    The staff looks and act as if they hate life. Sat for almost ten minutes without a greeting. Left without eating.

    This is the only bww I've ever dined in. This one ruined it for the whole chain. Cleanliness was ...ok. Service stinks. Like other reviewers mentioned, they will come and tell you about every single problem and you wish they would go away. Problem- when they DO leave- its never to return. DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE FOOD! Well, let me save alot of time by putting up what is good. Desert Heat dry rub chicken wings and cole slaw. Everything else is inedible. Both the ingredients bought and Kitchen's execution are substandard at best. I'm not even sure what beast the ribs come from. I've never seen, or smelled anything like it. Kinda like goat, but more of a "wild" taste. Ew! Even THAT might not have been so bad if I knew what I was eating. i probably would've still eaten them, but I would have been ready for the taste. i might of ordered different sauce or rub to fit the flavor. That was just AWFUL! What a shame. That would have been a good place to watch the games. Now I will never go to another bww. I know that's not fair, but the experience was so bad I can't get it out of my head or nostrils.

    Really? Really? I'm not really that much of a fan of BWs but I can always count on there service. Not today!!!! This place is garbage. The waitress just bitched about other employees as it was their fault she forgot our drinks or they forgot to put our food in. She forgot multiple drinks, multiple food items. We only got silverware because one of us got up and asked for some to go forks from another waitress. Two hours for some wings and fries. Are you serious? Your a chain restaurant, you are required to be better. I hope corporate comes in and cleans house. Andrea should probably go to another profession.

    We do a weekend lunch here once or twice a month. We always have a decent experience. Food quality varies slightly, but always falls in line with what you'd expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings. The wide variety of sauces offered is a plus. Service has ranged from good to top-notch on a couple of occasions.

    This place had terrible service. Not busy at all. I order mozzarella sticks and they tasted like plastic. Every other Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to has been great but this one I would not rate any stars. Also the server was TERRIBLE! He must have been high. Or on something.

    I visited with family for my birthday dinner, when I arrived our party had already been there for 15 minutes and had yet to be attended to by any wait staff. They informed me the hostess was completely rude and didn't even bother to offer a high chair for our toddler. So upon arriving I went ahead and grabbed one since your staff couldn't be bothered as they were too busy mingling with each other. After my arrival I waited 10 minutes still with no service before walking up to the only staff member who actually bothered to help, she was working the take out area. She profusely apologized and took our drink orders and informed us she would inform management. Which by the way never bothered to stop by to apologize at any point during our experience. The waiter we were finally assigned was only in his 3rd day so I can understand his mistakes (and there were a lot, it took 20 minutes for him to put our order in and even longer to receive it not to mention failing to get refills without being asked.) But this only compiled on the already shitty experience we were having. When our food did arrive my wings barely had any sauce on them and they didn't even bring the celery, ranch or blue cheese that was requested. This was absolutely the worst dinning experience I have ever had, I really wanted to reach out and share my gratitude for making my birthday one to remember. Beginning to end it took 2 1/2 hours for us to eat which is absolutely ridicules. Biggest waste of $97 I've ever seen To top that off I sent this EXACT message to the through their website 2+ weeks ago and have yet to hear anything back from them (yes I clicked the box requesting someone contact me.) I will not be spending any more money at a Buffalo Wild Wings. There are plenty other establishments that serve wings of equal or greater quality, and they actually respect their customers.

    This BW3's is absolutely terrible. I mean terrible. The only thing that this place has going for it is the tasty food, which is the reason to go to BW3's. But this location has horrible service. The employees mostly appear to be high school students that spend more time playing around with their friends and goofing off than actually working and concentrating on the customer. I've been coming to this location for years, because it is close to where I live. But I'd rather go to any other location in the city. This used to be a great place, but it has gradually gotten worse and worse. It has now hit rock bottom. I'll probably continue to come here, as long as my friends and family want to, but I will never choose to come here. I'd rather get wings from Roosters, Lone Wolf, Wing Stop, or Wing Station. Wings from those places are cheaper, bigger, and taste better. I don't usually give 1 star reviews. I typically give places the benefit of the doubt, or at least give them 2 stars based on SOME redeeming feature. But after years and years of bad service and expensive prices, I can't help but give it a 1 star. Hopefully BW3's will get their act together and fix this location. It genuinely does give their DECENT product a bad name.

    Always great service and wait time but the wings are very inconsistent and can sometimes be awesome and sometimes suck, if you really want wings come here but if you have the time to go to another location make the trip for a guaranteed great restaurant experience

    Do I even have to give it a star at all? Service was terrible! 4 of us dropped in after thunder over Louisville for a quick bite. We love the dry rub traditional wings but were completely disappointed. Tasted like they had been sitting around in the kitchen and the cook just threw some seasoning on them. Received our food before drinks came and had to ask for silverware. Thought maybe they were just understaffed. Looks like the staff are in high school and may have called in to go see the fireworks. When we left it seemed like there were plenty of people standing around talking. I don't understand why 10 tables were left covered with food and mess left by the previous customers and not bussed the whole time we were there. Only about 6 tables were occupied. I agree with all the previous negative comments. Hope management sees these reviews. There's a lot more competition in that area now. We won't be back any time soon roosters does a much better job.

    BW's is one if my favorite sports bars to watch games. This one, however,I will not be going back to. Staff is miserable. Slow service. They act like your bothering them by being there. Worst of all they play terrible music...I mean Cher "turn back time" and the sort. I told the manager that the music was the worst choice for a sports bar. He rolled his eyes and continued talking on the phone. Forget this place.

    I love this place. Fried food yummm. It is not meant to be a high end dinning experience but it is a fun one. Been here three times in 7 months and my family and I always have fun and look forward to returning. Never had an issue with the food, service, or price. Good wing sauce and love the salt n vinegar fries!

    I have eaten here for lunch during the week and it wasn't too bad. At here today and I can concur with the reviews. The host at the front should be a host because that guy looked like he hated his job and life, the greeting was cold and unpleasant. We waited about 5 minutes before being acknowledged by our waiter. The table was dirty, and sticky when we got to our table. I would recommend not coming on the weekend or dinner time.

    Restaurant set up from a kit in a random shopping mall on the outskirts of Louisville. Dining area is well lit with lots of TVs. Like a sports bar but not claustrophibic or dark. Service was fine. The fried pickles were above average - they had a touch of spice and that worked well. Overall, my ribs and boneless wings meal was perfectly fine without being at all interesting. The boneless wings were just deep fried chicken chunks - batter was way too heavy (real buffalo-style chicken wings are crispy without being all about the batter). Ribs were well cooked but still completely uninspiring. Beers were expensive. Cole slaw was perfectly fine. I wouldn't have picked the place; I'm not planning on returning any time soon.

    Food was ok, as at most BWWs I've been to. We were seated immediately and the first thing I noticed was the floor was so sticky that my flip flop actually stuck to it! We ordered an appetizer that arrived at the same time as our meals. The waitress apologized and honestly I think it was the kitchen's mistake and not hers. Other than that the service was very nice. My biggest complaint was the noise. The music was so loud we could barely order our food!
