Their food is good...but service is horrible. They messed up our order and when we called back they were not seem concerned at all! They try to pass fried Oreos off as fried s'mores. I will not being spending my money with them again. 7/29 spoke with the new store manager Abby and she was awesome...hopefully she can turn this stores service around. She was polite, concerned and helpful. Because of her I will definitely give them another chance. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 because of her.

After reading the reviews about Spinelli's I was very skeptical. I placed an order through Grubhub and I was very surprised. I ordered a single piece of cheese piece, a salad, and chicken fingers. The salad was full of great healthy lettuce and well made. The chicken tenders were crispy and good and finally the cheese pizza was huge and tasty. The bad, Delivery was an hour despite it being 10 pm and less than a mile away. The chicken tenders were luke warm and they forgot the honey mustard. This place is nowhere as terrible as people make them out to be.

Someone else PLEASE open a late night food spot in this area because I will never go back here. Went out after a wedding, thought we would get a quick slice then continue to party with the bride and groom, little did we know this place does not give an F if you eat or not and charge you out the butt for it. Place was not crowded when we got there and waited an hour and 20 minutes before we got all of our food. Missed the entire after party sitting in this hot graffiti sewer and the ninja turtles never even made an appearance. I hope the workers were at least on drugs, I've worked in a pizza shop and it's not that hard. Sorry Allie and Josh, this was why we missed your after party.

I've had some Spinelli's before but this was my first time visiting this location. Pizza were premade and just heated up. I chose the bacon slice which was tasty and just less than $5. The slices are extra large and I'd recommend swinging by and checking it out. They have a stand alone location now.

Only order from here if you can wait 2 hours for a pizza and don't care if the person you talk to is a jack@$$. We ordered a simple cheese pizza. 2 hours later it was not here. When I called to get help they hung up on me.

Ordered a pizza for pick up by telephone before i left the house. Got there to pick it up and they said they dod not have my order. I had called the wrong location , my fault. I called the location i had called , but now where i was just completely ignored me and just shrugged off any chance of this locatoin making my pizza. By the way, i went to the called location and paid for the pizza. Done with this place.

Dirty people work at spinellis. I Don't want their employees touching my food. Papalinos is a million times better. And not to mention the best pizza in town. Do yourself a favor. Do not go anywhere near any of these locations. They are all one in the same. Owner is a dbag too! 9-14-15---Update... Just had a Philly cheesesteak bc I wanted to give them a sympathy visit. Mainly I was craving a philly. Well. The frozen philly meat was way too minced and super dry. The veggies (peppers and onions) were undercooked. The bread was soggy and the overall quality of the sandwich was horrible. It was very dry and bland. I would not recommend eating here at all. Not even if you are desperate.

My friends and I were staying at a nearby hotel and decided we felt like some pizza. We called and placed an order for a cheese pizza. We were immediately nervous because the pizza was expensive and the guy was not the nicest. We placed the order anyway. Seventy minutes later our cheese pizza had still not arrived. We called and the same guy was even more unfriendly this time around and insisted the pizza was on its way but could not give us any idea on how much longer it would be until the pizza arrived. We decided to keep waiting since we were starving and we really wanted to try a pizza that was this expensive. Thirty minutes later we still had no pizza so we called to cancel and the same guy hung up on us. We ended up buying a frozen meal from the hotel sundry and went to bed hungry and disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like paying a lot of money for bad service and no actual food. Thumbs down!!!!!!

To say that Spinelli's offers the best pizza in town is incorrect. Spinelli's offers the best east coast style pizza in louisville. I love this place when I'm in the mood for fold and eat pizza.

Heard great things about Sinelli's pizza but in my opinion it was just hype. The pizza was fair at best and the bread sticks were unedible. Also I ordered a 2 liter and did not get it but was still charged for it.

It took over an hour and a half to deliver the pizza from 4 miles away when I was told it would take 45 minutes. The pizza was lukewarm when it arrived. The taste of the pie was decent but after waiting so long it really didn't matter. Hopefully you have better luck than I did.
