Very nice restaurant. At the sesame chicken, punch Tea and a delicious coconut cake. Very good service. Will definitely be back for more.

The rolls are reminiscent of home. The 3 cheese quiche was superb and the Dumplings were as close to mine in a 200 mile radius. The portions are generous. The staff was friendly and efficient

Omg the rolls are awesome!!!! Home cooking at its absolute best!!! Everything is handmade, all breads, salad dressings, dumplings. A little slice of heaven in this bake shop.

TDF!!! I lived in Murray years and years ago and this was always my favorite restaurant . Whenever i am in town, I make it a point to eat there. I have never had a better tuna sandwich in my life . The bread and rolls are unbeatable. My grandma and nana bring the rolls to Christmas every year! They are always my favorite part of the holiday meal! The desserts at dumplins are beautiful and delicious. The Italian cream cake is amazing! It is my dad's favorite dessert! The fruit tea there is a must as well!

Sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts is what this place is all about. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the bread your sandwich comes on is outstanding. Also, you have to order one of their rolls if you don't order a sandwich. You won't regret it. Our group also had three of their desserts. It was tough to choose because they all look pretty good. I recommend saving room for dessert. I'm not a sandwich and soup guy but this place was ok. You can find their menu at MurrayMenus.com .

A co-worker, a native western Kentuckian, raved about Dumplin's. When I finally had a chance, I figured, "Why not?" I pulled in for lunch. It is a quaint place that also has a hustle and bustle to it, particularly at lunch. (Just because it's busy.) On my visit, I was promptly seated. My order was taken quickly, and I started off with a salad. The salad was pretty good, and then came time for my "dumplins." (I did the combo order--very inexpensive.) Honestly, how could you go here and not order dumplings? I don't eat dumplings often, but these were very good--a good choice! The smaller serving was PLENTY. After the salad and dumplings (AND BREAD), I was just about ready to explode. Somehow, I thought it was necessary to try the dessert dumplings. While they were good, I was entirely too full and most of that order went uneaten. Sharing with others might be a good idea on the dessert (I was alone.). All-in-all, Dumplin's is a cute, happening lunch spot. The service was attentive--I had plenty of refills of my water, which I always appreciate!! The food WILL fill you up, so share or order smartly! Note: If you're following a GPS, I passed up the location. It is in a building with a few other places (a couple women's clothing stores if I remember correctly).

This is a place I go when I'm willing to shell out cash for small portions. The food is delicious but prices are high and the portions are small. However, I at least walk out having enjoyed the food. Make sure you have time when going here. One hour probably won't be enough. They are boutique-like in their size and so it doesn't take long for them to get full in their small dining room. If you come in while it is full then be prepared to wait. Then be prepared to wait for food either way. Their fruit tea is okay. It's the rolls everybody talks about. Quite delicious and usually a large size. Though sometimes I get the runt of the baking litter. The staff is quite friendly there. They have some good desserts but I wish they had more pies that were crust, fruit-filing, crust. This is a repeat on a limited basis. Usually when I just want a change of scenery or a friend wants to go. The wait time, prices and portions all give me a reason to look elsewhere. But the food gives me reason to ignore those previous reasons.

The turkey and swiss sandwich is excellent. as well as the chicken and dumplins! i dont usually like swiss but its more of an american cheese with it on a delicious roll type bread. Their rolls are delicious as well!!! and their deserts are amazing with a great variety and selection.

It looks like a girly tearoom, but I'd endure it again for lunch like this one. First, service was fast and very friendly, as in worthy of nomination for "friendliest server of the year." Second, there were six or seven specials for lunch, and every one sounded good. Third, the hot rolls are HUGE, and are shaped like they're baked in a flower pot. Fourth, the dumplings (with a name like that, I had to try them, don't you think?) in a chicken broth were very good. Fifth, the food lived up to its description: sandwich, salad, and quiche, all were quite tasty. Sixth, drinks were refilled and coffee warmed several times. Seventh, our gluten-free request on one meal was handled flawlessly. Eighth, not only did we get boxes for the leftovers, we also received "to go" cups for the drinks, which meant a lot to my wife, who really loved the tea. The cakes in the display case looked lovely, too, but we were stuffed.
