I'm not a frequent Pizza chain customer but several months ago I came into this location to pick up a pizza because I was racing the clock on errands. They advertize Hot & Ready Pizzas and that is what I wanted. Not particular I first asked for a pepperoni pizza, answer the wait would be 35 minutes. How about a cheese pizza, the wait would be 35 minutes. How about cheesy bread, the wait would be thirty five minutes. What do you have that is Hot & Ready? "Nothing, that doesn't start until 4 p.m." Confused I looked at the time and confirmed it was 5:15 pm. Then I looked at the standing room only nine other customers waiting. I cheerfully said I would give them a try another time and walked out. I haven't been back. (Maybe some higher power was keeping me on my low carb diet.)
