SLOWEST SERVICE - We usually like Ocharleys and frequent there This one was the slowest service ever. It was awful. We waited 25 min for an appetizer and 45 for our Lunch. Ridiculous. Food was good as usual. No one even came to acknowledge that we had waited so long. Definitely will not be coming back to this location. Such a shame because we usually always enjoy. The ONLY reason it got 2 stars was because the food was good. Service was the worst.

O'Charley's on Hurstbourne is by far the best of any I've been to. The staff and servers are polite, respectful, and quick to respond to your needs or questions. The managers always come by, checking on the patrons and making certain that their food and time at the restaurant is an enjoyable experience for all. The few times they misunderstood my order, they saw to it that it was remedied above and beyond what I expected. If you come to this location, you won't be sorry. When you're there, they treat you like family. My family's favorite restaurant in all of Louisville, hands down.

Very slow service! When we asked on the status of our food we were given excuses about how busy it was and how backed up the kitchen is insted of being apologetic. Also server did not take care of our drinks.

The rolls are fabulous and the spice beef soup is awesome! If you like salads then they have some great ones to choose from!

My family has been going to the O'Charleys on Westport Rd. for years, after the last experience we won't be going to any O'Charleys ever. A one hour wait after our order was placed and no explanation. And one of the rudest most obnoxious waitresses I've ever delt with. The food is slightly above average, but not worth an hour wait. Keep it up and you'll disappear like your former neighbor On The Border.

This is absolutely the worst O'charley's I have ever encountered. We were seated and 15-20 minutes later when no one had even taken our drink order, we complained. Our server said we shouldn't have been seated there. We asked for the manager. The manager apologized and got our drinks. After waiting 30 min or more, my steak and my friends prime rib made it to the table. His prime rib was so thin on one side you could almost see through it. My steak was unseasoned. Not a grain of salt or anything. I sent it back. A while later I was served another steak so salty it was brine. I could feel the inside of my mouth peeling after the 2nd bite. I was unable to eat that $20. Steak too. We had been there probably 1 1/2 hrs and basically just ate bread. I will never eat at that place again. It just went from bad to worse.

O'Charleys food quality has really gone down lately. I used to really like the soups. You could always count on them being good. But the last few times I've tried soup here it was pretty bad. Last Saturday I ate there and ordered one of the $9.99 items, Santa Fe Tilapia over rice pilaf. The fish was really dry as was the rice it was sitting on. I had to ask the waitress for some lemons just to give it some moisture. I ordered the potato soup for my side. It used to be one of my favorite things at O'Charleys, but no more!!! How can you serve potato soup with almost no potatoes in it??? It was mostly cheese soup. I counted 6 slivers of potatoes that were not even as thick as a pencil! How hard is it to put some potatoes in potato soup??? Next time I want soup I think I'll go to Panera.

My wife's meal - Caesar salad with steak. 4 stars for the flavor and quality of the greens and the steak. My meal - California salad with grilled chicken. 3 stars. The grilled chicken was delicious but the salad was just too sweet for me and the quality of thr greens was mediocre. I know we have become a culture that is riding on a sugar high but do we need to sweeten everything? Cranberries were sweetened, pecans were sweetened, strawberries were already sweet (fructose)...I didn't need to add the vinaigrette dressing (which I'm sure had plenty of sugar too). Don't get me wrong - I like dessert just as much the next person. But if my salad makes me want to bounce off the walls like an out-of-control toddler then something is not quite right. Besides the whole purpose of eating salad is to eat healthy. If I wanted to skip right to dessert, I would have gone to Comfy Cow instead. Service - we called ahead and they said it would be 20 minutes. We get there after 30 minutes and no sign of the food. We had to weight another 15-20 minutes to get our food with a screaming baby and toddler in the car. So 2 stars for the speed of service. I mean come on - it's a salad. It shouldn't take you 45 minutes to prepare! Overall 3 stars.

I stopped in for a quick lunch and it was good. I was seated right away and my server Makayla was very helpful, attentive and quick. All very good qualities in a server in my opinion. I got the club sandwich and it was good enough but it didn't really stand out. I feel that they used lower quality cold cuts for the sandwich which brought the sandwich down a bit. The fries that came with it were just ok as well. I did like the rolls they served with the meals. Overall I thought the service was very good but the food quality was a little on the low end. With that said, I will most likely return to try the chicken tenders which looked good.

We were looking for a nice relaxing dinner after being on the road for hours, but unfortunately we did not get that here. They sat us in the bar area which didn't make sense because the restaurant was wide open. We were surrounded by beer-drinking football fans watching the game. That part would've been fine, if we had been given decent service. The waitress was almost scowling at us...not even pretending to care or be nice. The food was typical chain food, nothing special.
