Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

The food was terrible and their lo mein tasted like it had been cooked in old/overused oil.

The building is nothing special a little outdated in the dining room, but the food is great and the service is good. It got a. 98% on the health inspection, but I'm not worried.

The Fresh Wok? There are 150 items on the menu, yet anything you order is ready in 10 minutes. And that's fresh? So why then, does everything taste the same? It's OK, but I wouldn't call it good. It's about like going to Krogers and getting the frozen PF Chang stuff, except twice the cost. Just like almost every other Chinese place in the City.

This is our favorite, local, affordable, takeout Chinese place. The food is great. The portions are enormous. The Crab Rangoons are heavenly and very full. I may have craved them through most of my most recent pregnancy, and we may have single handedly kept them in business through crap rangoons. Our favorite: We split the enormous order of Sesame Chicken, and a 12 piece order of crab rangoons. There are always leftovers. Tip: it's in the shopping center with Kroger, but next to Radio Shack.

This has to be the worst Chinese food that I have ever had and experienced. Just ordered chicken fried rice for the associates at my office because we thought hey who can mess that up... Right? NO! I thought it was just me and that maybe I was being picky about something that is not really meant to be that good just edible. Unfortunately every person that took a bite of this mess was disappointed to the point of trashing the entire order... And hunny we don't throw away food around here! The whole order was greasy and toxic. It tasted like it had been cooked in chemicals... again yes it is Chinese food and yes I know, I know it can be greasy but this was just awful. BTW this is my first and only yelp review as I would never write a bad review on a restaurant that I hadn't tried twice, you know because maybe they were having an off day and it happens. Anyhow I called not to get a refund or a new order just to very politely advise them that something is possibly wrong with the oil or whatever they are using to cook the rice because it taste like chemicals. I mean not even an entire bottle of soy sauce could drown out the horrible taste. But Oh no, they said nothing was wrong with it and that they had cooked all of the fried rice early this morning and it was fine... I'm sorry if we run it back you will no doubt notice that they said they fried rice in the... MORNING! My order was delivered at... noon. Problem solved. It was toxic because it was old!!! Moral of the story... There is nothing FRESH about FRESH WOK! smdh

I'm a native New Yorker and was looking for a good Chinese food spot. Found it! Decent prices and they deliver.. Food is always hot and seems fresh.. I enjoy it every time I get food there.

My daughter and I are big Chinese fans, so we thought we would give it a try. Its no August Moon or PF Chang's or Yang Kee Noodle. Its fine in a pinch. I can't see us going back. Too many options in town.

Decent place. The food I'd good but predictable. Louisville has 20 of these same cookie-cutter Chinese food places as all cities do so if you are happy with that style of food then they are great. I will say its very clean, courteous staff and very fast service. I think every time we've ate here (3-4) times the longest time was 15 minutes and that was to serve 6. The only reason there isn't a 5th star is the fact that this is like so many other places just like it in the area I only give the 5th star for a truly spectacular experience or a unique experience.

We have lived within walking distance of this place for some years, but never ate there, as the place looked... well... grotty. When a good friend recommended the place, I finally decided to give it a try. Don't let appearances fool you, the food is excellent. I have gotten takeout from there about half a dozen times, and each time is better than the last. The Yang Chow fried rice (not on the menu, but great if you like your fried rice without lots of soy sauce), is particularly good. Great food, large portions, reasonable prices. This is one of those little hole-in-the-wall places that quickly develops a cult following. As Han Solo once said: "She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts". I could not put it better.

It's standard New York style Chinese food. They have a few interesting menu choices and it's nice to mix it up a little. Portion size is exactly what one should expect and the food is consistent. Been in Louisville for a month and I've already been back. The appetizers are wonderful and I'll continue to go back.
