Greek Cuisine
Greek food is a fine melody of the finest pressed olive oil, fresh fermented bread, colorful vegetables, juicy meat, sea food all cooked in spices and fresh rosemary. The people from Greek were great scholars who aimed to excel in everything they do. The results are quite visible in their food as they are the inventors of olive oil which is beneficial to health. Greeks also made different type of wines from the best quality of grapes fermented in controlled environment.
Today, you can find hundreds of restaurants offering authentic Greek food or popularly termed as Mediterranean cuisine in New York city alone. People wait in line to taste the exotic Greek dishes like saganaki, taramasalata, souvlaki, loukoumades, spanakopita, moussaka, and many more. One thing which most people like about these authentic Greek dishes is abundant use of lemon juice, olive oil, fresh rosemary and sea salt. A smart mix of few ingredients can virtually take you on the pebble streets of beautiful city of Greece.
For those who don't have time to enjoy fine dining should try tasting the famous souvlaki with pita which is type of meat dish, also a trademark Greek fast food. For those who are vegetarian, or vegan can try different versions of Greek Salad. So, if you wish to enjoy a hearty yet healthy meal that tastes divine then try dining at the best Greek restaurant in your city. Greek cuisine not only tastes good but also help maintain your body in a natural way through healthy diet.

I went on a Saturday night with two other people. We ate very early (shortly before 6pm) so the place wasn't too crowded. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated in earth tones and they seem to have done the best they can with the very long, narrow space in which they work. There's a beautiful fountain at one end, and they thoughtfully put up a tall decorative screen between the front door and the nearest table. The food was not especially impressive. It was good, but nothing special. I had the moussaka. Warm and hearty -- good Greek comfort food. However, the wild rice it was served on was completely forgettable. The hummus appetizer was good, but the hummus was rather bland even with the creative toppings they included with it. The pistachio baklava was, again, good, but not great. The service was efficient and friendly. Our water glasses ran empty, but otherwise we were very happy with the service. By the time we left the tiny place was wall-to-wall people and getting extremely loud. I would try another Greek place before revisiting this one, but it's good enough such that I might return some day.

I thought given the prices and good reviews it would have very good food. It wasn't much IMHO. I had a Mediterranean meal to die for at a hole in the wall on B-town Road and for much less. How do these places get away with this? A plateful of greens that cost maybe 35 cents. My friend was served a mountain of rice that took up half of his plate -- 25 cents worth of food there. His gyro was dull -- hard to eat, not tasty, served on bland pita bread I buy at Lotsa Pasta and not even warm. And my plate? The vegetable sampler. Full of--essentially sauces or spreads, perhaps from a can. Pita bread dull and not warm and sliced into shapes not easy to hold. Cold plates didn't keep food cold. Cost of my food--maybe $1.75 total. Way overpriced. VERY loud. All atmosphere and niceness, and the owners are laughing all the way to the bank. I suspect they think white-bread Americans are the dumbest, most gullible, and most easily duped people on the planet.

I want to point out, up front, that I received some of the most puzzlingly fragrant gas from this meal. I'm certain the girlfriend was not happy, but it made for some interesting olfactory sensations for me this morning... Key point: Parking is a pain in the ass. So bring a healthy pile of patience with you when driving there. The service was actually really good. Neither the water nor the iced tea were ever empty for my date or I (which is a really rare event). I have absolutely no complaints on the service whatsoever. The food seemed a bit off. Note that it's NOT Greek traditional - it draws on a lot of the flavors throughout the Mediterranean. But almost everything was missing a spice or something. The baba ghanoush needed some hot sauce or something (it actually tasted better with a little hot sauce when I ate the leftovers). The goat dish was quite good, but needed to be a bit hotter (spice-wise). The mixed dish I had was fine, but I've had better lamb in a lot of other locations. All in all, I have no real serious complaints. But nothing earth-shatteringly awesome that should draw you in.

Ahhh "my old Kentucky home." Home of tobacco products, bourbon, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and the best hummus I have EVER had. (Yep I said hummus. No, I did not stutter and no, I haven't been drinking one too many mint juleps.) The Grape Leaf's hummus is scrumptioulicious! Creamy, garlic-y and best shoveled into one's face with their zatar pita. I am also in love with their take on samosas, sort of like huge fried wontons with a potato, carrot, and peas mixture for the filling and a delish mustard sauce on the side. The rest of their Mediterranean menu is also great and includes the basics: spanikopita, falafel, gyros, and moussaka. There are lots of vegetarian items to choose from. Each plate is huge and most entrees come with rice or a great greek salad. Not bad for around $10! Great friendly service, casual comfy digs and a nice outdoor patio when the weather is nice makes the Grape Leaf a 5 star experience!
(5)Janna F.
This is by far one of my favorite places in town for lunch. If it is nice outside the patio is the perfect place to sit. The food here is always wonderful and has the friendliest staff.
(5)Jamie S.
I love the ambiance of this place and love the good even more! I've been a few times with my friends and the food has always been good. The hummus is perfection and they have a great Greek salad. I took my mom here was not sure if would like it and she ended up LOVING it. The baklava is the best you can get in Louisville.

I came on yelp to look for restaurants and came across the Grape Leaf. Was so, utterly, and deeply disappointed. Not from the food perse' but the portions. The one thing I read on here was that there portions were huge, and the day I went I was not only pregnant, but starving, so you can only imagine my frustration. I ordered the Kefta and literally, all I got was three pieces of meat. That is it. I am Syrian, so when I ordered the Kefta, that was definitely NOT what I envisioned. Yes, they allowed me to choose two sides but I always thought rice and meat were a combo to never be messed with.... So I ordered hummus and baba gannoush only because I would never imagine the plate to literally have 3 pieces of meat. I looked at the plate in dismay, and disappointment. My husband ordered the kibbeh, and it was okay, but really, I expected a side. I feel like when you go to a restaurant, the sides and the meal are decided by the chef and one orders accordingly and if you want appetizers, you order as such, and to top it off, they were cheap with the bread. I was so upset.

Okay, here's the thing about this place. It probably deserves 2 stars for the service--which is down right poopy sometimes. But the food is delicious and actually deserves a 4. The hummus is creamy and wonderful. The house Mediterranean salad is something that I could eat every day for the rest of my life. Every entree I have tried has been delectable --the gyros, the chicken and rice, the lentils, lamb--all great!! To top it off, it is BYOB. I'd suggest bringing a nice bottle of wine to complete your mean, you won't regret it. Now onto the service. It's crap. Really. Which is unfortunate considering how delicious the food is. In all the times that I have eaten here, I have had one server that could be described as "nice and polite." Everyone else has been surely, if not impolite at times. They consistently come off as apathetic. Not so great when you want to enjoy a nice night out. The service can also be really slow, especially around dinner time. Our waiter came to our table enough times to take our orders and deliver our food. That's it. With this in mind, I would still suggest going here --the food is too good to pass up. It will be worth the poor service --I pinky swear.
(3)Phil S.
This is a great Mediterranean restaurant. The patio is a really nice place to eat when the weather is nice.

Our daughter introduced us to the Grape Leaf about a year or two ago and we've been going back there at least once a month. The Moroccan Cous Cous with Goat is out of this world! Biryani is wonderful too! Service has improved since the 1st time we were there.
(4)Melissa M.
My husband and I have made it a tradition to eat here on special occasions. We really enjoy the authenticity of the cuisine and find it to be very reasonably priced for special dates. The lamb is excellent! Eat here on a mild weathered day and enjoy the vine covered patio! note: if you are going to eat here on a weekend, plan to walk a little since parking is an issue.
(5)Stacey S.
One if my favorite places in Louisville. Great for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Also they serve brunch options all day, which is great for someone like me that loves breakfast anytime of the day. No liqour served here, but no problem. You can bring in your own for a small if any fee.
(5)Kate D.
Very tasty!
(4)A K.
Bring a bottle of your favorite wine (they don't serve drinks), bring your good friend(s) talk each other's ear off (or bite/lick each other's ear. Whatever floats your boat, really) over hummus & pita bread until you see the bottom of that wine bottle. Now if you don't call *that* a good time....
(4)Audrey K.
The Grape Leaf is my favorite restaurant in the Louisville area, especially during the summer when you can eat outside. Out of the many times that I have eaten here I have never had a meal that I did not enjoy. Many of the meal portions are enough for two people and you are allowed to bring your own wine. I have never had a bad experience here and I suggest this restaurant to all of my friends.
(5)Ray G.
It's hard to believe that I've been here at least 20 times and I have yet to submit a review. I usually come here for Sunday brunch and the food has been consistently delicious. The Grape Leaf hits my "best of" in at least 3 of their offerings. The Baba Ghanoush, Hummus and Falafel are the best that I've had in Louisville as well as many other places. The salads always have crispy fresh greens. The pomegranate mint lemonade is divine. Previous reviews faulted the service. I have yet to have bad service here.
(5)Jane H.
The other reviews on Yelp peg The Grape Leaf as having horrible service. I can't attest to the service because I've only ever gotten take out, but the take out service is fast and my experience with the waitresses was pleasant. Don't let the "bad service" reviews be a deterrent.. the food was AMAZING. They give enormous portions. I ordered a lamb shwarma sandwich, and I received a large helping of rice, the sandwich itself, and a meal-sized salad. All were amazing.
(4)Paige H.
i took an out of town houseguest to eat here this past saturday (6/4/11) and she was so pleased with her lunch, she ordered seconds to go! i was having a hardcore craving for the beef and lamb gyro and i certainly got my fill. the starter greek salad is a fresh crunchy assembly of lettuce, cucumbers, almonds, raisins, feta and more feta. i ordered the saffron rice with my gyro and it was very delicate in flavor and a wonderful balance for the assertive, yet clean flavors of the meat and raita. our server, hanna, couldn't have been more pleasant and the dining room was comfortable as always and spotless. i can't wait to go back!
(5)Natalie C.
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I wasn't expecting much but this place turned out great. We came on a Saturday night and it wasn't too busy. We ordered the grape leaves as appetizers, and the tenderloin kabob and nabil's mixed grill entrees. The grape leaves were good and filled with flavor. The entrees were excellent - the portions were big and all the meats were very tender and tasty. It was a good experience and we will come back!
(4)S P.
Excellent Greek food. The mouusaka and briani were especially delicious choices, but the grape leaves and samosas were also great as appetizers. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance was comfortable and interesting.

Having spent all my childhood in the Middle East, I'd like to think I have a good knowledge and appreciation for Mediterranean Middle Eastern cuisine from that region (Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Egypt and Israel). Wherever I travel and live in the US, I always have a hankering for this cuisine. My experience in this country has taught me that the best Middle Eastern food is found at cafes and small family-run restaurants as opposed to fancy sit-down restaurants. My lunch at the Grape Leaf definitely affirmed my assessment - the food was not bad but you get better Middle Eastern food in greater quantities at considerably lower prices at these smaller cafes and restaurants. The lamb-beef gyro was not bad but I've had better gyros at the food courts in malls around the country, the hummus was decent but seemed to have excessive tahini sauce and not much else in terms of flavor...the portion was measly too. The lamb skewer and lamb kefta were delicious. I was about to order the shawarma sandwich but the server informed me that the restaurant uses tzatziki sauce/honey mustard sauce instead of the traditional garlic sauce or tahini. This place seems Americanized. The service and the ambience were good but to satisfy my Middle Eastern craving, I will still go to YaFa cafe, Felafel house or Al Watan (I've not been there yet but I've heard good things about it) where the food is excellent at more affordable pricing.
(3)Spalding H.
My wife loved it, raved about it, can not wait to go back ... I guess I'm just not that big on greek. The humus was to die for though.
(3)Andrew Y.
It was very tasty but a little pricey.
(3)Jim G.
I had a bad experience at The Grape Leaf once, and that was perhaps my fault for agreeing to dine outdoors where the faux pas of large pebbles and wobbly tables combined with poor service proved too much for my attitude. I got over it to some extent by vowing not to be seated outdoors at The Grape Leaf. The food here is good, and I agree with another reviewer about the hummus.
(3)Emily Y.
It was ok. I guess it really depends on the dish you order. The baklava was super yummy though. I would be willing to give it another try.
(3)Amelia P.
I haven't been here in a while, but the service was never SO bad when I was there, but they all KNEW me, so maybe that made a difference (and I am a generous tipper....) Some of the best hummus and baba ghanoush I have had, and I have been in NYC for 6 years! I used to buy it by the pint!! Also delicious grape leaves. ok. Now that I am thinking about the menu I wanna go back now!!!!! YUM
(4)Jeff W.
The food is delicious however the service is famously horrible at this Frankfort Ave favoirite. Lots of great Mediterranean dishes, good place for lunch. Service is typically very, very bad. However the food is so good I still go back.
(4)Sarah C.
Exceptional food here! I tried the Grape Leaf for the first time last week, and I was incredibly satisfied. I came with my sister, as she highly recommended the place, and we sat outside on the patio. The food here was flavorful. Each entree comes with two sides, which is such a good deal (my meal was only $10.25). I got the samosas with a side of pearl cous cous with vegetables and house fries. I was overwhelmingly pleased with every component of my meal. The samosas had a delectable taste with a tiny bit of spice and the cous cous was appetizing as well. The house fries were divine - think a higher-end version of Rally's fries. My sister got the falafel sandwich.. lets just say, I had to utilize extreme self-control to not completely engulf her entire sandwich when she offered me a bite. Overall I was really pleased with my experience at the Grape Leaf. The only con I could note was the inside of the restaurant. Although we ate outside, we briefly walked through the interior of the restaurant which seemed a bit sad.

I have been coming to The Grape Leaf for quite some time. My last visit was very disappointing. The hummus is still delicious thank goodness and was my favorite part of the meal. My Greek salad was not good. They used to serve it with fresh fruit (melon, watermelon, pineapple) and a yummy vinaigrette dressing. This time I had one (yes one) piece of fruit which was a grape and it came with balsamic vinaigrette dressing (Greek salads come with Greek dressing. It's common sense). My mom's salad had NO fruit. What in the world?!?! Our waitress assured us it was the same salad but we knew better. She explained the lack of fruit was because the restaurant was trying to cut costs. It's funny how the price was still the same. The gyro was acceptable but nothing special and the tzatziki sauce tasted a bit off. What a shame. This restaurant used to be so so good. Another reason I'm only giving The Grape Leaf two stars is because as we were finishing up our dinner one of the waitresses dropped a glass in between the patio and the doorway leading to the sidewalk. I would say 20 more minutes went by in between us paying our bill and leaving. The broken glass was still there!! After 20 stinking minutes. That was an accident waiting to happen. Cleaning up the glass should have been top priority. Also on a side note. They no longer have the BYOB option which was so awesome! They also don't have a liquor license so if you want a glass of wine or a beer with dinner you're out of luck! I miss Zaytun so much! It was my favorite and a definite go-to. Since I won't be back to The Grape Leaf it looks like I'm going to have to find a new Mediterranean place to enjoy.
(2)Mona T.
I always get excited at the thought of having Mediterranean food. Grape Leaf is in my neighborhood, they have lots of vegetarian options, and it is so convenient. However, my excitement is usually tamed by the food. It's ok. It's not great. My favorite thing is the avocado wrap. It always a good mix of flavors. The sides you get with it are good for what they are. They don't necessarily feel they go with all the flavors, but it works, I guess. I like going to Grape Leaf if I'm with a group. If I'm on my own, I'll head somewhere else for Mediterranean food.
(3)Amy L.
One of my favorite things about The Grape Leaf is that the don't serve alcohol so you can BYOB! We always bring our own bottle of wine and the server just hands us the opener and glasses and we are all set. It saves a lot of money bringing your own. I highly suggest stopping by The Wine Rack just down the street on Frankfort Ave and having them suggest a bottle that pairs well with your dinner. I like to start with the hummus and pita bread or the baba ghanouge- which is pureed egg plant- So tasty! With an entree you get to choose between the house or Greek salad- I picked the house and it was delicious. My husband had the Greek and it was also very good. They are very similiar. The only real difference I noticed was the dressing and nuts. For the main dish I had pomegranate balsamic chicken with garlic, onion, mushroom, extra virgin olive oil, and tzatziki on top of saffron cauliflower basmati rice. Tender, flavorful chicken and the rice was spot on. My husband had the lamb gyro and he must have loved it because I didn't even get a bite. Our server was polite and attentive and the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. They do have a really nice outdoor space for the warmer months. We will be back soon!
(4)Suzanne B.
The Grape Leaf was recommended to me, and when my closest girlfriend came into town, we decided to check it out. We split the Mezza Sampler (hummus, baba ghanouge, spanakopita) and the Lamb Burger with house fries. We couldn't get enough of the hummus and baba ghanouge, and still managed to have room to devour our burger. Asking them to add feta cheese to the burger was an incredible, last minute decision. We most definitely cleared our plates, and plan to return in the future.
(4)Kathy V.
The food was pretty delicious. My friend and I shared the appetizer sampler and I really enjoyed the baba ganoush. I had the scramble for my meal. It was quite a bit of food and very tasty. Service was pretty good too. The one problem was there were stinkbugs that kept showing up around the table....napkins were cloth so I didn't particularly feel like squishing them with the cloth napkins were good....not disposable enough. I am lukewarm about my visit. The bugs were a real...ech!
(3)Cassidy P.
I am a Grape Leaf fan. My mom's family is Lebanese, so I grew up eating lots of Mediterranean food. While at times I feel that the food could be a little more flavorful, it is still really good. The hummus appetizer is a must for every visit! The Gyro, Kofta plate, Greek salad, avocado wrap, lentil soup, pomegranate balsamic chicken, and chicken sumac are all great! I was left wanting more flavor where their green beans and saffron cauliflower basmati rice were concerned (both are sides). The service can be hit or miss as far as awkwardness goes... The last time we went our waiter acted very nervous and awkward, but I chocked it up to him most likely being new, and I've had one other awkward-waiter experience. I still love the Grape Leaf, their food is quite good, just not as good as my grandma's or mom's of course!
(4)Chef Margaret E.
Sunday I had lunch with my friends at this wonderful place. Two of us shared our meals so we could have a taste of more then just a little and I'm glad we did. We had the fatoush salad which was the best I've had in a long time. It was fresh, light and minty. The only thing missing on it was the Sumac which is commonly found on fatoush, but it was awesome! The falfel was crispy on the outside and nutty flavorful on the inside, again the best. The spiced Cous Cous with vegetables was delicious. We had so much food I had to have a to go box for home. The samlpe dish I got came with spanakotpita, very flavorful, not to cheesy, not to salty, just right. I will most definitely go back and soon.
(4)Janis H.
I visited this restaurant last Saturday and was very disappointed. They use to have the BEST Greek salad in Louisville w/ real Greek dressing. My salad this time came with field greens and balsamic vinaigrette but was labeled a greek salad. It did have feta cheese and a few kalamata olives but that does not make a greek salad. They also said they serve fruit that is in season, my daughter received 1 grape in her salad and I had none. When we left, there was still a broken glass at the exit door that was dropped approx 20 min prior to leaving. I won't be back. It's too bad......
(2)Tasha B.
This chicken kabob was delicious tender and moist. Hummus was prepared and scrumptiously amazing. Love the grape leaves and spinach pastry!!
(4)Emily H.
The Grape Leaf has a very loyal local following, and I welcome the opportunity to dine at one of its tables. But the meals haven't lived up to the hype for me, though I'm hoping upcoming visits to this restaurant will change my mind for the better. On my recent visits, I've found the food not as flavorful as I would hope a Mediterranean meal would be. I got the chicken shawarma sandwich most recently, and the best way to describe it was meh. I've definitely had better, including at Safier's and Yafa Cafe downtown. Don't get me wrong, the sandwich was OK, but maybe the tahini wasn't bitter or nutty enough. Or the chicken was bland. It's hard to put my finger on it, but the sandwich didn't impress. But I really want to like Grape Leaf. I would love to change my review.
(3)Sarah B.
My husband and I decided to try The Grape Leaf because we were told they have many vegan options. I always study the menu before going to a restaurant and it's true, there are several vegan options! We ordered the Hummus for staters and it was HUGE! I should have just had that for my meal, it was really big. The Hummus was tasty and it came with warm and grilled pita bread. I really liked it however found it a bit oily for my taste. I ordered the Babronia, from the Vegetarian Section, but you do need to inform your waitress if you're vegan otherwise you'll get Tzatziki sauce. For the vegan option you get a Tahini, which is good. The Babronia had, red kidney beans, mushrooms, garlic, carrots, onions, squash, and red bell peppers. I chose the Cauliflower Saffron Basmati Rice for my side. The portion was big, way too big! The flavor was good but the veggies were cooked to a mush. I like my carrots and squash to have a snap and a crunch. I could smash the squash with my fork. Maybe it's because it was stew like, but again it's not to my liking. My husband got the Vegetable Bryani, it had ginger, garlic, tomato, cilantro, seasonal vegetables, spices and tahini. He also liked the flavors but agreed the veggies were too mushy. His favorite part was his side, Pearl Cous Cous with vegetables. It was super tasty and fresh. Because our meals were so large we did not finish them. We also did not take them home. You do not see many restaurant reviews from me because I'd rather eat at home. My food is better, what can I say?! I'm not sure if we will be back unless we are meeting friends or family. But, I do appreciate the vegan options!
(3)Rebecca H.
This was my 3rd visit to The Grape Leaf and I think things have just gone downhill. A friend and I went for lunch and ordered sandwiches with a Greek salad, and beverage. Bill was $25 before tip. Salad came out the same time as sandwich. And my gyro sandwich was the thin strips of lamb/beef you get in frozen food aisle (not off the spit). Seriously? Doubt I will be back. Which is a bummer because I love Greek/Mediterranean food.
(2)Samantha F.
If you like Mediterranean flavors, check this place out. If not... Eh. I love Mediterranean so I enjoyed the avocado dip with fresh peppers on top served with warm pita. I also had the balsamic chicken, served with a spicy mustard and pita. My boyfriend however is not a fan of the flavors. He ordered the house salad with smoked salmon, and didn't like the herb balsamic dressing or the seasoned pita and hummus on the side. I gladly took the hummus off his hands and I thought it was delicious! Service can be slow, it's right down the street from my office and I had a hard time keeping the lunch at an hour.
(4)Alex V.
The service was slow and unprofessional. Our server spent most of his time playing on his phone and lamenting with other employees about customers that were coming in 45 minutes before closing time. They actually turned the open sign off at 8:45. The interior could use a bit of freshening up too. The food was good enough that I will go back, hopefully my experience will be a little better.
(3)Amanda R.
I also really loved The Grape Leaf on Frankfort. They have a really unique outdoor sitting area that really makes you want to sit down and enjoy an afternoon eating hummus and drinking wine. Very, very good food - and awesome portions/prices. I'm already planning when I'm going next.
(4)Tiffanie C.
I'm giving this a 4 star, just because the salad was THAT amazing. Ok, there were only three customers there. A couple and myself. Should be simple to excellent service right? Placed my order beef moussaka with their saffron cauliflower rice and upgraded to the fattoush salad. First, the salad came (still no tea). The salad was Amazing! Super yummy! I ate the entire salad and still no tea. He brought my entree out and mentioned he was going to go check on my tea but instead sat down to gab with his coworkers. Next came my entree. I expected it to come out like a stew. What came out was disappointing. A flattened hamburger patty ( dry, flavorless) was served over a yummy stew of the other ingredients. The side of rice was also tasty, though the cauliflower was nearly nonexistent . And, I might add still no tea. In fact he finally showed up with the tea when he brought my to go box. By then it was too late because I was ready to leave. I'll definitely eat here again but I won't get the moussaka. The salad definitely!
(4)Anastasia U.
Very disappointed in this place. We have been putting off trying it for about a year. They have a pretty extensive gluten free menu-which is great! But the actual flavor of the food left me wanting something more. We ordered the falafel sandwich without the bread-so it would be GF. It came with the cucumber sauce, which was not good! It was tangy, it is definately not supposed to have that flavor. The saffron rice was bland but a good portion. We also ordered the Greek salad, very tastey.Their dressing was very flavorful, I would get the salad again. We ordered this whole meal to go, they told us 15 min. Jason went and he ended up waiting another 10-15 minutes-ugh. Prices were moderate. I doubt we would head back, we will probably try a different Greek establishment around the area.
(2)Mary M.
The food was excellent! The service on the other hand was subpar--perhaps they were short staffed but being waited on took forever and they were very inattentive. Ordered chicken sumac with pearl Cous Cous and veggies and lentil soup. Also the Pom mint lemonade. So yummy! Go here for the food if you have time to wait!
(4)A. L.
One of the reasons people love the Grape Leaf is because of the BYOB policy. I visited on March 21, 2015, and was greeted by a sign on the door that BYOB is no longer permitted, nor do they have a liquor license. The food was still good; the service was still mediocre, as usual.
(3)Samantha D.
Probably one of the worst experiences I've had in a middle eastern restaurant. We walked in 45 minutes before closing and the hostess had to ask of we could still be seated. We ordered salads, hummus, shawarma and kafta. The salad dressings tasted bottled and yogurt seemed to be sour cream (similar flavor I know but VERY different consistency). The pickles I'm pretty sure were vlassic or gfs. I've eaten homemade Mediterranean and excellent restaurant middle eastern food and this really is not it. The food is edible but not good. Choose something else.
(2)Jim L.
The best restaurant in Louisville in my opinion. For Mediterranean you will not find better. Fantastic flavors in every dish. Love it.
(5)Hope R.
I went to The Grape Leaf last night with two girlfriends and feel the need to share my experience. It was a beautiful summer evening, and their patio was the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends. I love the BYOB (or wine) policy, too, which is the first I've seen in Louisville. The food itself was wonderful, reasonably priced, and I love the menu. HOWEVER. Our server, Anthony, was inept. After being seated, my two friends were served water (which we'd all asked for). Mine took about twenty minutes (and several reminders) to arrive. We also had an extremely long wait for our order to be taken. The table that came after us was waited on first and their food arrived first. We also had to continually remind our server to bring us the following: ice buckets, bottle openers, napkins/cutlery, and more. We even mentioned the poor service to two others on staff, but things did not change. He also seemed very slow in moving to serve us, and never directly apologized, just said "it's busy here" when it really didn't appear to be all that busy. This was one of the worst service experiences I've had in Louisville, and it was a real shame, because the place overall was wonderful. I will be back, but hope that next time I'll have a different waiter.

It's nice to know with all of the restaurants in Louisville you can stop by here any time and not have a huge wait. They may not have alcohol, but they also don't charge for bottle service. The quality and taste of the food is unbeatable. I usually get chicken kabob with cous cous. I've tried other items as well but its my favorite. The honey mustard dipping sauce pairs perfectly with the chicken and cous cous w/ vegetables. The greek salad has the perfect amount of dressing. If you haven't been you should. Just remember to bring a bottle of wine.

Worst dining experience I have ever had. Waited over an hour before my Dinner arrived. The lamb was Extremely Over cooked. When I sent it back it took another 25 minutes (for rare lamb) to come back and the plate was completely barren. No garnish no sauce just lamb (over cooked again) and rice. Now I've been there for over an hour and a half and nobody has even come to apologize for the experience. The server brings my bill and I ask to speak with a manager. The server tells me there is no manager. When I ask for a number to reach them at the server says no.... Absolutely unbelievable.

Ohhhhhh yeah. I can only give it 4 because service was a little on the slow side but otherwise it was stellar. Atmosphere is lovely, warm, even artistic but very laid back. Service was very friendly and helpful and I'm so glad I took the suggestion on the dish I ordered. The Babronia over the moussaka any day, I think. The dish came out piping hot, full of well balanced, robust and not overpowering flavor in a generous portion. The pita on the side with the fresh tahini was a real treat! My cohort had the Vegetable Bryani which I tried and was impressed by the flavor, texture, and depth. I will say that the side of green beans, while tasty, were not really impressive. I'll probably try something else next time since they were good, not awesome like the rest. Finally, our salads which came out first were slightly slow and the delivery of the food felt like much too long to wait, to me. The house made dressing for the house salad was wonderful. Nothing was too oily or fatty which can often be an issue and many items are organic with lots of vegetarian and vegan options. This is my new favorite spot!!!

The weather was perfect; 75*F with little to no humidity and a beautiful, shaded outdoor patio on a Sunday evening. Perfect weather. So, what happened? I want to give the food 4 stars. Frankly, it was delicious. We'd ordered the grape leaf appetizer and a couple of gyros for dinner. I really enjoyed each. The flavors were uplifting, but grounded at the same time. The portions were large and pleasant. The Greek salad that accompanied my dinner as a side was exactly what I needed; the dark greens, yellow tomatoes and onions were perfectly offset by the feta. I was disappointed that the cauliflower saffron rice featured no cauliflower, but the lamb gyro was perfectly seasoned. I felt the service was lacking, however. When things got started, I was very pleased, but it all went downhill from there. Plates weren't taken away when empty, which was a problem given that flies and wasps were joining us on the patio. Furthermore, we wanted to try to baklava and the bill was brought before we were asked about dessert. Great food, improvable service. Worth a shot.

Came to The Grape Leaf tonight for dinner and didn't get there until 830 even though they close at 9. There was no issue about seating me even though they were closing in half an hour. My waiter was very nice and polite. I ordered the sampler plate and got the hummus, baba ghanouge and avocado dip. All three were good but the avocado dip (basically guacamole) was exceptional. They give the option of serving the dips with tortilla chips, pita or fresh veggies which is nice and they are happy to combine them. For an entree I ordered afeek, which is lamb, Greek yogurt, sautéed mushrooms and garlic. It came with two sides, which I got green beans and saffron rice. The whole plate was delicious. I couldn't believe how flavorful the afeek was. The portion was also very generous. I sat outside which was nice, it seemed a little disarray but it could have been because it was basically empty. I noted how nice my waiter was to the other diners as well. With the amazing food and great service I will definitely be back.

The food is pretty good but when you are seated with menus and look at the menus, close them, set them on the edge of the table (common signal that one is ready to order, correct?) and then watch 3 different servers ignore you, clear tables, stand around at the counter, look at your table but never approach even when being motioned over, and when you finally give up and say 'Hey, we're ready to order" they go and argue over who is supposed to have been waiting on your table.... Well, let's just say it starts the meal off on the wrong foot. Service was fine once one of the servers (who was not one of the ignoring ones) actually took our order. Food was fine. I'd rather they mention that the couscous comes topped with stewed tomatos but it was still good, just not what I'd expected for a side. Large portions.

The location is great. Easy to find parking, most of the time, and centrally located between St. Mathews and Old Louisville. My wife and I went here after talking about it for months. We live in the neighborhood and the Grape Leaf is just a quick walk down the road. I don't know that I would dine in again. The atmosphere was lacking and the detritus from a days dinners on the floor left me wanting a to-go box. The food was acceptable and the portions were generous. We had the sampler with Hummus, Baba Ghanouge, and Avocado Dip. Their hummus is just ok, but no better than what can be made at home. The Baba Ghanouge is passable, and the Avocado Dip just tasted like avocado whipped with olive oil. Overall a little on the bland side, I prefer heavier citrus notes. I had the Kibee as my entree. It was again passable, but not as flavorful as what I was expecting. It seems like everything on the menu is probably all properly prepared with the correct framework of ingredients, but is possibly not being seasoned to the degree that I normally enjoy in my food. All in all I'll probably be back but only for take-out.
(3)Honest L.
Wonderful food, atmosphere is really nice as well as staff! My salad had too much onion though. I'll tell them to hold the onion next time! Can't wait to come again when I can sit in the patio. It is beautiful!

BYO what? Since, evidently, I existed in a Ballard-y bubble of the East End, there were many places to which I never ventured in my home city. For the sake of maintaining some cred, I'm going to opine that The Grape Leaf is a relatively new establishment. After all, I am a long-time vet of Clifton's and can vividly remember how much those Jenny's commercials traumatized me (to the point that I couldn't even look at the building when passing by). So, I have been up and down this part of Frankfort many times, yes? Cred is back? Okay. Cool. Thanks. Back to TGL. Once I realized it existed, I came here to have a nice post-holiday meal with another old friend (gotta love get-togethers). The first thing I notice: it's a BYO spot. Awesome! Not so awesome: I came empty-handed. Luckily for me, my friend had a gallon of white wine with her (you see why we're friends). Glasses clinked, we were ready to eat. She'd already prepared me that the portions were on the large side, so a shared app and one entree would be more than enough. Please. These perky B cups don't share. But, it couldn't hurt to listen so share I did. I'm glad I shared. Sorta. The hummus is a delicious, creamy, rich, and garlicky as I could have wanted. I believe the pita was made with zaatar or some such spice which made the grazing episode even more enjoyable. Old friend. Wine. Pita. Hummus. Pretty good, huh? It gets better. It gets better in the form of lamb moussaka. I contemplated getting a veggie dish (and several looked very appealing), but the lamb moussaka called out to me. The marinated meat so tender it fell apart when my fork touched it called out. The tomatoes, chickpeas, onion, and eggplant called out to me. The prudent (not too much or too little) use of spice called out to me. The portion size mocked me. I am unused to eating large portions at Mediterranean restaurants, but I could get used to it. It might be the wise choice to share a plate but, certainly, the tastier road to go down is to go it alone. Your waistline won't be happy but your belly will. Plus, it's Mediterranean food; it's good for you... to eat two people's worth. Don't look at me.
(4)Taylor S.
The absolute most disgusting gyro I've ever been unfortunate enough to eat... It was more less just ground lamb that seemingly had been boiled in plain water...There was absolutely no flavor and it was not shaved meat as I had expected. The taziki was flavorless as well, nothing more than watery crap. I'll never go back but I recommend Al watan as a far superior alternative.

Can't say that I was the slightest bit impressed with this restaurant as everything was 2nd rate with the exception of the smoothies and the lentil soup which were actually quite tasty. Our server had the personality of a stick and had almost no clue to as to what ingredients were in the entrees that were served. I had the Balsamic chicken which was inedible. The chicken was dry and yet it was totally soaked in balsamic and the presentation was equally unappealing. The hummus lacked texture and seemed to be missing on the flavor level as well and the pita tasted store bought and not authentic. This establishment is byob but 2 members of the staff were completely unaware as to where the nearest liquor store might be to assist the table seated next to us. This seemed to be more like a group of college kids playing restaurant than anything else. Mediterranean cuisine is amongst my favorite for its use of simple ingredients cooked to juicy perfection with staples like hummus that when done right are both satisfying and healthy. Grape leaf needs to return to the drawing board and retrain it's staff or rehire because this was a less than stellar experience.

The food here was amazing some of the best greek food I have ever had. Highly recommend.
(5)Amanda L.
I love the food here. I've never had anything I've disliked. The outdoor seating area is wonderful. I've never actually eaten inside and I don't think I'd care to as the outdoor area is really what makes this place so special to me. It's a wonderful place to be on a warm morning or evening. The breakfast is great and they're never busy during breakfast so it's a great option if you're looking for a placed without a wait. I love the fact that you can bring your own alcohol as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. I think it's a great place to take a date.
(5)Melissa B.
If this place were in a city other than Louisville I'm afraid it wouldn't cut it. However, given there isn't much competition for Mediterranean in the area it's A-OK. My appetite wasn't large enough for an appetizer so unfortunately I didn't try the hummus. We had a Greek salad, Cesar salad (both excellent), chicken shrawma, and tenderloin kabobs and shared the walnut baklava (again excellent). The entrees left a bit to be desired, especially the kabobs at 17.99. Service was good and it's BYOB which always helps!
(3)Mark H.
My wife & I visited while in town. The food was good, the atmosphere was charming. Very nice little Greek fusion restaurant. Keep up the good work!
(4)Geo R.
I'm usually skeptical of Greek restaurants but this one has changed my mind. Now, it is one of my favorite restaurants in Louisville. A friend took me at this place to show why it's the best in Louisville. Boy, she is right on the money. Many looks good on the menu so I decided to go with Tenderloin Beef, as soon as I took a bite, I was the quietest person in the restaurant until I finished. Yes, I wanted to lick the whole plate but I didn't think it was appropriate (oh well). The service was excellent, very friendly. The place is very nice, cleaned and well-organized. The only downsize about the place is the napkins, though but it does not affect the rating, too tough. It hurts a little. Just maybe these two bad napkins. Nevertheless, I will be back.

The Grape Leaf is one of those places I always forget about. I'm talking not only it's existence...but also how good it is. Their moussaka, hummus and lentil soup is unbelievably tasty for Mediterranean food that I feel as a cuisine can sometimes be just a little toooo subtle on the spices. What defines The Grape Leaf as a restaurant worthy of my 4-star fan-ship is it's ridiculously extensive menu. It's like they thought of everything you possibly could want to substitute or change in every possible way, shape or form and said "We're one step ahead of you Particular Patty... it's already on the menu, bam!" Bonus points for: BYO Bottle of wine, shaded outdoor patio for the summertime and it's open for lunch and dinner all 7 days a week plus brunch on weekends.
(4)Merritt G.
I am never disappointed by Grape Leaf. The food is always perfection. The Hummus, Chicken Sumac, Gyro, Vegetarian Omelet, and Spinach Parmesan Frittata are all delicious. The lack of alcohol service can be disappointing, however they let you bring in your own bottle of wine. The back patio is lovely to sit under in nice weather. The staff is normally attentive...I have had a few bad servers but not enough to keep me away.

This is the first restaurant I had tried when I moved to Louisville. I was uncertain if this place would meet my expectations (due to me thinking that Louisville is a backward town compared to Washington, D.C where I came from.) I'm happy to say that I'm wrong. Their dishes are very good, especially the hummus, the grape leaves, the Kufta plate, and Moussaka- When friends and family visit, this place is one of very few places I'd take them to.
(5)Jill V.
I picked up a Groupon for this place, so we tried it out. The restaurant was quite nice inside; if it had been a little bit warmer, we definitely would've eaten out on the patio which was blocked from the street and full of plants. My husband raved about the lentil soup that came before his main meal. Our entrees arrived very quickly and we received great service.
(4)Jennifer W.
Grape Leaf is one of my favorite places to eat. 1. You can eat healthfully while still eating tasty food and 2. You can bring your own wine (since you are eating healthy :). My favorite dishes are the vegetarian dishes. I've tried some of the chicken dishes and also the salmon, but I always go back to the veggie stuff. The wait staff is always open to my requests (bring cut up veggies with hummus instead of pita, etc) and super friendly. I ALWAYS order the hummus appetizer and the lentil soup. The salads are great. Falafel bomb. Mujadara on point. The outdoor area is really nice. Highly recommended.
(4)Jaime C.
Had a delightful meal at GrapeLeaf. I placed a carryout order for three, Justin helped to place and fulfill my order. He was very helpful, friendly, and thorough. My (complicated) order was just as I placed it and the food was AMAZING! I'll definitely be back!
(4)Lana C.
I've been coming here for about 16 years and the food has never let me down. I moved away for several years and when I came back they had transformed into a much nicer restaurant. The food was still amazing. I always get the same thing because you just can't go wrong with it. I get the falafel sandwich, add hummus, fries and a Greek salad. The salad alone is usually enough for me to eat but I gorge myself on the sandwich for a bit and save the rest for later. It's an amazing falafel/hummus sandwich. I add hot sauce and put the fries on my sandwich, just like the falafel sandwiches you get in NYC that have potatoes and pickles. Omg it's amazing.
(5)Bridget C.
My husband and I come here at least once a week. The food is consistently good, and the staff always takes care of us. Plus the prices can't be beat! Some of the best dishes are the chicken shawarma, baba ghanouj, kebab, and falafel. My husband thinks the baba ghanouj is some of the best he's ever had. The breakfast (which is served all day) is very good as well. We've taken out of town friends here several times, and they have always been impressed.
(5)Jon K.
This is one of the most trendy & fashionable places to be seen in Louisville. If you want to be able to "brag" by pretending you have the inside track on Louisville hot spots, this is the place for you. On the other hand, if you actually like food and have taste buds that can tell the difference between something your dog eats and what you would rather enjoy - go somewhere else. I had the chicken kabab and it was really dry. Sauce was mediocre. The service is O.K. Restaurant was really hot inside (it felt like a sauna). Overall it felt like a place that would be better suited in Miami than in Louisville. All flash, reputation and posturing - and no substance. I would not recommend.
(2)Molly S.
My second favorite Mediterranean place in town. (Is it just me or does Louisville have an abundance of good Mediterranean food?) Sit outside if possible. I love the vegetarian moussaka and the cauliflower rice. Also you can bring your own bottles of wine to drink. It is as good as Mirage but a little bit pricier so I still give Mirage the advantage. Also it can be difficult to find parking due to its proximity to the railroad tracks.
(4)Christopher B.
I always ask myself why I don't visit The Grape Leaf more often. The service is always spot on, and the food always delicious. No alcohol sales, but you can bring your own wine. Wonderful hummus and baba ghanoush, but the (obvious) star is the grape leaves... tender, moist and full of flavor. I have converted grape leaf haters with these delights. As Rachel F. stated, a reservation won't hurt. The place isn't huge, but a great place for groups with varying palates.
(4)Enid C.
Of course the hummus. People travel from far and near for the silky, almost mousse-like chickpea dip. What you might not know is that this place also has a great breakfast menu that is available (I think) all the time. I get the breakfast burrito which is ginormous and comes with greasy super-fried super-delicious chips, guacamole, sour cream and salsa. My favorites: hummus, lentil soup (vegan!), zatar pita bread, Greek salad. Also great: falafel wrap, chicken gyro with mustard sauce, beef and lamb gyro, chicken kabob. Not so much: spanakopita is often undercooked to my taste. No alcohol, but you can BYOB and there is no corkage fee. Rice (lentil or cauliflower) and/or salad comes with most entrees, or if you're not so hungry you can order stuff a la carte and save yourself a few $. Tasteful decor. Great ladies' room. Large patio with seating under grape vine tendrils. The storefront and sign are not immediately obvious, but just find the stoplight at Frankfort and Clifton and you're there.
(4)Eduardo C.
Good selection, friend liked avocado wrap, but disappointed by salad and lamb chops.
(3)Rachel F.
It feels fitting to start with their Grape Leaves, as we did the other night. Flavorful, and not at all dry. I liked that there was some sauce with them that nicely complemented the app. The dinner I had was fantastic. The vegetarian sampler - Hummus, Falafel, baba ghanouj, and spanakopita. The hummus and baba were sooo tasty. Not at all bland, perfectly smooth. Loved them. The Spanakopita (flaky pastry filled with something) was also quite nice. Wasn't a huge fan of the falafel, but their sauces they served fixed that right up. Not to mention the amazing Greek salad that they call a side that comes with most entrees (about 10-15 bucks each). Almost went back the next day for another. And the portions don't skimp. An entree is plenty. P.S. Don't forget the brown bag wine!! P.P.S. A reservation can't hurt - it does get pretty crowded by 6 on a weekend.

On a snowy day a few weeks back, my friends and I decided to have our customary Friday lunch at Grape Leaf. I've never tasted Mediterranean cuisine before and was really looking forward to it. As an avid 'no meat' guy, I was looking forward to taste the vegetarian dishes they offer. We reached in and got the largest table. I was looking for a hot beverage and the green tea was the best. I had a couple of cups of tea and decided to get the food already. My first bite of the 'vegetarian briani' (should have been biryani) and the bread with the curry of potato was delightful. The food tasted amazing and I was instantly a fan. It did not take me too long to complete my dish and then sipped on the tea some more. Well, to end this review - I will surely recommend the Grape Leaf to anyone who appreciates very good food. It's really very good. The ambiance too is very earthy and very relaxed. I'm looking forward to taking someone to the restaurant again, may be a date, may be. Go to Grape Leaf and I can assure you, you will be all smiles :))
(4)Leah W.
Great place for a date - make a reservation first, though! Don't forget to bring your own wine -- I loved that about this place... stop at the Wine Rack before you head in. THe prices seemed high to me considering this was Mediterranean food, but you get a lot for your money - the greek salad was amazing. Lentil soup also good. Husband got the goat and was pleasantly surprised. I had steak kabobs which were great. THe couscous and cauliflower rice were both great. Really liked the pistachio baklava. All around great. service was a little slow, but I was ok with that -- since we had a bottle of wine to finish. I'll be back for sure - it's right in the neighborhood.

We returned to The Grape Leaf after a 5+ year gap and it will be at least that time before we return even though it's very local to us. The food itself is certainly plentiful and meets the grade (my tenderloin kebab was actually very tasty and cooked to perfection) but the place has a distinctly worn feel and is probably stuck in the era of Louisville dining when decor and service were strongly secondary to food quantity. We waited 5 - 10 minutes to be seated on entering (it was quiet at the time), ordering was slow and the dishes delivered were not all correct. I saw another 3 tables getting very frustrated about the long wait to get a cheque and diners after us also queuing for 10 minutes before seating. When we visited takeout seemed to make up 50% of the activity so perhaps it is this causing the log jam or the fact there were just two servers active.. It's not a bad place by any means but when Louisville has raised the game on its restaurants so effectively this one stands out for it's sleepy service, aged interior design/decor and loose organization.

Came here twice within the last year, but recently found that I enjoy writing reviews on Yelp that can be as helpful as possible without being rude just for the sake of being rude, so I decided to revisit The Grape Leaf here on Yelp! This place claims to be Mediterranean, but for Louisville's lack of experience with this part of the world, I guess this would be the closest thing to being Greek, Turkish and the other countries of the region. The Greek Moussaka was far from the Moussaka I grew up with that I enjoyed from my Greek Yiayia (grandmother). While I never expect a restaurant to taste the same as her home cooking, this dish remotely resembled what Moussaka should even look like. It looked more like a stew than the casserole shape it should. Ironically, the taste was actually pretty good, but I would find a different name for it. I can not recall what I ate there the second time, but if you want good food, for a good price and not expecting things to be authentic, try The Grape Leaf. I don't disrespect what the chef is accomplishing, but I would re-categorize this restaurant to American-Meditteranean Fusion.

,I hadn't been here in years. Let me start by saying the reason I even remembered The Grape Leaf was from Living Social. I haven't lived in Louisville for about 10 years, but was going to be there visiting family so I said "OMG!! I completely forgot about this place" and I bought the deal. I brought my parents for lunch right before they took me to the airport to leave. It was NOTHING like I remembered. The ambiance was totally different~~for the better. Everything was so inviting and warm and really felt spacious AND cozy at the same time. Our server was really great. He was very helpful and kept everything timed perfectly so I was not late to the airport. The food was very good. My only complaint~~if it's even legit, the portions are just way too big. I know most people would say this is great, but I would still pay the same price for about 2/3 the amount of food. Reasonable prices, great environment, friendly staff, flavorful food. I will definitely return to The Grape Leaf on my next visit home.

Good Mediterranean food. I had the lamb chop dinner, and remember it fondly. Not cheap, but worth a look. We shall return... someday.

The one thing you can count on with the grape leaf is inconsistency. The food is delicious, and I've been coming here for years, but every time you order a dish you have an idea of what you are going to get but it is always a little different. I'm not a terribly picky eater so it doesn't bother me that they sometimes throw a few almonds and raisins in the dish, or that the Greek salad might come with pineapple, grapes and pomegranates one time, and no fruit at all the next. Sometimes the chicken sumac is really saucy and tender and sometimes it is a little dryer with grilled vegetables. Sometimes the vegetable briani comes with lots of vegetables, and sometimes it is just chickpeas. Sometimes the lamb moussaka has stewed lamb meat, and sometimes the lamb is just grilled on top of the eggplant moussaka. The food is really good so I will keep coming back, but this is definitely a "chef's whim" kind of a restaurant. Since they don't serve alcohol (you can BYOB though) most of the wait staff is young and not as seasoned or attentive as your typical server. For this reason, I often prefer to carry out than to eat in, but as long you are aren't in a hurry it is a nice relaxing place to brunch, lunch or dine. The food oscillates from good to outstanding depending on the day.
(4)Sara W.
First Question... how the heck is this place nearly empty on a Friday night? Don't get me wrong... I love my prime choice of outdoor seating on the amazing patio in the back, but how do people ignore this place? The food is absolutely phenomenal and you get a TON for your money. In addition, it's BYO which is rare and so fun. Great place to socialize and munch on awesome Mediterranean cuisine. Go for something simple or try something new! The only thing I would request would be some citronella torches outside. The bugs were everywhere and I didn't feel like sharing my food.
(4)Imran Q.
This place is so good I went back the next day for lunch. I had the rack of lamb and my wife had the lamb chops (which I, of course, took a bite of). Everything we got at dinner was off the chain. The pomengranat mint lemonade is awesome. And the portions are filling. It is a bit pricey though worth every penny. ...consistency... That's the word for Grape Leaf. The lack of that is... The next day I went for lunch and ordered the lamb shawarma, the lemonade again, and baba ganush. It was just so under seasoned and the lemonade looked better but didn't taste close to how it did the night before. But maybe I shouldn't have ordered expecting dinner quality ... but the price was just as much... a major let down.
(5)M T.
?Where did that waiter go? So when I eat out and take a chef instructor with me it is a meal with a critique attached. Number one is the staff seemed to care less about us and the manager could not get off the cell phone, maybe the real employees called in and these were the replacements. Second issue the salad looked tired. Very tired and for the price it could have had the other non lettuce ingredients show up. Where is that waiter again, I was ready to order something else but forget it, the other table of patrons must be too much for this service pig with lipstick, my chef friend would not even get past the hummus swamp offered to her. So for my worst Louisville food experience in years goes to The Grape Leaf! Two stars and no desert please.
