Disappointing. Parking is horrible, food takes too long (90% of the time we go). The service is okay to bad. We came in last tuesday for wings (of course)...was seated immediately but the food took almost 40 minutes before it even came out...when the food came out, 1/2 of the order was not even right but our friends was too hungry to even care at this point. another flaw was...the service. I dont mind proper greeting from server but if you lay the check next to my table RIGHT AFTER my food comes out, I will be very upset. If it wasn't for those terrible wings craving, I would not return.

Besides two bartenders, this place isn't very impressive. The food, while the same, is terrible when compared to the Saint Matthews location. Service is either great or beyond terrible. Rudest managers in town. They even treat employees like crap in front of customers.

If you're going here to watch the game, save yourself the bad experience and head to somewhere more suitable such as the highlands tap room. Every occasion I've been here the service is horrible in the fact that the servers are noticeably in a bad mood. The balding bartender was actually a complete dick to say the least. On one occasion we say in the bar area for "last call's feud Trivia" where he seemed to be giving the host a hard time for no reason. When he came to take our order my girlfriend accidentally knocked her drink over and he grunted and walked off. We assumed he was going to get a rag to help us clean it up but he went back behind the bar and started cleaning glasses. I was astonished. Another waiter saw the mess and came and helped. There's nothing worth complaining more about this place, I would stray from chain places in this area with so many great local businesses as it is. To say the least. Just don't go here.

Yeah, we were here during a Colts AND a UofL game. But the service was ruh-diculous. It took forever a server to come over and even take our drink order. When she finally did show up, we were ready to order food right away. Another person in our party showed up 10+ minutes after she entered our order. His food came out long before ours. Service was very poor, but the food was fine. But I don't plan to come back.

Meh, it's ok. The food and service are nothing to write home about. Just another homogenized dining experience. I usually wind up here with my sister-in-law's crowd; this wouldn't be a place I'd pick out. Beer selection is a tad bit lacking. If you're wanting wings, this is probably your place. Anything else, and I'd keep walking. I'm not sure how they call their burger a burger. It's overcooked and dry. You are on Bardstown Road after all. Surely this isn't the best you can do. Overpriced for what you get.

Great place for wings, beer and watching sports. I generally go for the mango habenero wings since I like 'em hot, but the carribean jerk is a tasty mild sauce. If you're put off by the fried stuff, they have a lot of salads, and the naked chicken tenders are good.

Looking for a spot with decent TV"s to get your NFL fix? Then you really can't go wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings. They have a ton of TV's and they have Sunday ticket. Even though they are known for wings, the menu is fairly diverse. They have salads, tacos, sandwiches and other appetizers. For our Monday Night Football viewing- I ordered the Queso dip mainly because it was on the happy hour special list for $4. It was pretty good but the chips were way too salty. I can't say I would order it again. My partner in crime and I both love the Asian Zing sauce and ordered boneless wings. They were good. We had one other sauce too- I believe it was Caribbean Jerk- and it was spicy and tasty. I washed the wings down with a house margarita on the rocks. Good- but not great. Doesn't compare to the margaritas at El Mundo or The Ville Taqueria or Galaxie. The service was average and the atmosphere typical of a sports bar. Sometimes it's difficult to write a review for a place when you really have no expectation of it being anything great. They have sports, they have wings, they have drinks. It is fine. Going here was all about the company I was with rather than the location- so I already knew I would have a wonderful time and I did.

Sat in bar area. Ten minutes later no server so I asked and Nick jumped in to help. His friendly and attentive service saved the day! Very accomodating, the manager came over to ensure correct TV had sound. Nick came back to clarify an item on the order. Better to ask than to get it wrong. Beverages and food served very fast. Wings were warm but not hot and sauced well. Freshened beverage and offered "to-go" cup. Good job Nick! It's B Dubs. We'll be back :)

I love to come here the wings and the atmosphere is so much fun. I like to play the trivia game while I eat. I have noticed that you get better service if you sit in the bar area. The reason I give them three stars is ; One star for my good server, second star for the wings, third star for the atmosphere.

Whatever Buffalo Wild Wings used to be, it is a former shell of its old self. We brought the kids here thinking we could get a cheap meal and enjoy our food as well but that was not the case. First and foremost, the service was terrible. Our server only had 2 tables at most and couldn't keep up with our minimal needs. My wife had to remind her several times what she had to drink, she forgot my son's drink and failed to inform me that the vet I ordered was no longer on tap. The bartender had to come over and let me know. Bad service can be coached, bad food can't. Everything was either frozen or had been kicking around in coolers too long. My son's burger was burnt in places and the bun was too small for almost $5. My wife's burger was supposed to have bacon but didn't. My buffalo chicken sandwich was more like something you can get from a drive thru for a dollar. The best thing on the table was my daughter's mini corndogs.

Buffalo Wild Wings, BW3s, Bdubs... Whatever you call it, this place is the go-to wings place in most cities. I've been going to bdubs for years because I know that I can get decent wings and sports here which is all I expect when I walk in. This specific bdubs is only busy during the big games so when there's nothing going on in the sports world you can expect this place to be empty. Last night that held true. With a nearly empty restaurant, you would expect good service, right? Well, I can tell you I didn't get that last night. Our waiter was prompt in taking our order, however he didn't really offer much assistance with the menu. We were told that there were specific appetizers for $3 during happy hour. Nowhere on the menu did we find a list of these apps and our waiter did not attempt to tell us what they were. We weren't told the beer of the month right off the bat like I'm used to hearing, either. So we were off to a shaky start. Our appetizer came out fine- we had the fried pickles. I like these, but my favorite app here is the onion rings. I don't know why, but they just seem so much better than other places. And probably unhealthier as well.. When he brought out our meals, he actually dropped mine on the floor. Now I'm not one to make a big deal out this because I've been a server and I understand. It happens to the best of us. He apologized profusely and immediately went back to get me new food. The replacement meal came out very quickly and it was delicious, so I have no complaints about that part of the evening. Throughout our meal, the waiter did not come over once to get refills for us. I had to stop a different worker to get us some new drinks. Our waiter also did not bring over any extra napkins as we had requested- generally something that should be brought to the table with the food (especially when it's all finger food). So yeah, I was less than pleased with our service and I never have extremely high expectations when I'm here as it is. The food, of course, was good. I like their wings enough, but last night I was feeling something else. I ordered the buffalitos, which I really like. You get to choose which wing sauce comes on them (I get 2 different sauces each time) and it comes with chips and salsa, or fries if you'd rather. Mine actually seemed better than normal last night. My friend had one of their flatbreads- garlic and Parmesan I believe, She liked it enough, but nothing to write home about. Overall here the food is good like it would be at any other location. The service, however, is lacking.

The Parmesan Garlic wings have been my go-to wing flavor here for years now. BW's is a big chain sports bar, and it's nationally great at that. It stands out a bit, in the Louisville Highlands, for being a chain, and I'll admit that I'd rather have a local option for good wings (Hooters being another chain option in town), but at least you know what you're getting at any BWs you land in. Of course, this one is on the smaller side, which means they skimp on video games and kids spaces that you'll find in others, but they're still a good place to hang out, eat and drink. The place gets packed for basketball tournaments, and any big televised game. That makes it either a great place to grab some friends and some beers and watch the games, or a good place to avoid if that's not your scene.

When I lived in the Highlands, BW3 was our every Saturday and Sunday hangout. Food and service was always top notch. Sad to say, I have to agree with the majority of the reviewers, with a one or two star review. My server was attentive, but didn't seem to get anything right for myself or the tables nearby. The wings were obviously pre-cooked and extremely overdone. (This said, I always order well done wings, but I didn't due to day one of March Madness, trying to help out the kitchen with an easy order.) I will always love Bdub's, but I doubt I'll be back to this location. It's sad, but I think the corporate focus has overtaken the food and sports vibe. Seriously, a snack size wings (5) is nearly $7.00! And don't even get me started on "boneless" wings. They're chicken nuggets!!! They shouldn't be on any menu except mc d's!

Disappointing. I love BWW. Went here with some time to kill with the kids. They love playing the games on the device...not the playmaker, but the other one where you buy credits. First thing, there is no parking. Parked up the road and walkedm. The BWW looks like an office building with a BWW awning. Food was fine, service was fine. The problems were: they did not have the game devices...huge disappontment as my kids were looking forward to playing them. This is the first BWW I have been to without them. After I got the kids engaged with the activities in their menu, I figured it was time for playmaker. I could not log into their location. I tried on my app....still no luck. Others were playing. ..I could not. I got: "your location cannot connect to buzztime. Only players who've logged into this site before will be able to log in" on the playmaker. I talked with the manager. .. he had no idea. I ended up logging in on the app to another BWW and playing there, while looking at the screens here. Next time, I will just go to the other BWW. . Problem solved.

Bah Humbug! This place is where sports bars go to die. There is nothing worth merit about this location, the service, or the food they serve. I have never been a fan of the BW3's chain, simply because I think their wings and their sauces are pretty pathetic. However, looking for a quick dinner I stopped in at least to grab some breaded mushrooms which are my favorite appetizer. We arrived to be sat immediately, but our server did not greet us for several minutes. After he placed our order we never saw him again, literally. Our food came out and was delivered by another server. My order of mushrooms were all breading. I started to tear the breaded mushrooms in half only to find that most were all breading or small button mushrooms cut in half. I decided that I would have these removed from my bill, but again no server to complain too. We eventually found a manager who stated he would rather recook them for me in addition to taking them off my bill but when the new order was delivered I had the same predicament. I am normally not this person, but I asked the manager to watch me as I pulled apart the breaded empty mushroom puffs and stated that this was clearly the practice of the corporation and I would never order this item again. Since our server did not come back and it did not seem the manager was too concerned about his absence. We had the manager cash us out and left without finishing our meal or tipping. I hope this chain restaurants' days are numbered. I'll be supporting local wings from now on.

I suppose not the first BDUBS disappointment, but I still love you BDUBS. I stopped in for the UFC fight, and asked the bartender if they had the fight tonight.. to which he replied no. I immediately sprinted for my car to find an adequate bar to watch aforementioned fight in, i bumped into a hostess and asked her where a good bar to watch the fight around here was.. to which she replied that they have the fight tonight. I immediately gave her the bartenders tip for the night and sat back down at the bar. The service was decent, and the wings I had that were made of chicken were pretty good, though one of my wings was made completely with whatever breading they use for the boneless wings.. which was odd to say the least. Additionally the jalapeno cheese poppers were not good... and I ended up not eating all of them.. which is strange since I would pretty much eat anything made out of jalapenos or cheese.. I'll keep coming back to you BDUBS for the fights and spicy wings!

So, I would like to seperate my review. The carry out service was amazing. We went after the Vixens performance late last night around 11 or 11:30. The woman at the carry-out desk was really amazing. She let me and my husband try two or three different sauces, to see if we liked them. Then she was kind enough to suggest a mixture of two different sauces (where the garlic sauce would be on the nugget and then re dip it in a second sauce). The woman made sure that we had all of our food fairly quickly. We made sure to tip her since she was so very helpful and didn't need to be. On the smaller flip side the location is very loud and it is hard to hear each other when I have sat their previously. I do strongly recommend the carry-out service tho.

I went there to order some take out and was told the restaurant was busy because of the Louisville game. The girl who took my order said it could take up to 25 minutes. After an HOUR I finally got my food, just before I was about to say something because I was watching person after person who ordered after me get their food before me. During my hour wait I noticed the manager never left the tv control area. It's not that he was always changing the tv's he just didn't seem to have any desire to manage or get control of his kitchen. The food is nothing special and extremely slow, there are a couple of good bartenders but unless you sit at the bar it's not worth the time going there. If another true sports bar were to open in the Bardstown Road area it would crush this place.

The regular Bdubs experience is all there, but the TV service feels like I'm in an 80's flashback! Spend a little cash replacing those crappy old projectors - and not with four 45" TVs in a grid like you did over the bar. I just upgraded Churchill's ITW projectors with 90" TV's at $6k apiece, and they're awesome. Be Awesome Chris!

I REALLY love BDubs because I'm SUPER picky about my wings. This location, however, has a history of terrible service. Despite that, the wings win, and my boyfriend and I are regulars. On our last visit (to a different location), a survey invitation printed out on our check with a $5 coupon in it for completion. We obviously did this and brought it into this location and tried to use it. However, we were very rudely informed by the manager (Shawn) that we could not use it in conjunction with the wing night promotion. So despite ordering other food and drinks, we were unable to use the coupon. Not necessarily the biggest deal in the world, but you'd think a manager would at least ATTEMPT TO CONVINCE HIS REGULAR CUSTOMERS THAT HE GIVES A $HIT. Direct message to the inept manager Shawn: C'mon man, you're in the service industry. I am an industry veteran; I know how these things work. Your job is to make people happy, get them to come back and spend more money. Customer service 101: the customer is always right. Also, if you are going to send a server to the store for you, make sure that someone is covering his section. It's a little really aggravating to be sitting for 5+ minutes without any contact, while three employees ARE SITTING WITHIN VIEW in the bar area. If you hate your job, quit. Get another one. Don't half-ass it. People write Yelp reviews! And to corporate :) Despite the rough start to our meal and the unfortunate experience at the end, our server, Daniel, was incredibly attentive and apologetic for the situation. His work ethic and personality would make him a much more suitable manager than the current one. This location has SO much potential... it's definitely time for a change in the staff, though. But its no wonder morale is so perceivably low with leadership like that.

I love B-Dubs. Every time I go into the place it reminds me of hours of should-have-been-in-class times in college that I spent playing trivia, drinking beer and eating torching-hot chicken wings. The Bardstown Road location does not disappoint in that respect, the food and atmosphere are right on par with other locations despite the slightly smaller dining room and bar area which creates a pub-ish feel. What makes this location unique are the marquis signage out front (would you really expect less from Bardstown Road?) and urban sprawl outside once you've filled up on wings and beer and need to go walk around. The crowd is diverse making people-watching as fun as game-watching. The challenge here and everywhere else in this area of town is...parking sucks. Be prepared to show off your mad parallel parking skillz. And because table space is limited come early for big games.

A complete and utter joke. I moved from an area where BWW is the place to go for fun, food and football. This place is a joke. First, the summer was an event watching the bar tenders tap the tills (taking cash) and today I was pushed to close my tab before I was ready to leave. I had fully intended to watch more Bowl games but I hate being rushed especially when asked to do so when i was on the phone to my parents. BWW y'all really need to understand customer service and shopper marketing. Wake up!

If you're in the mood for a good, lively time and some tasty food to boot, B-Dubs is the place to be! I started going to this location as a freshman in college on 50 cent wing nights! Those were the days! I still go to this day, but not just on Tuesdays. A few honey BBQ wings teamed up with a few mild and a side of potato wedges with cheese, and I'm good to go. The one time I tried to think outside my box and order a salad at BW3s, I was a little displeased. I've been sticking with my usual ever since. Big games nights are super busy, but it's not just this location. That's just the nature of the beast. The only downfall is that it can REALLY slow service down. In that situation, if you're in a hurry, call your order in and watch the game at home. If you decide to brave the crowd, go prepared to get full, socialize and see some people go wild over their favorite team.

The sheer mediocrity almost killed me. Mediocre food. Mediocre service. Mediocre people. One of my oldest and dearest friends invited me (and my studly hubby) to tag along with her and some of her friends from work to this wretched excuse for a restaurant. My friend's friends were not the sort of folks that I would normally hang out with. For the sake of civility, I'll just say that they were completely mediocre. Tedious. Boring. Insipid. Wait. That's not civil. Neither was subjecting me to this place. I love her anyway.

Not a bad choice for wings , beer and a game. They are not great wings, but they do have a lot of sauces to choose from. The wings don't have much meat and are usually a little to crisp. Don;t miss the buffalo chips with cheese or any of the good apps they offer. I t is good bar food but that is where it stops.

MR says.... grease-soaked fried potato chips ewwww! but the hot wings was finger licking good MRS says... be careful what you wish for because i must have asked "jeanie in bottle" when i asked the server for extra crispy fried hot wings because sure enough we got the best crispy fried hot wings ever! i mean it was cooked just the way i wanted ~ crispy :) we got the spicy garlic and medium hot which were generously smothered in sauce. "fried potato chips" was quite disappointing... it was literally soaked in oil. if it wasn't for the cheese melt on top, we would be eating a potato sponge oil ... ewwww! the cheeseburger was alright.

Always a good time here. Love the dry rub wings and drumettes. The beer is the coldest in town and can freeze your brain in more ways than one! TVs everywhere for sports fans. Prices aren't too bad but the tab grows quick with so many varieties of beer on draft! Oh, and the most important reason I come here? My Duchess loves the wings...........
(4)
Beth M.
Your standard Buffalo Wild WIngs here. The wings are quite tasty in my opinion (love the Asian Zing and Caribbean Jerk sauces) but the beer selection is really just domestics plus a few more to make it look like there is a good selection. The burgers are okay...certainly better than any fast food joint but nothing to write home about. I rather enjoyed my afternoon watching hockey there, but I also think Bardstown Road is lacking in a good place to watch sports. So, if that's what you want, come here. If you want fine dining or the best burger ever, don't come here! I thought the service was good by the way...we actually had two servers because of trainer-trainee and they both did great.

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite chain restaurants in America. It's always a crowded sports bar to enjoy an big game, but more importantly the food is delicious. I am a big fan of the boneless wings that are on special every Thursday. They used to be 50 cents per wing, but they have been upped to 60 cents due to the economic turmoil. I recommend the "medium" sauce, but there are many other great options.

Food was good, but the wait was not, waited for 30 mins for wings, pretzels and queso.

Slow service, too dark, too loud. Poor atmosphere. Food was alright, chicken came out lukewarm but still ate it.

Good server everything else sucks no sports package have games running off of xbox live worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to

I'm going some time In this place and I'm never be dispionted in here I love bww The food was very good they sever was nice To take Oder is good to drink beer eat wing Watch game it's fine in here I love bww

(4)Beth M.
