i love love love Lyndas. its really no secret. to the dude that wrote a review saying the country ham was salty, yeah, country ham is supposed to be extremely salty. next time get city ham. Lyndas is seriously the best restaurant in Taylorsville. everyone there makes you feel like youre part of the family. what do i get? grilled chicken with sauteed bell peppers and onions and cheese melted on top. their boss burger is a beast!!! my daughter always gets soup and chicken rings. you can finish up with a homeade piece of cake, or pie of some sort. Lynda makes them fresh every day the prices are reasonable, and its cash only. you eat there a time or two, see if you dont love it, too!

Located this little gem by accident on our drive from Michigan to Nashville. As I drove past and saw a few vehicles in the lot, I decided to do an immediate turnaround and go and check it out. As we were walking in about 8 local men had just left. Little did we know how fortunate we were? Upon entering we found there were about 8 stools and two tables. After sitting down, the waitress from behind the counter asked what we would like to drink, we both chose iced tea and they asked "Sweet or regular" ... Sweet please. I knew I had just been blessed! The teas were placed on the counter and one of the patrons brought them over to us -- we felt like we were back in the south and decided to go with the Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes and veggie. The ambiance of this little place was like walking into the 60's with the lunch counter and stools. Locals drop in for lunch, visiting with the other patrons, others stopping in for there to-go orders and even a drive-up window. It seemed like they have a clientele of regulars and must stay pretty busy. The food was good and inexpensive. I think it was like $14 for both of our meals. I would highly recommend a stop at Lynda's. She cooks on the other side of the counter and was very friendly as was the waitress. If I ever have the opportunity to stop here again I surely will!!

I was passing through on a 4 day motorcycle ride with some buddies of mine. We stopped to gas up the bikes while a policeman was doing the same. We asked Fir a lunch recommendation and he suggested Linda's. So we stopped in. I love little places like Linda's Grill. Great hamburger & fries, and even better people. If you are in Taylorsville, KY, stop in, you won't be disappointed.

As Chicago out of town-ers, we are very spoiled when it comes to food. Keep on driving pass this place. I had the country ham which was extremely salty. The eggs were unseasoned but good. Everything was cheap and people were friendly. Restaurant was really small. You'll leave smelling like the food.

Tasty! I had a burger and fries. Large portion delicious food and it was under 5$. Small fun place.

It the best place to eat great food it is a family place they have the best cheese sticks and fries it is a small place they only take cash or checks the owner is Lynda she works there they cook your food fast and it is cheap some times they have cake or pie they also have breakfast food they have lunch to THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY it is a little hard to find if you never been there it is right across from riverbend close to the salt river
