We have been twice this year and enjoyed it both times. This is a great place to eat. I would say second only to chow 45 in mayfield. It has a rustic feel and has an above average menu. The fried pickles are very good. My wife loves the smothered chicken entree. The service was prompt and couteous both times. We will be coming back.

I don't want to slam them, it was ok, nothing great.

This place just ends up being hit or miss. The food is good or it isnt. No happy medium. Same way with the service. I feel like this place could be so much better. I love the building reminds me of a big city steak house.

Got the BBQ pulled pork dinner with broccoli and mushrooms it was very good, service was very good jus a little slow, this place is a regulars place for sure. Good live music, this is the place to have a few drinks at. I'd come here again.

Such a disappointment. When they first opened the service was great. Since it has seen a decided decline. They do a reasonably good job with their steaks but most of the rest of the menu is barely acceptable. Their dinner salads are about the worse I've had. Upon my first visit I spoke to Mr Carr. He came to our table asking how things were. I had ordered steak fries and was amazed to find that a restaurant that calls itself a Steak House uses frozen fries. When I brought this up to Mr Carr his response was that he had the potatoes in the kitchen but no one would make them. That explained the service decline. It seems the inmates are running the asylum.
