I placed a curb side order for 9 o'clock. And 910 I called find ou where the food was. I was told that they don't have a to go person available tonight and if I come in they will see if they have my order ready or not. Don't offer a program you can't support.

Will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! My grandma and I came here on a Tuesday night after a long trip from Illinois. Service was horrendous. Waitress was no where in sight, had to go and ask for steak sauce from another staff member, was given the wrong meal, people waiting in front forever for someone to seat them all while a waitress was right there and refused to look at them. Food was like the standard Applebee's restaurant, but service was bad. Want good food, come here. Want good service, go somewhere else. Reason why two stars, good food.

Manager came out and helped make an all Vegan dish for me. It had no butter or egg or meat. Plus I couldn't have anything spicy. It was made to perfection!!! It had an oil and vinegar dressing with non-spicy spices, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, and red and yellow bell peppers. They originally brought the dish out with tomatoes, that I couldn't have, and before I could say anything...the manager promptly removed it and brought me the right dish. I couldn't have asked for anything better!! I definitely will come back to this Applebee's!!!

We are regulars here because of their late hours. There are a few gems here, wait staff wise. We now ask for "our waitress" when we come in. Food here is great and horrible. We have ordered nearly everything on the menu and had many less than mediocre meals. With that being said we have discovered what is great here. Many apps are great, we usually get 5 and split them as our dinner. The turkey club is always good, sweet potato fries. My favorite menu item has to be the Blondie though, it is awesome!

It's been one of those days. We wrote off Applebee's years ago. Decided to try out their new look and food. So sad. Good menu. Music loud enough to be a club. Not good for dining. Server was good. And attentive. But the food served. Well. Mozzarella sticks. Cold and hard. Sent back. Got them back microwaved. Not good. Wife's penne came out room temp. Had to send it back. We did get a fresh one. At no point did a manager visit our table to apologize. If you can get past the cold food and the loud music the food tasted good. Now I recall why we stayed away.

Visited this location on a business trip. I had a simple order. Plain bacon cheeseburger.....you'd think they could get that right. Before I get to that, let me tell you the service from the wait staff was wonderful, I have nothing but nice things to say about my server. But the kitchen? Not so much. Getting back to that burger. It came out and looked pretty good. It was hot and the fries were warm too. I took a bite out of the burger, and tasted something odd. Hmmmmm, is it me? I took another small bite and realized something wasn't right. I put the burger back on my plate and checked what was between then hamburger buns. Underneath my burger was some brownish goopy foul tasting liquid. At first I had thought that was just juice from the burger, but it wasn't. I called me waitress over and showed her what I found. She looked at it and said that it was barbecue sauce. It didn't look it to me, but who am I to argue? Ok, let's go with that. She said they would make me a new one. She brought me a refill for my lemonade and I waited. And waited. And waited. 15 minutes later, a man brought my plate back to me. New bun, new fries, new cheese on the burger....but it looked weird. I flipped over the burger to find my same burger I sent back, now a hockey puck consistency since they put it back on the grill for the last 15 minutes. When the manager came back I asked him what they did with my old burger.....they assured me they threw it out and made me a new burger. I showed him my partly eaten burger they brought back, and the manger went silent for a moment. He then proceeded to tell me how they didn't use patties, and they smashed ground beef on the grill so sometimes the burgers are not perfect circles. Ok, I'll believe that this is how they make burgers, but the one on my plate had my same two bites out of it that I put in it now 20 minutes ago. This was the same one I sent back. If you get caught in a lie, swallow your pride and admit it. I'd respect you more if you just said someone screwed up. He offered to make me another. Yeah......sure, I'll give you a third try. No. Can I please have my check? They didn't charge me for the burger, but they did charge me for the appetizer and lemonade. I can assure you that I won't be visiting this location again. The wait staff was fine, management and the kitchen leave a lot to be desired.

I used to be a regular at this Applebee's when I worked at the mall that is right across the street. Service has never been great, and I'm okay with that. I came back here after a long absence and it seems that they have completely revamped the menu! There are a ton of new appetizers, which I love. I got the bar portion of the potstickers, which were pretty good! They came out hot and fresh with a sesame dipping sauce. For my entree, I got the kickin' turkey stacker with fries and an LIT. The sandwich was interesting. It was a turkey sandwich with Swiss and slaw on potato bread and a Sriracha lime spread. I wasn't really sure what to expect and I ended up liking it a lot. Everything was great, and our server Roberto even gave me the extra LIT on the side in a little shot glass. My only complaint is that after he took our plates and served me my last drink, he was gone for a very long time and did not bring our checks until he came back. Other than that, everything was great! I'm liking the new menu.

What's that? You want something to eat and drink after Midnight near The Shep? You are all set with White Castle, McD's, or whatever else that has a drive thru open 24/7? Welcome to Applebee's. It's an applebees, so the food, drink, and atmosphere is tightly controlled by corporate policies, BUT... the people are awesome. Bartender who can keep drinks flowing for 10 people and still chit chat? Check. Kitchen staff that puts out the food cooked decently and quickly? Check. Other patrons who love to talk sports and life? Check. I used more question marks in this review then any other review I've written, and there is no question this is the best Applebee's I've been to. I knew I'd end up at one of these when I came down here... I'm glad it was this one. I can't believe i'm a fan of Applebees...
