Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I really like this place. It is not the same cookie cutter Mexican joint. The food is actually prepared and has flavor. Great salsa. Didn't have a margarita, so you're on your own.

Excellent food at very reasonable prices. We were travelling through and saw this place when heading to our hotel for the night. We decided to try it out and it was excellent! Very tasty food at great prices, cost us about the same as a fast food meal would have, but so much better.

Decided to eat here while I was on a mini vacation with my husband. Salsa was delicious!! Couldn't get enough. Food came out five minutes after we ordered and it was delicious! Reasonably priced and wonderful staff!

Nice restaurant, no complaints. For the most part it's very much on par with what I'd expect from other Mexican restaurants I've been to. What made this experience unique: the waiter was friendly and a good salesman. I'm not sure how he started talking about it, but when we were going to order he started talking about some specials and a burrito that wasn't on the menu. Said it had avocado, potatoes, eggs, etc in addition to your typical burrito ingredients. Oh, and it was a "big" burrito. Somehow we all ended up ordering it and when it came out it really was a "big" burrito! At least a foot long and 3-4 inches across. Not a bad price either, under $10. Pretty tasty too, though I avoided most of the flour tortilla which would have been overwhelming. Anyway, a unique experience and I'd go back.

Stopped in for lunch. Typical strip mall/TexMex Mexican food. I have had much better at other places. The service was fine and the bathroom was clean. Only complaint was that the server brought a child her order on a very hot plate.

My favorite place to eat Mexican food & I eat it often!

Do you like a place where all of the food has an underlying taste of burnt food? If so this is the place for you!! From the chips to the vegetables, and even the meat, everything tastes like it was tossed with something that was left in the fryer too long!!! On top of the food being utterly disgusting, the seating was terrible. My seat kept shaking like a massage chair, and when I checked behind me, the people weren't moving at all. The Fajita Nachos had the most low quality, gristly, fatty excuse for meat I've ever had. And the just to top it off we sat at the table after the horrible meal for way too long. "Why did we sit there even longer?" you ask. Answer: the ticket said "server will take check". Except 15 min. later when the server who immediately ignored us after giving us the check finally was in earshot and I asked him about the check, and he scoffed at me and said the we were to take it to the counter. Biggest waste of time ever.

Enchilada Ranchero - $6.99 Serving appropriate for price, however I should not have ordered the large Draft beer-32 oz! Food was of good quality and tasty. Good chips and salsa.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while running errands with the wife. Did not expect much so was not much room for disappointment. Food seemed to all be food service pre-made, salsa was bland. So overall pretty blah. With the abundance of new places to try in Paducah. I will not be returning here. The service was ok I guess, but not like the awesome service I am coming to expect from businesses in the Paducah area.

Fast lunch service, have been going here for years. They do have a few "secret " menu items. Ask for the massive choroqueso, or the burrito al carbon. Good stuff!
