SO MUCH FOOD! Even the small portions are HUGE. I got the Bangkok Curry with pork. It wasn't as curry-y as I had hoped. But it was tasty and fresh! Really though...the servings are giant!

I've visited a number of Noodles and Company locations, and this one is definitely my favorite. It distinguishes itself with some great outdoor seating at the location on Summit Plaza Drive. Other than the outdoor seating, it's a typical Noodles and Company experience with fast casual dining with a flair of Asian/Italian fusion. There's an option for gluten-free noodles for those who prefer. My favorite dishes so far have been the Japanese Udon Noodles and the Bangkok Curry. Although I haven't tried them yet, there are soups, salads, and sandwiches on the menu as well. One new option I also saw on this visit was the option of "Buff Bowls", where you can order any bowl with spinach instead of noodles, extra veggies, and a choice of meat or tofu. Grab a drink from the touchscreen Coke dispenser; it ensures an almost endless permutation of Coke products from which to choose (including my favorite, Minute Maid lemonades in a number of flavors). Next, find your seat, and then wait briefly until your food is brought to you. Without the great location and outdoor seating, Noodles and Company would be A-OK, but given where this spot is, I'm definitely a fan!

This is an awesome spot of Noodles and Company. The decor is adorable, the seating is plentiful, with quick service and courteous staff. We ordered the Mac and Cheese and the Pad Thai. This would be a great pit stop if you are out shopping in the Paddocks area.

The staff was friendly and helpful (I love to get staff recommendations on my first visit to a restaurant) and he also told me about a quality guarantee. The Japanese Pan Noodles were made up of crispy veggies, a basic soy based sauce, and well prepared steak paired with udon noodles made up my first meal here filling and satisfying. Nothing fancy or mindblowing, but appropriate taste, serving size and atmosphere for a $10 lunch.

We went to the newest location in the Paddock shopping center and had a good meal. I had the pad Thai and my husband had the Japanese pan noodles - both with pork. We'd ordered the chicken but a manager came out to tell us that there was a problem with the chicken and recommended the pork instead. He was very apologetic and gave us a coupon for a free meal. The service was fast and the food was good. We ate with friends who'd eaten here before and recommended we return to try the macaroni and cheese. Sounds like a plan!

Wonderful Restaurant! My wife and I eat here at least once and sometimes more every week. Food is awesome! My favorite dish is the BUFF Japanese Pan with Marinated Steak ($8.49) and only 320 calories!!! My wife loves the different salads they offer. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love this noodles and company. I come her every day for lunch and after about a week they started figuring it out. The staff is always super friendly and it's nice to be a regular. Sometimes I don't even have to order they already know what I want! Service is always fast especially since I only get 30 minutes for lunch. AWESOME PLACE TO EAT!

I love noodles & company but this location pretty much blows. I've been here 3x. The first two times I ordered Penne Rosa it was really dry so the 3rd time I asked for extra sauce and got charged for it? Um, really? The parm chicken was also burnt 2 out of 3x and I asked for no spinach but got spinach anyway every time.

So happy to have another option at The Summit, it will always be The Summit to me. Anyway I had the Japanese Pan Noodles with the steak and my son had the Mac and cheese. Everything was very fresh and the staff was super friendly.

At first we were excited to fine something new & different. Alas, turned out to be pretty standard fast food but at a sit down restaurant price. I got the spaghetti & meatballs which could have come from a can. Meatballs were tasteless. My wife had the Thai curry soup which she was equally unimpressed with. The menu is confusing & the portion sizes small. Doubt we'll be back.

Another fast-casual place in this shopping center. Prices look cheap at first, but after you add meat to your pasta and a drink and side salad, you're at around 12 bucks. Get water and skip the salad. The pasta was decent. I had Penne Rosa (dairy-based tomato sauce, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes) with grilled chicken and feta cheese. The sauce was decent, but the vegetables were a little lacking in quantity. The chicken was okay, I couldn't really tell it was grilled. The feta cheese was dry and mild flavored, probably the cow-milk variety.

The flavors are incredible. The food taste very fresh. The atmosphere is inviting. Will definitely frequent this restaurant.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
