Nothing here is going to blow your mind. Inconsistencies all over the place with service and food. However, not to extremes to stop us from coming back. New menu items can be hit or miss in terms of flavor and pairings. Lets be honest, you come here for convenience and most times, good value when your too tired/busy to cook and Chili's suits that purpose just fine.

Best chili's I have been to yet, awesome service and food was excellent. The mango chili chicken was awesome and had just the right amount of kick to it.

Wondering if I can put 0 stars on here. I adore all of the Chilli's and there great queso! BUT I ordered a bacon burger and bit into it, finding a long, long, long black piece of hair. We called the manager and she went back to see who had that long of hair, it being obvious that it was a weave. The manager came back, "Oh, we don't have anyone on our staff with hair that long it must have been someone else's fault." Okay first of all eww obviously, if you don't enjoy hairy burgers, do not come here!

Typical Chilis fare. Consistent and reliable time after time. The place was clean and the cocktail area is larger than your normal Chilis. Abita Andy Gator on draft is win!

I thought this place was okay. My coworker and I just wanted to grab a bite for dinner. We went for the two for $20 and chose the Half Order of Texas Cheese Fries as the appetizer. My coworker ordered the Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs (Memphis Dry Rub) with Homestyle Fries and I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta. The Half Order of Texas Cheese Fries was pretty oily but good. My Cajun Chicken Pasta was okay and nothing special. This Chili's was okay but the two for $20 was a good deal if you're trying to save money.

Great Chili's! Friendly and accommodating staff. Food is always good here in better than average Chili's style. Melisa was my server specialist in the bar. =*)

The service here on a Saturday night at 10:00 pm was not very pleasant. Waitress was bothered by the fact that a family of 3 were sitting in the bar area and was too busy to clean the table.

Just a quick lunch between events, tried the half sandwich and soup special. Gotta say the chicken enchilada soup was pretty good. The BLT was as good as I've had, thick crispy bacon, crisp lettuce and large fresh tomatoes on thick wheat toast was great. The service while adequate was not grand, probably as good as it gets in a Chili's.

I know why they take the menus away before you get the food, because what they serve looks nothing like the pics on the menu. Our waiter Carelton made up for the less than mediocre food. He was the best waiter I have had in years. His energy was contagious. Plus he was a step ahead of our needs. On the food note, my mushroom burger had dryed out mushrooms. Yuck.

Decent fare. My wife and I don't get out much these days and when we do, it's planned, but with the forethought that plans may fall through. We try to be strategic about it. Where can we eat that's close to where we're going, and that's relatively cheap (if we have time to eat, once we've actually made a break for it!)...On this eve of a lovely three day weekend, we decided on Chili's after mulling Outback (I didn't want to devour all that bread before the meal (trying to drop a few), which I most certainly would have, and we also seriously considered Tito's (always up for Mexican) on Benton Rd, but having never been there before, we read the horrid reviews here on Yelp and elsewhere and decided, no thanks. So, Chili's it was! Being relatively close to the Bossier Corners 9 Regal Cinema, where we were to see "This is 40" (which is about 40 mins too long, btw, but still funny and relatable to this 42 yr old wm) This being Chili's, we figured it would be somehwhat the same as other Chili's and it was. We got the 2 for $20, with an app and 2 entrees. We got the fire-roasted corn guac, two 6 oz sirloins with loaded mash and brocolli and split a dessert (chocolate chip cookie with ice cream in a skillet-Hey I'd rather spoil the diet on the back end! I'm just trying to lose a few, not my entire body mass!) Dinner was good. Service was friendly. And we still had plenty of time to make the 10pm showing at the old Regal. Oh! And I could see the televisions at the bar, from the booth where we were sitting, so I got to see the waning minutes of the AFC Championship and Tom Brady and the Patriots lose to the Baltimore Ravens, all while waiting for our food-...Nice!

The triple dipper and the 2 for 20 is always the way to go for me. I recently got the triple dipper and as always, chose chicken crispers and southwestern egg rolls. The new addition "Chessesteak Sliders" looked awesome so I tried them. Great meal for the money. Plus, it was 2 for 1 draft! Got two kids meals also and only spent about $30.

Looking for a all around great place to eat? This is the place to go. We went in and got our table right away, and had a friendly waiter. Not to mention the food was delicious and not over budget. I'm pretty sure the only downfall of this restaurant is it was kinda busy and the waiter wasn't to quick about getting us our tickets. It was the time of day for people to come for dinner, so this is completely understandable. So, no matter what your reason is for going whether a night out on the town, or just to relax and have a night to your self this definitely a place i would like to recommend.

I love their food. It's always delicious & the staff is always really nice. We've never had to wait more than about 10 mins to be seated & they have a gluten-free menu which is perfect for me since I have Celiac's Disease. They also have a great "light" menu so you don't have to consume a ton of calories.

Great food, good service- couldn't ask for too much more. The only issue I have ever had with this place is how packed is always is.

Yum! Love the fajitas here. The beef and shrimp are great! Well seasoned and came out hot and sizzlin'! Love the draft choices here and the 2for1 margs are great too. The new spinach queso is very tasty as well! Totally recommend this chilis on a fun night out! Our server Stefan was awesome!

Getting the BEST SERVICE! Left the shreveport location because there's no welcome greeting and we had a rude server "mean mugging" us and never said a word. Walked straight out and drove to bossier and got a happy welcoming by a sweet young man. So helpful and polite. Better experience with this store!
