Doesn't offer sliced beef plate, only chopped or pulled. How backwards is that. I didn't want chopped. I didn't want pulled. I wanted the sliced beef plate that is pictured in all its BBQ glory on the menu above the counter. They weren't even willing to to try. I left. Went to outlaws and filled my craving. Shame I say, that they don't know how to slice beef.

The BBQ was good, but the atmosphere was a bit sterile. They had a few beers available, but nothing worth drinking. If I go again, I'll get it to go, buy a real beer from the gas station next door and eat in the car.

Trying this place out for the first time. Will update the review once we've tried our food. Looks good so far though...

This place is great... The ribs and green onion sausage were amazing!! Had green beans and potato salad as sides and both were very good. The owner served me up and was super friendly and attentive to his customers. Highly recommend.

I am very disappointed to see such low remarks. With my job, I travel all over the world and I live in Texas. I know good BBQ and this place has awesome BBQ. The service is always friendly. My food has always come out hot and fresh and the ribs are amazing. I would strongly recommend the Stranger Tator.
