Definitely not great or even good pizza but it's edible and they're open really late. They have the vibe of an 80s arcade that hasn't been cleaned much since then. The pizza by the slice looked old and a little sketch so we ordered a pizza. It's okay if you're out late and need a bite but I'd go elsewhere during the day.

I stopped into Spinelli's on my way out of Louisville. The 80s vibe was cool; it had old arcade games and spray paint graffiti on the walls. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza. I thought I was playing it safe because at most places it's hard to go wrong with those ingredients. The pizza was 18", so you really can't complain about the portions. The sauce was 100% ranch and it overpowered the whole thing. There was plenty of cheese. I ordered it with fried chicken since I had never had it like that before. The chicken had great flavor but wasn't small enough to not be awkward to eat it off a pizza slice. It was like they threw chicken nuggets on a pizza. The bill ended up being $30 for the pizza. Not worth the money at all.

Unfortunately the other evening when I purchased the only spinellis pizza that I actually enjoy, the breakfast pizza, I got a mouth full of dust. Spinellis has by no means ever been considered a favorite or delicious part of Louisville but the occasional bfast pizza had been a treat. Until I took my first bite and coughed up dust. The entire bottom of the pizza was coated in thick dust and even if you tried to wipe it off it was still like a dry, tasteless dust cake! I was coughing, my friend was coughing, my cat had inhaled some of the dust and ran away. It was the spinellis dust bowl of 2015. Besides the dry dust the pizza was good.

For late night pizza, it's what you would expect. In a basement of a building with spray paint all over the walls - this establishment supplies what you need at 4 am. Pizza and places to sit. Ignore the bright fluorescent lighting and feed your hunger. **They deliver until 5am apparently. Well-played Spinelli... well-played.

  • Chris L.

This is my second time at this location, and fourth pie from Spinelli's. The pizza is consistently good and floppy East Philly style. The service is consistently uneven. I'm not even forty, but I'm always left with the impression "Where are the adults? Who left ask these punks in charge?" But, honestly, that's also a big part of the appeal of this ultimate late-night slice haven. They always have good beer specials, from $1 PBR tall boys to $2 better brews, you'll always have plenty to drink to go with your pizza. But again, make sure you double and triple check your order.

UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO EVEN GIVE THIS A STAR!!! A zero star service would be considerate. I was actually told, after being on hold and hung up on for an hour straight, told to "call a lawyer sweetie". This was after I was delivered a raw pizza at 2:43am. I apparently needed "proof" of a raw pizza." which I have........ After refusing a refund, expect a visit from a lawyer! Horrible humans and business. If this is the only option eat your foot first!

Hmmm...this place is quite the dungeon. It reminds me of the classic 80's Pizzaria inside with some arcade machines and old booths straight out of the movies. I'm not sure if this place is going for that nostalgic feel, or if it is just very old. Anyway, most likely you are coming here for Pizza and don't care about the ambiance. We ordered a large cheese pizza and a large cheese bread. There were 6 people in the group, all hungry after a night on the town. The food came out pretty quick, no complaints there. The Pizza was decent, not great but not bad. If you think of any generic (non-chain) pizza place, this is it. I think if it wasn't for the cheese bread and the outdated dank environment, this place would have 3 stars from me, but that cheese bread. ugh....how is that still on the menu. It was dry, had barely any cheese (besides the middle, some reason had a ton in the middle) and was just all around flavorless. How can you get bread and cheese wrong? booo. Anyway, this is a good late night munchies place, but there are so many better pizza places to go if you are looking to make it dinner.

Fried Oreos? Chicken and Waffle Pizza? Are you kidding me? This place will put the south in your MOUF! It's a solid late night place with character. Perfect for a late night slice or a lunch time pie! Spinelli's in your mouth!! Oh so good!!!

    (5)
  • Jon R.

Amazing east coast style pizza! The meatlovers is where it's at. Fried oreos, awesome. I will definitely be back!

  • Frank B.

Cool place cool employees my girlfriend loves it here by far obsessed with it highly recommend

OMG, don't waste your time or money. Bad bad bad. Service bad, food bad, pizza looks like a dogs dinner.

    (1)
  • D P.

Haven't been in awhile so I tried it on September 2, 15. I love spinellis pizza. East coast style thin crust, not crunchy but able to stand when folded. The prob with this location is the staff. Waitress was disrespectful and tip hungry. Wouldn't take my order at counter like normal pizzerias. Fire her and I'll come back.

I was hesitant about getting a slice from here after reading the reviews but alas its one of the few options that's open late around this area. This is not a place to go if you're in a hurry or looking for an unforgettable slice. Instead, this will hit the spot if you need some sustenance after a night of beer and bourbon. we ordered a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese on a Monday night. They girl taking the orders was in no hurry to do her job. the action Bronson fellow in tbe back was cool and got things going as soon as the blonde rate limiting step did her thing. Onto the food: The slices are huge similar to the pies I had at Rutgers in NJ. I suspect our slices were sitting out a while and were reheated not surprising for a Monday night. Had these been fresh they probably would've awesome. Seeing as the options are so limited in this area late night I would probably go back, I hope they step up their service game as this has the potential to be a underground gem.

Seriously guys and girls, this was the absolutely worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Seriously....

This place was referred to me by the muhammad ali museum this is a divey..place the staff were very helpful and professional the food was wonderful and I enjoyed the connoles. ..a sweet desert everyone will probably disagree with me but I truly liked this place it is in a basement the music is good and they have games including air hockey for the kids

    (4)
  • Jared A.

Pizza is huge and banging plus they have PBR! It's a great place that is open until 5am plus they have air hockey and a chair to see how sexy you are.

    (5)
  • Whitney A.

The pizza is decent and comes in large slices, but it wasn't worth the poor service. I realize Spinelli's is supposed to embody the dive atmosphere, and I'm fine with that. What I'm not fine with is waiting 1.5 hours for 2 slices of pepperoni. It seemed pretty obvious that the staff either lost our order or gave it away to another table. Despite the fact that my husband showed them our time-stamped receipt and asked about our order - twice - no effort was made to compensate us in any way for our wait. Frankly, there are better dives and pizza joints with better service in town. Spinelli's just isn't worth this kind of hassle.

Just had a delivery 10 minutes ago. The rocky balboa had rubbery chicken that wasn't edible. I had to remove all the chicken and ended up eating a marinara and cheese sandwich. I also ordered an appetizer combo which had around 4 mozzarella stocks. 2 of then were empty of all cheese. They were just a hollow shell of fried substance. Update: Got food poisoning. Probably from the chicken.

  • Jeremy W.

There comes a time in everyone's life when you're looking for the only place that delivers after hours. This is how I met Spinellis. What?, they deliver til 5am you say??? I've had enough to drink to make that sound like a good idea. This is the driest, chewiest, least flavorful pizza I've ever had. And I've eaten at little Caesars! Save yourself $30 for one pizza!!!

    (1)
  • Samantha G.

Besides how big the pizza slices were the food was awesome, the location and the atmosphere were great. 10/10 would come here again.

Dec 17th 2014 I went there the bathroom was grosser than a truck stop bathroom. We ordered 2 slices of pizza they told me its 3.75 a piece when the bill came ther hey charged .75 per topping. All 3 of that ate were sick all day. I would not suggest this place!

  • Michael M.

Really great pizza. It is a unique and fun experience. Great for a late night out with friends.

    (5)
  • Ashley S.

Granted, I know it was 12am when I arrived, but when I've counted 8 people in the kitchen staff, I hope my food (a slice of pizza) would arrive in a timely manner. My band and I waited a full 40 minutes for food. I can't help to think...what was the hold up? On top of that, our orders were messed up... While I appreciate late night eats, I still expect a somewhat decent service.

    (2)
  • Jennifer S.

Pizza: good. Service: horrible. Phone service: very bad. You would think that all these complaints on here would make them think twice about customer service. But I guess if people keep eating here then they won't change...

  • Kevin B.

This is the second time I stopped in for a slice of pizza as I traveled from Lexington, KY back to Chicago. Favorite place to stop in Louisville. Made to order slice today: pineapple, Canadian bacon and jalapeños. Delicious and quick service. Huge slices, made fresh to order, interesting to say the least atmosphere and speedy service

    (4)
  • Brent W.

Convenient late night hours with a specialty of delivery service. But skip the restaurant visit. Pizza itself is average at best. Employees are youthful and disorganized.

  • Lindsey C.

I ordered a pizza at 1:31am on 7/20. They stated that it would be an hour to deliver our pepperoni pizza. At 2:51 and 3:04, we called back to check on the delivery and we were told that someone named Willow would call us back once our pizza was located. I called back at 3:41am and was told by Willow that she is a partner with the company, that they could not locate the pizza or the order (which was already pending w/my bank), and that she had no way to know if we had even called Spinelli's. She told me that she had done everything that she could do and I would have to call my bank to request that the charge be stopped. Then I received this text at 6:59am. I have never been spoken to or treated so poorly by someone working in customer service. I would definitely recommend anywhere in Louisville other than Spinelli's. I would rate with 0 stars, but it requires that I put at least one star.

Great late night joint, especially if you're hammered.. they also have deep fried oreos.. too bad Kentucky doesn't legalize weed and they'd double their business. Oh, the Pizza in NYC style and pretty good.

  • MR V.

Large epic slices, unique atmosphere, open to 5am, cheap beer, friendly quirky staff, loved it.. Will come again when in DT Louisville.

  • Kelley M.

Horrible. Ordered at 10:41, delivered 12:20. We had to warm the pizza up in the microwave when it finally got here. Not impressed.

  • Jen H.

Great little find! Open on a Sunday in an area where lots of other places were closed. Huge slice of supreme pizza made fresh to order. And the pepperoni knots were awesome. Four of them could almost be a meal.

    (5)
  • Lauren C.

It's damn near impossible to find something to eat after 10pm or so, but Spinelli's has you covered. Plenty of arcade games and thin, giant slices of pizza do the job.

    (3)
  • TJ N.

Love coming here for lunch when I'm down town. Good quick food and great pizza in my opinion. There sausage is the best but sometimes the slices are a little skimpy. I don't think people get the feel of this place at times and love to butch about the music or noise or whatever but I always have a good time.

Not impressed stayed at the clarion inn Clarksville IN and tried to order a pizza for delivery to our room. Staff on the phone was very confused and unorganized. Said they could only accept credit cards and would have to run it and call back in a few minutes. Never received a call back from them had to call them back after 20 minutes of waiting for them to call back. Had to redo the entire order once we got them on the phone as if all the earlier information had been lost. For being recommend by the front desk they were unorganized and made ordering a simple pizza very difficult. If your staying at the clarion Inn in Clarksville you might want to get food before you get back to the hotel instead of trying to order pizza.

While I'm not sure what Philly-style pizza is (or really just how its different from New York style), I was impressed with my slice from Spinelli's. Hubs and I were walking downtown on a Sunday looking for somewhere that was 1. open (tough on a Sunday downtown) and 2. quick (we had a play at the Kentucky Center to get to). On our way to our last resort (Jimmy John's) we realized there was a new Spinelli's right on the way. The basement-level restaurant is large and gray. Since there are no windows it seems a bit dark. The set-up is typical of northeastern pizzerias, where you can order hoagies, pizza-by-the-slice, and whole pies. For speed's sake, we ordered by the slice. I ordered a slice of bacon, hubs got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of white pizza. The lone guy behind the counter told us it would be about 8 minutes. When we got our slices we were pleased with what we received - thin, floppy crust, good sauce, bubbly mozzarella and a good amount of toppings. Also, the slices were the size of about 2 slices of large pizza, so it was a decent lunch (hubs had trouble finishing his). We're looking forward to coming back for more pizza, and also trying the cheesesteaks. Hubs heard the guy ask a customer if he'd like whiz on his - I haven't really looked, but I'm guessing it's hard to find a decent cheesesteak in Louisville, let alone one with whiz. When the craving inevitably strikes, I know where to go.

It's just gross and definitely not worth it. You have to be super drunk to like pizza from Spinellis. Our pizzas did not taste good and looked like a pile of garbage.

Open until 5? Hell yeah! Good Za, cold beer what are you thinking! Thin crust? So he's from Philly? Might be able to turn a blind eye.

    (5)
  • Kent H.

75 cent PBRs! Kind of a divey place, but cheap beer, and decent pizza. Since I got to my hotel at 2 AM, it was nice to find a place that stayed open until 4, so that I could get a beverage and a bite.

  • Jessica M.

I can never finish an entire pizza and don't care for leftovers, so the fact that I can get pizza by the slice at Spinelli's is a huge plus for me. The slices are giant--they take up an entire plate--so I rarely need more than one. I grab lunch at Spinelli's once every couple of weeks--a slice of white pizza and a soda on the side for only $6. Some good things about Spinelli's are that it's cheap, they have a good variety of appropriate and inappropriate portion choices, they're open until 5 a.m., and they're open on Sundays. I've ordered delivery from this Spinelli's a few times, and it takes quite some time for the food to arrive. I like to think that it takes a while because the food is freshly made, so I really don't mind, but keep it in mind if you're starving when you call your order in.

  • Kayla K.

Will never buy anything from this place ever again. The delivery boy complained to hell about his tip even though we over tipped him then we soon regretted over tipping even more since he was overly rude about how he had to drive a couple blocks away to get to us. It's sad really because we loved the pizza.

I'm not gonna give this place more than 1 star. First time ordering and for a large pizza, fried Oreo s,salad and Mac and cheese bites. The supreme pizza had no meat on it at all. Mostly red sauce which was bland. No cheese.(wth?) The salad was missing but they sent plenty of packets of dressing. The manager sent over a whole new order . again the pizza was bland and flat. Lots of red sauce and hardly no meat. There was about 2 pieces of meat per slice. It was still a supreme veggie pizza. Finally got the salad that was mostly white onions piled on top of a bunch of lettuce. The kicker?.... no utensils were sent so salad down the trash. I spent almost 50.00 and still feel sick about paying for the mess they made. Ended up eating the fried oreos for dinner that night as the rest of the order was thrown in the trash. I will never ever come or eat here again !

Horrible service!! I actually felt discrimination. I waited about 15 for the waitress to take my order. Another African American lady came in and she acted like she didn't want to touch her money. An African American male came in and she threw him off on someone else. Did I mention she messed up my order! !!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

we went there about midnight and the pizza was fabulous. different from what I'm used to in Jacksonville, but different is always great. we had the meat lovers pizza, i really liked the sausage they used. The crust was thin and crispy. lots of cheese and meat. For reference, I'm from Jacksonville and eat at Carmines in Riverside, Mellow Mushroom at tinseltown and enjoy Renna's too. the atmosphere was downtown and midnight, but chill and we had a good time

I was drunk and I could still tell the pizza was ratchet. Next time I'm gonna just go for White Castle.

At 1:30 am on a Monday night there are extremely limited options for pizza delivery. Even my desperation pizza joint, Papa Johns, closes at Midnight on weekdays. So, despite putting off trying Spinelli's again for over a year after my sub-par experience with them last February, I found myself dialing their number at 1:33 am last night in a moment of "I need pizza right now because I just worked a long shift and I'm starving" desperation. When they answered the phone I immediately noticed a vast improvement in their customer service. Rather than being hung up on or questioned extensively about my location like I was last year I was assisted in a friendly and patient manner. Additionally, the pizza arrived at my door at exactly 2:17 am which is reasonably prompt. The delivery driver was also friendly and polite, especially given that it was 2 am. The pizza was HUGE and was hot when it arrived. Each giant, thin, New York style slice could be an entire meal. I only ate one piece even though I had been starving and had to save the rest for leftovers. I ordered ricotta cheese as a topping and it was amazingly delicious. My only complaint was their sauce which was strangely sweet. The next time I order I am going to try their white pizza instead. Perhaps that will eliminate the strange sweet sauce and deliver the perfect pie. Either way it seems that Spinelli's has made vast improvements in their customer service, delivery, and food over the past year. In doing so they have won back a customer.

I recently decided to try Spinellis, because I heard many people say there pizza was great. So I walked down the stairs to where Spinelli's was located. My first thought was that it looked like it was previously a bike bar. It was extremely ratty looking. On to the food. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza and a house salad, I paid $8 for it. Outrageous!! I grabbed my pricey lunch and headed out the door to dig in. My first thought was to eat the salad, but the salad dressing was frozen, so that was a no go. I then proceeded to cut into my brick hard pizza. Yuck! There was just something about the pizza that made it taste funny. It was gross, I had one bite and threw the rest out. I can't describe the taste but there was just to much of something on it. Also the crust was paper thin. Last time I follow recommendations for pizza.

really, two stars from others! I do not understand that. Solid pizza, great after hours joint, this location is open till 4am. Lunch? not so much but there is still decent BIG slices after hours and all day... Love it, under five bucks with extra cheese... can not be beet...

This is the perfect late night drunk dining venue. A security guard at 4th Street Live told me about it so I stumbled over. The pizza slices are HUGE. If you put four together you could probably make a large pizza. It's that real NY thin, soggy style not the hipster crunchy, thin crust but the soggy, floppy, fold over and eat after soaking up the grease with a napkin style.

  • Jason H.

Waited 1 hour for them to make a Pizza, even though they have like. 10 idiots workin/yelling at each other in this kitchen, wtf.

I thought the Pizza was great! The place is a little shady when walking down in a basement to get inside. I'd have to say if your looking for good pizza and not a national chain this is one of my top picks for Pizza! You get enough food for your money! I love fried oreo's and this place has them so if you ever are in Spinelli's get the delicious fried oreo's!

Only go here for lunch if you have an endless lunch break. Two slices of pizza took 25 minutes...wasn't worth the wait...place is understaffed, staff is undertrained.

I take late night bike rides and daytime walks downtown (I live downtown) and have been to Spinelli's at this location several times now. I have purchased slices of pizza and sandwiches and all have been okay. But just okay. I would note that the pizza crusts are very thin and I have not seen any thick crust pizza being sold by the slice. The pizza slices are usually quite expensive (over $4) unless on special sale or you get the cheese only slices. Basically you can order from Pizza Hut, Domino's or Papa John's and get a whole large pizza with all the toppings for the price of 2 or 3 slices at Spinelli's. And it seems like the pizza slices have gotten smaller and smaller with the passage of time since the opening. You should also expect the outside inch or two of each slice to be just crust with no topping at all. Not a good value. Service tends to be slow so this is not a place to go if in a hurry. This location also seems to suffer from high turnover and lack of adequate employee training. Just yesterday for example (11/19/12) I stopped in and got a beer with the intention of drinking it in the patio area at street level, like I had always done in the past. Guy told me I could not go outside with my beer (it is allowed no problem at 99.99% of all other restaurants in Louisville) and that I would have to drink my beer in their basement. Since all downtown restaurants other than this one (example would be all the restaurants on 4th street downtown) allow drinking in their patio areas I will probably be buying my beers somewhere else from now on. Just do not like sitting in a windowless basement. I have been overcharged once so far. On the positive side this place is open until 5 AM so if you are out in the wee hours of the morning and want something to eat other than White Castle, this place is an alternative. The place has also always been quite clean each time I have visited.

I went here with two of my friends and we each ordered a single slice of pizza, we were told it would be done soon, 30 minutes go by and we politely asked about our pizza, they said 5 more minutes and that "it's really good pizza it's worth the wait." After 10 minutes I asked again and the waitstaff was very very rude to me like I was being impatient and annoying. Once we finally got our pizza, a full hour after ordering it, it was arguably the worst pizza I have had in my entire life. I would've rather eaten any frozen pizza you could buy from the grocery store, it was so terrible that I gave it to a homeless man on the way home from the restaurant because I had no desire to eat it as I would rather have thrown it away than eat that disgusting excuse for a pizza.

Great food, great service. Favorite pizza place in Louisville. Walk in at 1am and get a fresh pie made for you right then and there. Not to mention the awesome air hockey table. The Ville needs more places like this.

For a midnight delivery, this place is good! Ignore all the "high expectation" ratings...if you're staying from out of town, order & enjoy like we did!

AVOID THIS PLACE! If you order after reading all the bad reviews (especially this story), you will have no one to blame but yourself. I wish I had read the reviews below before taking the Hyatt Hotel's front desk recommendation, and placing a large order for 30 Pizza's with them on Saturday evening, September 27th, 2014. They ripped me off!! (primarily due to the incompetence of their delivery and order taking staff). I called in an order for 10 cheese, 10, sausage, and 10 pepperoni pizzas in the late evening. I was told at the end of the call, after I paid in full with a credit card, they would be delivered in about an hour. I called 70 minutes later for a status update when they had not arrived yet; I understood this was a large order and simply wanted an ETA. The call ended with the promise that they would text my phone to notify me as the pizzas were leaving the shop, so that I could ensure that I was there to meet them in the hotel lobby and on the look-out when they arrived. 35 minutes later (1:45 minutes after first placing the order), I call back after no receiving a text, for another status update and ETA. They said the pizzas already went out and that "they are likely coming up the elevator right now". I responded that there would be no elevator involved, as delivery was expected in the lobby. As the person on the line was asking questions of the cook staff on my delivery, I saw a delivery person walk in the hotel lobby with a pile of about 10 pizzas in arm, promptly heading for the escalators going to the 2nd floor hotel conference area; I mentioned thought the delivery was here, and hung up the phone to intercept the delivery before he made it to the escalator. I stopped him, told them I was the purchaser of the 30 pizza order and confirmed the three different types/quantities that I had specified. The delivery person responded with the question: "Do you want me to put these upstairs with all the others". "Upstairs?!? All the others?!? My entire order is supposed to be delivered down here to me!!" He must have thought I was crazy; as he just turned away from me when I said that and promptly delivered my pizzas to another group upstairs. The impression I had was that he was totally ignoring me, and did not believe that I had anything to do with the order he was delivering. It was later figured out from talking with some other hotel guests, that another group ordered 10 pizzas for delivery to the 2nd floor conference area around the same time I placed the 30 pizza order (not clear who ordered first, although I think I did), and for some reason they decided to deliver all 40 pies to that group, even though they had only paid for 10 in their order, and the credit card/delivery names must have been different name. The group who ordered the 10 pizzas I guess were more than happy to accept (and sign for) my order. (Kind of a shady move on their part, really) I called right back to speak with a manager, and explained what just happened, that the delivery man had just walked right past me and refused to release the pizzas from my order, and that I was watching my order go upstairs and get delivered to and consumed by another group. Just as I finished explaining everything to the manager, two delivery people came down the escalators (both empty handed), including the first person who I saw take the pile of pizzas upstairs. I handed my cell phone, with the manager on the line, to the other 2nd delivery person (The female of the pair, appeared to be the one "in charge"). The manager and delivery person spoke for several minutes, after which point I was handed back the phone and they went back upstairs to receive my 30 pizza order. Unfortunately, the group upstairs had already started eating away at my order. In the end, I received about 20 of the 30 pizzas I ordered, and not all of what I was delivered was even from my order, as they were at least two that had topping combinations I had not ordered. (Since we were short pizza, everything got consumed, and nothing was left over; things were moving so fast it was impossible to tell what pizza was what. I could only count the empty boxes at the end to know I had only received 22 pizzas.). Once the the delivery people brought down a bunch of pizzas, they just booked it out of there as quickly as possible. Didn't ask for a tip, didn't ask me to sign anything. I called back several times to speak with the on-duty manager of the issue to try and work out a refund or other resolution to their mistake, only to be told that the "General Manager" would need to handle this, and that they would call me back. Several days later, no call, no refund for the miss-delivered pizzas. I sort of received an apology from one of the on-duty managers, but it kind of lost all meaning since I never received the call back I was promised from the general manager. Absolutely horrible. I was ripped off.

Called in to order got put on hold for 8 mins. Called back, asked for napkins, crushed peppers, & Parmesan cheese. Delivery guy got here an hour later with none of the above. Pizza was greasy, pop was warm, just an overall bad experience. They need to train their staff properly..

We are from the DC area and are staying in Clarksville, IN. When we checked in, there was a flyer for this place at the hotel front desk. Wanting a snack when we got back to our , we ordered a large cheese pizza. They didn't tKe long to deliver it, but it was burnt!!! The cheese wasn't gooey and melted like you expect from pizza--barely any sauce, and the bottom was literally black. Like if you know you over cooked a pizza, why even send it out? Don't you have any pride in what comes out of your establishment? I recommend that you order from here--said no on ever. GROSS!!!

Well, unfortunately my experiance here was ruined due to Spinellis having the nastiest restrooms in Louisville. No soap in the restroom.Toilet overflowing with urine while the majority of the server staff were outside smoking when we pulled in...including my server who i sm positive did not wash her hands upon returning to. work. The pizza is amazing however the "punk rock atmosphere" has gone far over the line of being a cool atmosphere to becoming a disgusting shithole. My advice to the staff would be to take some pride in the establishment. You have become complacent and it SHOWS. Used to be my favorite pizza joint, now it is somewhere I will obviously never return. Great pizza made and served by and IN filth.....CLEAN! This advice is coming from someone who's been in the rest. biz for many years.
