Every town would be lucky to have a Lils. Terrific homespun breakfast fare with some savory quiches including a lovely tomato pie. Hand crafted sandwiches, locally roasted coffee and good conversation rounds things out. All in an old fashioned soda fountain ambiance with antiques next door.

We thought the service was excellent and personal. We did meet and greet Lil the owner and she was very personal and yet helpful. She was on the job and made sure we were taken care of. We really enjoyed the homemade desserts especially the blueberry coffee cake and the bourbon peanut butter bar--yum yum! The staff was friendly and the setting unique. It was situated within an antique store with an old style cafe. Oh, and Lil's coffee was really tasteful too! Highly recommend for an unique experience. You will not be disappointed and happy you made the visit to this unique place. Sheila OK

A treasure; they make their own soups & salads. We had a Gteat roasted pepper soup; very good sandwiches; friendly service. This place is a winner !

We had been on the road since early morning and were pretty hungry when we drove into Paris. We only saw a few white tablecloth restaurants, then spotted Lil's in an old JJ Newberry store. We were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed two different quiches (spring vegetable and ham and vegetable) and two pies (coconut cream and apple). Everything was delicious. What a great find. The owner, Lyra Miller, and her staff could not have been friendlier. If we lived in Paris, we would be regulars. Definitely worth a visit.

A lovely old time lunch counter but mediocre food and short on service. Two waitresses, neither of whom spoke until I did. For breakfast I ordered the scotch eggs and toast. Neither the eggs nor the toast arrived hot. The eggs were room temperature, served on a bed of browning lettuce and the toast wasn't even warm enough to melt the margarine that was spread on it. Even though there was only one other guest present, no one checked on me or offered a drink refill the whole time I was there. My waitress silently threw my check on the table as she walked by. Kind of a shame that such a cute little place isn't working harder for repeat business.

Stopped here on our way back from a 3 day camping trip. We were hungry and looking for some good coffee. Got seated right away and then sat there for awhile till finally a server came up to us. He took our orders and left, then 3 more servers asked if we had placed an order after that. We had already been waiting for a long time when finally one of the servers told us they were out of the wraps we ordered. So we had to reorder. We should've only been there for a half hr or so but ended up being an hr and a half for 2 sandwiches n 2 coffees. Place was completely unorganized and servers were just standing around looking confused. Don't come here unless u want to be pissed off.
