    The rolls are always good here. I got the strawberry chicken salad and it was really good too. I think this O Charlies is better than some I've been to.

    An absolutely wonderful place to eat! The servers is friendly and awesome! My family always come to celebrate our birthdays and we always have a great time.

    We dined at 2:00 in the afternoon. The restaurant was very deserted. Three hostesses were standing there doing nothing including not greeting patrons on the way in or out. I guess their job is simply to prop up on the hostess desk. Our server took our drink order then forget to bring the drinks. she returned to take our order and realized she never brought drinks. We had to leave the table and go find her to get refills then find her again to get the check. We waited forever to get a simple burger and nachos. The lunch took over an hour and a half. I won't bother to discuss the average food because you should never, ever eat here based on lack of service alone.

    I started going back here recently. Usually I try to avoid chains but this is easy quick seating for Sunday brunch. Clean. Friendly servers. Food was good, sweet tea was excellent. New decor adds a little something. Food is a bit slow but the rolls are good-- don't come in a rush.

    Ate there last night for dinner & lunch today. Everything was fantastic. Our hostess & Waiter, both very nice & attentive. Our food was timely & very delicious. The manager greeted us and talk with us as well. The check was reasonable as well. This restaurant is top of the line. Great place.. Great experience.. We will be back & highly recommend this place to all our friends!

    Service was terrible, their cooking staff doesn't understand how to cook beef properly. If I could give this zero stars I would, but the only saving grace was having a good conversation, which I would assume be a frequent patron. I will not choose this place even with a gun to my head.

    I really enjoyed my visit. I was on a business trip and dined alone. They treated me great. The server recommended the tangerine margarita.yum! The meal was great too. I'll definitely be back on my next business trip.

    My husband and I stopped last night for dinner. Note, we'd never been there before. As we walked in, we counted five free tables in the bar area alone. There were people waiting and half a dozen hostesses and servers (all kids) milling around looking like they had nothing to do. We were told there would be a 25 minute wait! Five free tables and who knows how many empty ones in the main dining areas, kids running the show and no manager in sight. Needless to say, we won't be back.

    This used to be a good dining spot. Went there last night with my fiancee and her friends to celebrate her recent 21st birthday. We were told there would be a 20-25 minute wait since we had a party of 6 people. No biggie, we were expecting that granted how packed they were. After about 45 minutes, we were seated and given menus. When we ordered our food, my fiancee needed a minute to decide. Our server, Thor, completely ignored her after she tried to speak up and say that she was ready, walking away three times before I finally caught up with him and informing him that he hadn't taken her order yet. He was apologetic, but as he looked at our empty glasses, he would walk away without providing us refills. When our food got there, her steak was done as she ordered, but my chicken tenders were lukewarm. As I finished my food, I noticed something red on my glass. It looked like lipstick. I lost my appetite instantly. After we arrived home, I called the manager to inform him of the experience we'd just had. He offered us a free appetizer and asked us to come in within the next 7 days to collect. Sorry, Charley, but our business is done.

    Stopped in for a quick and easy dinner. Cheddars next door was packed so I was in shock to see that o Charley's was empty. The hostess paraded us by a table that was covered in vomit. The manager on duty ran over to move us away from the mess. Our server was a little too old to remember the process of serving. My beer took about 10 min, our complimentary rolls got to the table after our soups. My girlfriends meal beat my meal out by about 5-7 minuets due to a "computer issue". Our waters were never refilled. Bad service is usually caused by the amount of tables a server has to deal with, but ours was in the weeds for no apparent reason. Safe to say we will not return.     DO NOT GO HERE!!! Where do I start! The hostess, I think his name was Chris...young kid with glasses...way to friendly and over talkative. I like people who conversate but he was not respectful. We got there at 6:50 and was told table would be ready in about 10 mins.....15-20 mins went by and no table. This was a busy night but not anything they shouldn't be able to handle and there was only about 3 families waiting. When I asked how much longer because we had a movie @8pm he says..."oh, I forgot to tell you there is open tables at the bar". We walk our way to a "DIRTY" table at the bar and it takes about 10 mins for anyone to notice we were there. She has to ask the hostess (the talkative kid) to wipe down our table and then takes our drink order. We ask for mango unsweet tea and guess what??? we got sweet tea!!! We sent it back and got sweet tea again!!! We give up on complaining, no manager to be found anywhere anyway. We finally order but after sitting there and observing the place......a fork on the floor that every employee keeps tripping over and no one bothers to pick up....our waitress leaves her drink tray on the table next to us and that table is dirty......also just looking around at how the employees all stand around and conversate. That did it for us and we just up and left.......went to Taco Bell!!! Management really needs to step in.
