Took 45 mins to get a pizza and cheese bread ready for pick up. There were at least 3 employees there and one table in house

4 of us went for lunch on Tuesday. It was the first time I'd been to any of the Spinelli's locations. I was so impressed. We each ordered the pizza by the slice. The pieces were the biggest pieces I've ever seen and the total bill was under $20. We all had to take ours to go because we couldn't finish. The wait staff was also friendly. Two of our pieces apparently ripped when they got them out of the oven so they came and told us that they already had another slice in the oven because they didn't want to serve us that. We said it was really okay because we were going to eat it regardless. They insisted on the new pieces so we agreed. The atmosphere was very comfortable and there was plenty of space. I will for sure be coming back to this location and will bring the kids. They'll love it.

Best pizza in town hands down. They are open late and the place is just bad ass inside.

Third Spinelli's location I've tried, and by far the largest of chain. Great thin crust and huge portion New York style pizza. I know they're newly opened in this location so I'll try them again. As with the other locations, the workers attitude and style is somewhat aloof and careless. They definitely don't have to worry about drug screens or background checks in the pizza industry, but they know how to make killer pie. The pizza by the slice prices are getting to be somewhat high. Two slices and a mt dew cost me around $12.

We called this location for a delivery today and they told us we were out of their delivery range, even though we've had at least two deliveries from this location in the recent past. Guy on the phone said it was left up to the driver whether to deliver to us or not and the driver chose not to. We always tip our drivers well so that's his loss. The worst part is that we had a great experience with this Spinelli's in the past and we went to the trouble of leaving great feedback for them on Facebook. Unfortunately we don't feel that we will order from them again. Too bad. It's great to see a local business operating in this part of town and not another chain. This type of customer service won't cut it.

Food may be good but the managers/owners are awful. Witnessed an employee getting physically attacked by another employee. Tried to tell the manager/owner, Willow, and she began screaming at me, putting her hand in my face, telling me she was 46 years old, and kicked me off the property. Called the Baxter store and left my name and number and was never contacted about the incident. Called the Baxter store the next day and was told to contact the Dixie store. Called the Dixie store and the manager/owner, Harry, invited me in for a face-to-face talk. Harry then proceeded to become belligerent and rude. I guess that is why he wanted to talk outside, so the cameras in the store wouldn't catch how awful he was acting. Willow and Harry then told me how Amanda, the girl that was attacked, was fired for talking to a customer as she was being sent home and Angel, the attacker, was fired for the physical attack on Amanda. This is all information that is private and not to be shared with anyone. I never once asked for any kind of compensation or anything free. All I was hoping for was a peaceful resolution and a sincere apology and assurances that management would do better with their customers and employees. Instead, Harry and Willow were very, very rude and then informed me that they taped our conversation without my permission or even telling me that they were going to tape it. I am OK with it because I never once raised my voice, cursed, or acted unprofessional. I can not say the same for them. I was and am horrified by the managemment/owners and owners. There was a table that was also thrown out right after Willow kicked me off the property. One of the ladies from that table contacted me and told me they were kicked out because they asked Willow a question and wanted to give Amanda her tip. The lady said she thought it was possibly the show "What Would You Do?' because she couldn't believe she had also witnessed the assault and the manager/owner being so rude and confrontational. Harry and Willow were acting just like the owners from the restaurant Amy's Baking Company from Kitchen Nightmares.

Never again! We should have known not to go in, when they weren't busy at 8 o'clock on a Saturday night. But we were willing to give them a try....local restaurant, not a big chain. It's all downhill from here. The restaurant was freezing. I complained to the hostess and a waitress, but they just laughed and said there was nothing they could do. So I shivered and we decided to order carry out instead of eating in. We watched as two tables with small children came in and sat near us. They almost immediately looked up to see multiple fans going, kids pulled arms inside their shirt sleeves, wives snuggled close to their partners, adults tried to be brave. I watched a couple step outside to smoke, after informing their waitress, but another staff member cleared their table of drinks and a pair of riding gloves. Another diner stepped up to the hostess to request assistance in finding his waitress. My husband came out of the mens restroom with dripping wet hands and ask the hostess for paper towels. Ten minutes later I saw another man come out with wet hands also. The staff hadn't refilled the paper products in the men's room, even when told about the issue. The music was extremely loud rap music and very unwelcoming. Staff was very disorganized. Finally,50 minutes after ordering, we got our Supreme pizza, which had been described at "overloaded with toppings" in the menu with a price tag of $25! we opened the box to take a peek and were disappointed to find a pale, skimpy pizza. Definitely not overloaded. I could count the pieces of pepperoni on both hands. There were similiar amounts of sausage and veggies. This was the final straw. asks poke to the manager about all these issues, but he stated he was unaware of any problems with the complaints of cold or staffing issues. Ate the mediocre pizza at home. Won't go back, not even for takeout! Too unprofessional, too disorganized, too expensive, they won't last long without a major overhaul!
