess not. I took a sip. Tonic was flat. But all in all besides the "bar" issues, this is a good local place to come and hang out with friends, eat, drink, play pool, and watch sports.

Waitress was very prompt and courteous and when people say "anything fried is good" they meant it. I had the seafood sampler (stuffed shrimp, fried catfish, fried oysters and hushpuppies) and everything was fried to perfection. Only knock is the smallest order of crawfish you can order is 5 lbs. Other than that definitely recommend this place.

I've only had the Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, but it was good. Nicely flavored, sausage is a little spicy, and big chunks of chicken.

I was in Eunice for a baseball tournament. After we lost out, we decided to get a good meal and I'm very picky with my reviews. My boys and myself inhaled the complimentary bread, it was excellent! My wife ordered and appetizer as her meal, the crab cakes topped with etouffee and a side of the baked potato soup. I had a taste of both and they were both great. My son, with a huge appetite, ordered the country fried steak. It must have been good because he is also picky and ate the whole thing. I ordered the Cajun Ribeye, which is a steak topped with crawfish etouffee. I rarely am satisfied with restaurant steaks because no place goes all out and takes chances. Most restaurants only season their steaks with salt and pepper. Well, I was extremely please with my steak at DC's. It is definitely in my top 2 as far as restaurant steaks. Plus, the baked potato was simple and tasty. Also, the side salad with honey mustard dressing was the same. Service was also excellent. The table hockey game took our money at first. The manager came and fixed the problem right away. The servers went the extra mile for my kids. Once of the hostesses even took my 3 year old with her behind the bar to get change so he could play games. I will definitely return to this restaurant every time I visit Eunice.

Had dinner in Eunice on a Monday night -- fairly late, starting to close down sections. It's a repurposed Ryan Steakhouse (maybe a former Golden Corral??) type of place. But, now it's a sports bar with seated restaurant in a strange mix of sports & country decor. In the restaurant section, the side tables have tv's on them, so if you don't want to watch what's on the big (huge) screen tv, you can watch what you want. The down side is the noise level, particularly if the table next to yours has their tv cranked up to something you don't want to (wouldn't want to) watch. Basic sports bar (lots of appetizers, stuffed baked potatoes, etc) & cajun steak house menu (fried seafood, fish, sandwiches, steaks & Cajun basics) -- nothing stellar, but all was pretty good. The Crawfish Etoufee plate ($8.95) was delicious & plenty of food. Stuffed Shrimp appetizer -- not enough stuffing & a bit over fried. Great beer menu, as one would expect. Decent (cheap) wine list for a basic glass of wine. Happy Hour specials in the bar only. Nice waitresses & quick service. Not much to choose from when driving through Eunice -- but it was decent enough to stop at again.

Didn't eat here, but we had a few drinks. The drinks come in a styrofoam cup with a lid, apparently you can get a cocktail to go via the drive-up. Oh Louisiana and your funny liquor rules. There was a good crowd here for a Thursday night, seemed like a number of guys in Eunice for work. We'll go again, I'm sure.

Basically, one of the only restaurants to eat at in Eunice, LA that is decent. The food was pretty good. Fried eggplant rocked! Who would have thought? I got the chicken breast, which was good, but the vegetables on the side were gross! Tasted like they had been previously frozen, not fresh. Yuck. If you eat here, go with something safe they can fry. My husband got the rib-eye and said it was really good! Service was bad, everytime we asked the waitress for something - she acted like we were putting her out! What's up with that???? My five year old son had fried alligator for the first time and ate the whole appetizer plate! Anything is good fried!

Ate here when passing through during work. Had fried oysters which where pretty good but small. Steamed veggies where bland. Overall decent quick lunch choice.

I've eaten here every time I've been in town but I'm new to Cajun Cuisine. I have had the Gumbo and the fried alligator and both were wonderful. The gumbo had large chunks of chicken and a bowl is enough to serve as a meal. The fried alligator tastes like very tender but slightly tough chicken.
