    Visited this location on 6/16/2014 James was our server and I felt he gave our table lots of attention was very pleased. To make along story short the service was great the food was great and the beer was cold I would go back.

    Very slow service from the kitchen. While waiting for our table we sat at the bar. We should have eaten there. The service was great and it looked like people got there food a little faster.

    The past several times I've visited Outback, the service out of the kitchen has been terrible. The orders have come out wrong, and the bill has been incorrect. On my last visit on 3-1-15, my mom never got her meal. They brought out her sides, but never brought her pork chops. She finally cancelled her order after waiting 20 minutes. They didn't even offer to get her the pork chops to go. They just told her they wouldn't charge her for her sides. How gracious of them. My sister in-law's steak was over cooked. The steak was sent back and came out like she ordered it, but we ended up getting charged twice for it. My mom finally got the bill corrected the next day, after having to go through two different managers. Not worth the hassle to eat there.

    Very slow service and very dirty counter with food all over it! Bartenders seemed burned out and should not have been there! Had a beer and waited and waited and finally paid and left! Never again! Don't do it!

    Food is decent but every time I want to sit at the bar, the bar top is full of dirty dishes and just a general mess. Clean it up and I'll be happy to come back. Update 3/10/15 - I removed a star for this experience. I stay in this area often for work and tend to eat here often because it's convenient (and because I formerly had a good opinion of the place). But it just seems to be going downhill. I just picked up and finished eating a take-out order. Items were missing (specifically requested dressing), french onion soup was cold, and I had to wait 15 minutes after the time they quoted to get the food. Oh, and this is just my opinion, but the ranch dressing is bland (so I typically mix it with the tangy tomato, but, as I mentioned previously, they did not include it in the bag - my fault for not checking I guess but in my opinion that it's their job to get it right the first time).

    Just okay. Food was cold but steak was tasty. Broccoli slightly overdone and didn't need added butter. Crab legs not worth the extra cost as they were tasteless. Shiraz was quite good and the bread was excellent. Service was great so I can only surmise the great rating from others are based on service, but it is certainly not the "best" Outback ever as others claim.

    is there any way to give a ZERO? Was here 5/3 service poor and food lousy. Thought maybe a bad day tried again 5/11 even worst did not have enough servers (how do you not have enough servers on Sunday after church?) In one section there was 7 EMPTY booths they would not seat NO SERVERS people lined up all over.ordered $17 rib eye very thin no marbeling only grissel could barely chew. Obeviously have switch to a cheaper grade of meat. Management very poor and be replaced..

    Service was kind and attentive (Courtney). Unfortunately, the kitchen sent out a sirloin when a filet had been ordered. They got it right the second time!

    This is one of the best Outbacks that I have ever been too!! The service is great. We always get Prime Rib, steak, or Alice springs chicken. They have call ahead seating, there always seems to be a wait but it's worth it!

    I'm a big fan of Outback. The chain that is. I have had delicious meals here and one mis-step, which was graciously replaced (the entire meal) by the manager. Good save by the way! This restaurant has the best margaritas in Paducah!

    I'll start by saying I have no expectations on chain restaurants. They are different from location to location. We experienced poor service and cold food. The service was slow and lackluster, even when the restaurant was not fully packed. I respect folks when it is apparent they are hustling, but there was just no hustle on the service end of things.

    This is easily the best Outback we've ever been to, and offers quite possibly the best customer service we've ever had! The food was phenomenal, the drinks mixed generously. As con-goers, we aren't the easiest crowd to serve, being easily distracted and overly chatty. Ask for Matt when you get there - he'll treat you right!
