Flip a coin when you go here, either going to be bad or good. If it's busy, forget it. Stopped by today, took us 45 minutes to be seated....was not crowded. Another 45 minutes to get our food. They forgot our appetizers. Spent almost 2 hours at Logan's today. What a waste. Everyone complains about the service. Got to Texas Roadhouse if you are in town.

A fun place, and ok food, but lord help the service here. More than an hour for the food to come, after a 45 min wait to get seated - I've had that happen to me before sure. Bringing the checks out two and a time, and then taking and returning the credit cards two at a time (party of 10) that was new for me.

Seated in 10 minutes when restaurant was not even crowded (5p). Party of 7 waiter forgot moms tea. Orders were correct but 1 hour so bring a book, or snacks if you have kids that are antsy. I had the steak and lobster. Lobster was dry, steak was ok if not a little undergone. We all had to ask for refills as our order took forever. I was disappointed, I had been there when it first opened and it was much better. Will not go back.

Had the half rack of ribs and a salad with ranch dressing. I can't remember the last time i had ribs this good. Just the right amount of barbecue sauce and very tender meat. However the service has much to be left desired. The waiter was fairly prompt in getting to us and getting our order. However there were five of us eating and brought enough rolls for four. Then, we never saw him again. We had to get a waitress from another section for refills and anything else we needed. The manager was eventually called out when the waitress began hearing our complaints. The manager apologized and gave us a discount on our meal, which we are thankful for, but then had to wait nearly a half hour for the check so we could pay. Also ordered a couple of plates to go for family who couldn't join us and had to wait even longer for that food. (This was ordered when we placed the original order) The food is good enough to come back for and management does care about the guests. Just wish our waiter had cared half as much.

Coldest beer in town! Peanuts galore Just toss shells on floor! Take a partner and order by the pitcher...hot biscuits to boot. Fun crowd... Just sit at the bar and get catered to. Did I mention the burgers were great?

This wasn't my 1st time eating here, but I wish I hadn't! I ordered a steak "medium" and it came rare! All the food sucked actually. Our waitress said she was new but failed to mention she didn't care. Not to mention that the only way we could be served was to flag down anybody but her. NOT going back!

Normally the rolls are great but this time they were well below average, service was great but they were out of kids menu and kids cups not good when you have a 5yr old. The grilled talaria was awesome as always yet they didn't give us but a teaspoon of the salsa and sauce to go with it.

The bar tender at this location is only interested in her regulars and is unpleasant. The food is just ok, the fried food is aweful and the burgers..well, how can you mess up a burger you say? Over salt it, over pepper it, over cook it and service it cold. To go order, good luck on getting exactly what you ordered they way you wanted it. The salmon with dill sauce is pretty good tho. The sides, like the mashed potatoes leave alot to be desired. Go to Texas Roadhouse. Service is better and so is the food.
