Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Visited again at an off time of day, (mid afternoon). Food was fresh and good, and generous quantity, service good. Very happy!

This place was great! It reminded me of La Tapatia in Daly City (San Francisco). The young lady who prepared our food was so kind when my son was a bit indecisive too. The burritos were massive and we were truly filled!

Was not happy with the way the food tasted. The chips were stale, the steak for the burrito had no taste I asked for quacamole and I am not sure what it was he squeezed out of the bottle but any quacamole I know of and tried can't be squeezed from a bottle. First and last time here for me. Being from Chicago and Milwaukee this Burrito place wouldn't last a month.

While on a recent visit to Paducah a friend suggested I eat lunch at a new locally owned restaurant called Eat-O-Burrito. Being a huge fan of Tex-Mex style food, I was all in! Bravo! Not only did they transform an infamous, menacing biker bar into a family friendly restaurant, I had one of the best, build-your-own burritos I've ever had! It was huge ( I had the veggie burrito) and all the ingredients I chose were very fresh. I especially liked the variety of flavored wraps to chose from, I had the jalapeno...yum! All the burritos come with tortilla chips and an array of fresh salsas to chose from. The mango salsa was my favorite. I had enough left over that I ate the rest for dinner and was completely full. Very inexpensive for the amount of food you get. I was most impressed by the care and thoughtfulness included in this eating experience for kids. There's a designated area where kids can play together, watch a movie, or be an artist, all in full view of the parents. So moms and dads, do yourself and your wallet a favor, go have a relaxing tasty meal without the kids demanding your full attention the entire time:) I'm definitely going back, hopefully on a Friday night to enjoy a little live music, a couple of cervezas (that's beers for those who don't speak Spanish), and the fish tacos, which I hear are amazing!

Think Subway, with a Mexican twist. Build your burrito by choosing your tortilla, meat, and toppings. Then choose your drink (I chose beer!). Burritos are large, and cheap. My wife and I spent $20, which includes beer. I don't think you can beat that! The food was really good...my only complaint is that the salsa has absolutely no heat. Also, there needs to be a sign that says "order here" for those unfamiliar with this type of food place. I will be back.

Terrible. We have been here 3 times, always hoping it would improve. The first time was a total disaster but we decided to let it slide since it was the first week they opened. The other two times were equally as bad. Fish tacos were terrible. All of our food came out at different times. The place wasn't clean. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The worst.

I finally ate at Neato Burrito this week. Since this was a new restaurant and I'd heard a few complaints mixed with a few compliments, I figured I would give them some time. It's been about 8 weeks I think, since they opened. To address what I had heard (and read on here) my rice was not at all crunchy. There is now an "Order Here" sign to direct you, and everything seemed to be clean. As far as I know, this is the owner's first restaurant, and I believe that as time goes on - it will really become a great place. Edited on 11/15/13 I've now eaten here three times and I've lowered my rating from three stars to two stars. The food is just "meh." Nothing exciting about it. I don't want to say that it's overpriced, because I think that $6 for a burrito as big as you get is the going rate. However, I'd like the burrito to taste better. In my opinion, the rice is bland. If/When Paducah gets a Qdoba, I'm not sure this little place will stand a chance unless they up their game. I hate that, too - I'd rather support local businesses.

I visited this location with my boyfriend for the first time a couple days ago. It is fairly new to the area, so I wanted to give it a few weeks to "work out any kinks" before trying it. Plus I had heard mixed reviews from my coworkers. My order: A chicken burrito. They offered to make it a combo (chips plus drink) for a couple dollars more bringing my total to $9.00. My boyfriend ordered 3 tacos and made it a combo as well. I believe his total was also $9.00. THE GOOD: I had read previous reviews that claimed the rice was "crunchy". I did not find this to be the case at all. It was moist, fluffy. No complaints. My drink (unsweet tea) was also fine. All ingredients did seem to be be fresh. Meat (chicken) was tender. THE BAD: The chips were rather bland. They are seasoned with something, but still kind of boring. I am not sure if they are made in house or if they are from a package. However they just not very interesting. Additionally they were HARD. Not "crispy" hard like you would like expect chips to be, but hard. They made my teeth hurt. By the time I sat down with my food, my burrito was soggy. It was far too soggy to handle without utensils. I ultimately ended up removing the shell all together and just eating the filling. I'm not sure but I believe it is either soggy because the beans are not properly drained. MY RECOMMENDATION FOR THE OWNERS: If the chips are made in-house, find a new recipe OR use bagged/packaged chips. Consider grilling the burrito after it is assembled to crisp the shell somewhat, and/or drain the beans better. MORE CHICKEN PLEASE? My burrito was huge, but contained only 1 small scoop of chicken and that was somewhat disappointing considering the price. Which brings me to my next recommendation.... Consider reducing prices for lunch time? $9.00 for this experience is PRICEY. I can go to multiple mexican-style sit-down restaurants for lunch and spend somewhere around $5-$7 for better food. WOULD I RECOMMEND: While I would LOVE to see this new business succeed, until the above problems are fixed, it is unlikely that I will return or recommend it to friends. My boyfriend basically agreed with my review, with the exception of the sogginess of the food, as he ordered tacos and did not have this problem.

This type of restaurant has been done before, such as Chipotle, Qdoba, Moe's Southwestern Grill. It's a great way to get fast, quality Tex Mex to a very wide selection of people. Sadly, I don't think the people who created Neato Burrito has ever eaten at any of these places. Everything is very disorganized, and not well run. We waited a few weeks after their opening, hoping they might have worked out the kinks... no luck. The rice was crunchy because they don't mix it up while it's sitting there all afternoon, it had the consistency of eating beach sand. They also add some kind of sauce to it, with chicken powder (vegetarians beware!). Beans tasted like they added ramen noodle seasoning to canned beans. We got the veggies instead of meat, whoever was on veggie cutting duty that day must of had some of the beer on tap because they basically just took a bell pepper, cut it in thirds, put in on the grill for a minutes and added it to the plate. These pieces were giant, majorly undercooked. The only redeeming factor was the portabella mushrooms. The chips were seasoned like Doritos, I guess to make up for the lack of seasoning and flavor in their salsas. Their salsa verde was very bitter, they didn't cook the tamatillos, their 'hot' salsa tasted like tomato sauce, and whatever other salsa I tried was so bad I had to spit it up. I think they might have gotten the sugar and salt mixed up. I had no idea you could mess something up like Tex Mex, specially this bad. I'd rather waste my $15 at Taco Bell...
