This is a great fast food Chinese restaurant! It's been there for about 20 years and I've been going there all the time. The owner knows me by name and remembers all my dislikes because they make the food made to order so it's just like home (except better!). So if you have any requests, just ask. They have the BEST chicken wings and crab rangoon! The chicken wings have great flavor and are really big. Word to the wise - call before you go if you're going to do carry out so they are ready when you get there. They aren't pre-cooked so it takes a good 10 minutes for them to make it. The crab rangoon is yummy cuz all it has in it is just straight cream cheese and crabmeat (not like other places where it has other weird stuff in it). I also like their hot and sour soup. It's not too sour like other places I've tried. They have really good sweet & sour chicken too (the sauce is great). I like their fried rice too cuz they don't put peas and carrots (I always hated those veggies, especially cuz they're not common in authentic Chinese food) in there. The only veggies are onions and bean sprouts (for the crunch) and then lots of meat. They serve lunch specials all day so you can try their most popular dishes for like half the price. The prices are really good. I think their food is just as good as any sit down Chinese restaurant and you don't have to pay as much. They also have a drive-thru window which is really great on a cold day.

This is some, straight up, really good take out! The menu is decently sized, but easy to choose from. The lady taking orders was very nice. And, to top it off, the food was hot, fresh and came out, quickly! I had pork egg rolls, which were crispy, without tasting like the oil they were deep fried in. I also had General Tso chicken, which was covered in some amazing sauce, with a side of fried rice. The portions are enough to get two meals out of, and it was all very filling! I highly recommend this place, if you're looking for some good, quick, Chinese food, that isn't overly expensive or greasy.

I have no idea how this place got such good reviews! The food is mediocre at best and the atmosphere is run down and shabby. It's cold and there's a charge for refills. The bathroom has dish soap instead of hand soap. Only saving grace is the sweet, old lady behind the counter. Majorly disappointed.

This place is in serious need of some updating. They are obviously trying to control costs. They do not accept credit cards. The place looks (and smells) like it hasn't been updated since the 70's. They have lunch specials and then charge $1.50 for a soda; most Chinese places will include a drink with their specials. There was a guy with his head down on a table in the dining area; he was sleeping and didn't move the whole time we were there. I asked for soy sauce at the counter and was told it was on the tables. There are 10-15 tables and only three soy sauce dispensers. I would not recommend.

A great place for a quick bite. This place was established and has been pushing out good Chinese food for over 20 years as I can remember. Crab Rangoon is to die for. Price is reasonable.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
