Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Good service and fast turnaround to get food. Chips and salsa complimentary. Nothing fancy about the food, its classic Mexican, with good portion size. Food is good, but there is nothing new or exciting that is unique to this restaurant. If you are looking for a fast, good, lunch for around $10 this is a great restaurant.

This place has provided the best customer service over time compared to any of the Mexican restaurants in Radcliff. Average food taste. Cheapest fajitas in Radcliff and taste good.

I've been to Miguel's twice and thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The location is next to Walmart, so it should be pretty easy to find. And it's a Mexican restaurant, which from my experience means that you won't leave this place hungry. Basically, that's just what Miguel's has to offer. Their chips and dip as an appetizer are good, and if you order the Special Dinner for $10.99, it comes with two dishes that I could not finish in one sitting; I had to eat one half and take the other half to go. That's a compliment, not a complaint! The drinks here are also decent from what I've heard from my friends who ordered alcoholic beverages. I just had a sweet soft drink called an horchata, and it's nice to try something new that you probably won't find in many other places nearby. One of the waiters here won't mind striking up a conversation with customers and telling them about how he fled from Michoacan and came to Radcliff because of the violence in his hometown. This is overall a good restaurant and one worth visiting more than once.

Read their Facebook page for more accurate reviews! Such a horrible situation! These guys need to be shut down for their actions and RESPONSES (or lack there of) for the crap they have put our service members through! Horrible place! Horribly managed! I hope they get shut down!

Absolutely horrible service & their poor actions should result in them being closed down for good!

Check these guys out on Facebook for more of an accurate review. Probably not a good idea to visit if you are military.

Low quality service. Never again coming here. Go somewhere else and save yourself from getting rude service. Specially towards the military.

Calling your boyfriend to beat up a soldier because he wanted the MEAL HE ORDERED? You're a disgusting piece of $#|+!!!!

Carne Asada meal was real good. A little bit more than I normally pay for it, but then again we are in the middle on nowhere Kentucky! Would recommend this place for anyone who wants good mexican food.

Not great. The fajitas meat was tuff and chewy. The was an over amount of onions, peppers and tomatoes to compensate for the lack of steak. They should season a little more. Wife's chimmy was also very bland. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Chips for days. Military discount yes so extra star there. The price for lunch can't be beat.

Still on the quest to find a Mexican restaurant in the area that I want to revisit. Prices were very fair, portions were nice, and the wife liked her chimichanga. I just thought it was okay. I'll probably come back but only because I'm fat and it's right outside the Wilson Gate of Fort Knox. And from the outside, it looks like a hole in the wall, but it's surprisingly large inside.

I went here to celebrate a coworkers birthday during the lunch hour and to my surprise it was delightful. Not only were they all decked out in Halloween decor, but the staff were all nice and pretty efficient. They got us in and out with no problems. Our server immediately took our drink orders and brought out some lukewarm chips and dip (which I thought were good). I ordered Spicy Chicken Chimichangas which came with Rice and Beans. My plate also had the traditional fixings at most Mexican restaurants sour cream, pico de gallo, lettuces, and guacamole. My chimichanga was extremely hot w/ melted cheese on the top. The chicken was a bit spicy and I think I saw bell peppers and red peppers, I can't really say because I ate so fast I forgot to take a little time to enjoy the flavors and layers of the dish. I promise to return and do it all over again....The Right Way! Until then, please stop by and try their Chimichangas whether its w/ chicken or beef--I'm sure its delicious either way!

This is a great place to have Mexican food. It is not the best I have ever had, but it is the best around here. Service is always excellent and the portions are generous.

What a great name for a restaurant! First time visiting this locale at this great location, the food was very well prepared and presented. The staff was friendly, with the exception of the host, it appears that he was having a bad day, as he made no effort in communicating with us at all. The restaurant was very clean and food was good, however a person in our table found a hair in the food. We will give them the benefit of the doubt and return for another visit.

Ask for the hot salsa. If it's too hot mix it with the mild. One of the best salsa's in Hardin County.

Cheap, quick and good lunch! You can't ask for more than that.
