Ok i have been to many Ihops over the years but have never had the great service like I did today! The food was good as always but Natasha was one of if not the best server I have had in a long time... Job well done!!!

The food is yummy here -- if you can handle the wait on it getting to the table after you order it. The staff is very nice and try their best to give great service. I really like the steak tips with eggs and pancakes as a meal -- they're yummy and juicy. I also like the pancakes and the different flavors of syrup.

Every time I come here I can't believe I actually came back. I've been here 4 times since they opened and every time they have gotten my order wrong. Every. Single. Time. I don't know what is so hard about getting scrambled eggs and blueberry pancakes correct but they screw it up somehow inevitably. The staff is under trained in my opinion and there are never enough waiters to handle everyone. I've seen at least 2 tables actually get up and leave because they say there for 15 minutes with out even getting someone to take their drink order. The last straw for me was when I ordered the fit and fresh meal: while wheat pancakes and fruit and scrambled egg whites with sausage. Pretty simple. They forgot the pancakes! When I asked if I was getting those anytime soon (because I had finished everything else) they asked me what kind they were. When I told her she went to get someone to make them. 10 minutes go by and I stopped the manager to ask him if I could have them to go and he told me that I must have been mistaken and not ordered the fit and fresh meal because I would have gotten the pancakes with it! What?? Needless to say I'm not going back after that one.

DO NOT EVER EAT HERE!!!! We waited for over an hour and never got served. The poor waiter was trying his best, maybe the kitchen was out of sync? A table (or two came in after us) and were served before us. We had 6 people at our table and the other tables had 2-4 people. I will never ever be back. I suggest that you don't even try this place.

This place is a joke. We have been here 3 times since they opened. On as Saturday at noon the restaurant is half empty for a reason. The service is extremely slow. Each time we were sat immediately, but didn't see a waiter for at least 10-15 minutes. Refills are tough to come by, and the food always takes 30-45 minutes if not longer to come out. Each time we've had different waiters, so this must be a management issue. Unless you have 2 hours for breakfast /brunch, you probably want to go somewhere that appreciates your business and knows what customer service is.

Hadn't been since they built the place but figured on a snowy day we might as well go. Should have stayed home. There were more people working then there were guests and we still had to ask, after 40 mins, where are food was and when it would be coming. The omelet was cold and the French toast was overdone. When asked "how was your food?" We were honest and said cold and "just okay.." We were asked if there was anything that could be done but knew we would wait forever or nothing would change since those around us were complaining of the same thing. Our waitress wasn't too bad just would not let up on the fact "corporate" was there and the building and land was 3million dollars and they are just making ends meet. Suggestion.. Put half the people that are on the floor back in the kitchen and speed up service. We won't be coming back for $$ cold food anytime soon...

This place is very nice inside and that's expected since it is new. When we walked in the staff was very nice and polite. Later we found out that it was "Big Wig Day". All the higher ups were there evaluating the staff and the operations. We waited WAY too long for our food and at points there were 4 employees at one table just talking away with a mother and her kids. Once the food finally came out the omelette that my girlfriend had was not warm at all. My country fried steak was huge and very filling. If you wanted breakfast food I'd probably go to Cracker Barrel, Taste of Belgium or Bob Evans.

This has to be the friendliest IHOP I've ever been to. Every single time I come, the staff over exceeds my expectations!!! Well done!!

What can I say? The food here is outstanding. The location is good. The service is about the slowest service I've ever had. Unfortunately, the slow service is going to keep me from coming back to this restaurant.
