I was genuinely surprised at how good this pizza was. It's not Impellizzeri's or Pizza Donisi, but it is really good. I'll definitely visit it in the future. Beats any chain pizza in the area, no question. As well, the price was turbo affordable. IF we had all just got water (like me), then the 3 of us would have eaten for $20. But 6 beers were consumed. Came to like $34. Massive pizza plus 6 drinks and that's the price? OK. Yeah. That's not bad. The decor needs updating. It was pretty lifeless in the lobby. A little depressing, even. Service was lacking. Just kinda sat there and every now and again a person would walk around and ask if we wanted something. You can tell that carryout and delivery is how they make their money. If the service and decor had been better, then it would have 4*. But it isn't, so it doesn't. It's definitely worthy of a to-go order, though.

The pizza was real good the sauce had some spice to it. The cheese bread was really good as well. The service was slow but not because of the waitress. They were really understaffed she was waiting on tables answering phones ringing up customers. If they were better staffed I would have given it a 4 stars.

I give Annie's a 4 star because I got exactly what I was expecting, and I like that. There really isn't anything special about the pizza, no oddball ingredients or "wow" factor twists. What it is though is very good pizza, served up hot and with plenty of cheese and toppings, they put toppings under the cheese, and at a very good price. My pizza was well formed and perfectly cooked, it was also ready at the time they said it would be. Annie's understands that sometimes just making food right and treating people well is better than trying to get fancy and failing. I will be returning to Annie's anytime I just want good, yummy and inexpensive pizza.

Umm, unfortunately I was not impressed with the pizza. As the previous review...there was no WOW. Some of the slices did not have toppings. After all the hooplah about Annie's Pizza, I would rather eat frozen Tony's pizza instead.
