What a great place for lunch! I had The Abbey burger with fried green tomatoes as the side. Delicious!!! My husband had the ribs and they were fantastic!

Very eloquent place! I have to say that their food servings are very large, so don't worry about not getting what you paid. The only weird part is that the French fries were too seasoned, in my opinion, and the burger wasn't seasoned enough. I guess that is just personal preference, which is why I still rated them with four stars. The setting is very comfy and sheik. If you find yourself in downtown London, Ky and need somewhere to get a bit to eat, this is the place for you!

One of the best vegetable burger patties I ever had. Onion straws and fried green tomatoes were perfect. Great steak as well. If in London, KY eat here.

Boone Trace Marker and delicious food! A gorgeous London themed restaurant with fabulous service. Very satisfying food portions and fantastic taste. Their food is prepared by hand and local. I enjoyed a grilled chicken sandwich with a fresh side salad and broccoli.

Yesterday for lunch , we were able to visit the ABBEY restaraunt for lunch and the food was awesome . Although I would say the wait for our food was much longer than I expected with it being five of us in total . When the food finally came out , it was awesome . Our only downside was our waitress . Although she was very nice , she wasn't really on top of things .The ambiance of this restaurant was beautiful and it was also very spacious with wi-for to go along with it . I had the BBQ Abbey Burger without the onion straws and cooked medium-well and I got just that which was awesome . If anyone is in the area, I would greatly suggest this place .

I ordered the Reuben with fries. I really enjoyed the sandwich but did not care for the seasoning on the fries. My waitress was really nice and very fast. It took awhile for my food to come out. However, for the price of $6.99 the meal was delicious.

Closes at 8pm not 9pm on Saturday as indicated. Rats. Didn't get to eat here. Also they've moved a couple of blocks down the street. Only rating 4 stars to agree with others, wish i could have eaten here, pls update your listing!

My team and I stopped here on our way to Levi Jackson State Park. The ambiance inside the restaurant is fabulous that it makes you feel like that it is very expensive restaurant, but in reality it is inexpensive. I ordered chicken Philly and got with a free side of Abbey chips only for 6.99! The meal was delicious. The waitress was little slow since she was new, otherwise this it was a great experience. This restaurant is worth a stop if you are passing by London, KY.

This will be short and sweet. The food is amazing. Flavors are out if this world! Portions are a bit small for the price. I uploaded a few pictures of the menu and hope that helps in making a decision. They are kid friendly. There isn't a kids menu and when my daughter wanted a burger and fries I asked if they had a kids portion which they did. However, it's a bit small. I have a feeling that she will be hungry again very shortly.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty food! I enjoyed the abbey burger with a side of fried green tomatoes - so good! I especially enjoyed their homemade peanut butter pie! You have to try it!

Stopped here on our way down to Florida. My wife had the black and blue burger. Which she loves. My daughter and I had salads which were great our son had the chicken strips which were also great. There was a great selection of healthy sides. Our waitress was awesome. She was very attentive and friendly. If we lived in London KY this place would be our regular Friday night.

Initial thoughts: came in for a late lunch, restaurant wasn't busy but that's to be expected at 2pm 2 days post Christmas. Decor is evoking the other London. The floors look a little neglected after the post lunch rush. Walls have some noticeable chipped paint and dry wall. Ordered the shrimp po boy and homemade chips for lunch. The po-boy is spectacular. Shrimp are perfectly fried, how they got tomatoes this good in December I have no idea. Could use a touch more roulade. Chips had a good texture and were made fresh. Needed a bit more seasoning though. Found out they have only been open a week, so I'm hoping they will continue to improve. Overall I had a very good experience at a very reasonable price! 4 stars!

Stopped by on our way to Gatlinburg, TN. Looking for something different than fast food. Saw the review here on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Only a few miles off of the expressway and worth the diversion to avoid the usual fast-food and Cracker Barrel fare. So glad we did! Great atmosphere, good beers on draft, and a simple menu with great food. Our bill for 4 kids and 2 adults with a couple beers was 48.00 (not including tip). Service was excellent. I had the Shrimp Po Boy and my wife had the turkey avocado club, and both were delicious. She also enjoyed the tomato basil soup. The kids loved their burgers and Abbey Chips. Highly recommend for good pub grub in a nice, clean place. Located in the downtown district at 6th and Main.

Ate here last night with family. We started with the fried green tomatoes appetizer. Excellent. We all had the All American burger. Very good burger and fries. Cheap drinks and you can also play Keno while you wait on your food.

Good food. The only disappointment was that we were both craving a baked potato, and they didn't have any ready. But, we weren't there at a regular dining time. We were there at 4:00 in the afternoon. I'll be back next week.

This was my first time at The Abbey and I loved it! I had the black & bleu burger, fries and peanut butter pie and everything was delicious. I really can't recommend the burger and the pie enough! My friends had the steak tips and the shrimp po boy with fried green tomatoes, and they cleaned their plates as well. We live an hour outside of London, but would most definitely come here again. It's really nice to have a non-fast food option that has great food, good service, clean restrooms and a relaxed atmosphere.
