My order was confirmed at 1:18 and my estimated time until delivery was 37 minutes. I live less than a mile away from my location (I'd go pick it up, but I had a hard time justifying it when it takes as long as it does to get my 3 children into carseats and it was pouring). I'm a patient person, but my pizza did not arrive until 2:36. This is not the first time a pizza from this location has taken over an hour and a half to deliver a pizza without reason or warning, but it likely will be my last. Papa Johns, Hungry Howies, Pizza Hut, Rotolo's, and Reginelli's all have higher costs and I am not as big a fan of their crusts, but I would much rather pay more so as to not have to feed my family over an hour and a half later than expected. This is unacceptable and managers shouldn't tolerate it. I don't think places need to have a "15 minutes or it's free" policy, but I certainly should not have to pay for pizzas that took so long that I had to order something else because it took so long. Jason's still arrived before the pizza, which was room temperature and extremely greasy.

I order delivery from here when I want dominoes and they always accomodate these crazy online coupons I googled LOL! I they take about 35 min even though they quote 45 and the food is always great!

This review isn't primarily focused on the food. You know by now what you get with Dominos. I will say that they have great customer service and they are extremely helpful and courteous. The store itself is also very well kept and very clean. A hard working bunch at this location. Keep serving LSU!

It's either really good or really bad. There is no rhyme or reason. Yesterday I got my pizza really fast as I live really close by. However, the pizza itself was really bad and looked like the toppings had slid from one side to the other. I love Dominos compared to the other chains near by. So I continue to use them. It's great for when you're leaving Tigerland and want a quick fatty bite.

Well there's a reason why this dominos is rated so lowly. DONT GO HERE. I have never had such bad customer service before. My friends and I ordered chicken wings and on the tracker app we were told that the wings would be done. We went to the store we were told that it would take 10 more minutes and that they would call us back. They never called us back and when we called them twice we were hung up on. When we went to the establishment we were laughed at and told we were being foolish. Fuck Dominos!!!
