Yes, super fast, super tasty beverages but for me what sets this location apart is the quickness they got the idea that I wanted a few ice cubes in my black coffee to cool it off! Seriously, I have had questions before... Thanks! :-)

Very fast and reliable service. Organized register area and displays. The outside area is a great place to relax. However, not as many spacey and comfortable areas to work indoors. Employees are pleasant and listen well to each other and customers.

I am a veteran Starbucks customer, and the service here is up to par with the best of them. I came in with a group of twenty at once, and they cranked out our drinks within seconds, flawlessly. If you want a great start to a great day, London, KY Starbucks is the place.

Ishwar A.
Fastest service ever! My team of 20 people stopped on the way to Abingdon, VA and swamped the place. But astonishingly I had to wait less than minutes after I placed my order. The workers here are friendly and they listen very carefully. I liked the small porch seating outside. Well, nothing can beat Starbucks coffee and the reliability of their service, specially WiFi. I would recommend you to stop by if you pass though London, Kentucky.

Amazing strawberry smoothies! It was my first having a Starbucks smoothie and I am completely hooked!

This is a typical Starbucks location. Overpriced coffee. I have dealt with an addiction to the iced caramel macchiato for several years, however. I've been sober now for a year or so.

we walked in with a group of twenty one and just about all the items were served in a timely manner. i really appreciate the initiative to be environmentally friendly by selling reusable cups for $2.00

This Starbucks is so good we stop here EVERY time we make our road trip from GA to OH, to and from! Staff is great, place is clean, and the location is convenient!
(5)
Guinevere B.
I came in with a group of twenty-one and I still received my coffee within minutes of ordering it. The staff were cooperative and pleasant, and the shop is surrounded by gas stations, so you can refuel in more ways than one. Not to mention my white chocolate mocha was excellent!

This was the best Starbucks I've been to all year! I ordered a Mocha Frappe. It was a great morning energizer.

Seeing the Starbucks sign as I drove down I-75, it seemed like the mirage of an oasis in the desert. Could I really get a frappuccino between Lexington and Knoxville? Yes, Virginia, there is a Starbucks in London. As many people have stated, the location is small. It's probably fine for a quick one-on-one business meeting, or catching up with a friend, but it's not great for lingering due to the small space. What this place lacks in square footage, though, they make up for in speed and friendliness. I've never had an exorbitant wait when I've come here, the staff is genuinely nice, and the drinks have been just as I wanted. Definitely a good pit stop when you need some caffeine on the road!

I have been to the Starbucks in London, KY many times now, mainly for breakfast. What they do in this establishment is pretty amazing...My 21 people group, myself included, has been traveling to Eastern Kentucky in the last month or so and we have been stopping in Starbucks for breakfast. Their service is amazing, they serve everything so quickly, I haven't wait for more than 5 minutes for my treat. The staff is really nice too. You will not be disappointed, if you're in a rush they also have a drive through. Definitely recommend it for people from London, or if you're coming down the highway it won't take you anything to find Starbucks.
(5)
Lindalee C.
This is an extremely efficient Starbucks. One two different occasions, I stopped by with a group of 21. They had all of our orders out really fast and they were keeping up with the drive through traffic. I honestly don't know how they did it. The atmosphere is nice, the typical atmosphere you would expect at a Starbucks. One very good thing was that the bathrooms were nice and clean! I love the iced vanilla latte I get there. Wouldn't mind going back.
(4)
Katelyn B.
The staff did an outstanding job filling our orders when we stopped in with a group of twenty. They were happy so serve us and had smiles the whole time! And on top of all this, our orders were all correct.

If I were just grading this business on their products and service I would definitely give them 5 stars. Their coffee is pretty good, and they served all 20 of us very quickly. Their staff was very friendly as well. However in light of how Starbucks operates I can't give them 5 stars. They are the wal-mart of coffeeshops, operating as a huge chain so that they can keep prices low and push out the competition. This leaves you with no unique local coffeeshops, and instead leaves you with a bunch of cookie cutter coffeeshops with no personality. Please...go away.

A typical Starbucks experience, with always a great coffee for those, who know what they are looking for; nice seating, picturesque scenery and an overwhelmingly invigorating smell of coffee in the room ensures a pleasant time. They handled our big group of 16 people with amazing grace and efficiency and we didn't spend as much time, as I expected 16 orders to take. Always smiling and helpful employees contribute to overall positive feelings. Don't forget about the great Cinnamon Dolce Latte that made my morning just a little more tolerable.

The worst coffee light frappuccino I've ever tasted. What a waste of my free drink coupon. Where's the consistency, Starbucks?
(2)
David K.
Good location and overall good service, but not the best Starbucks I've been to. The store is small but not very "cozy" and is more of a grab and go environment as opposed to other Starbucks that are more lounge-oriented. They took care of our group orders quickly. Not the best drink I've gotten from Starbucks (I got the Iced Cafe Mocha), but for a quick coffee fix with average quality it's not a bad choice.

Tenley Town Starbucks Cafe was my station, office and my cozy area for reading when I was in Washington DC last summer. Today, stepping in a Starbucks Cafe in London, KY was a reminder of the beautiful sunny summer time I had in DC. The best thing about it is that they provide free WIFI to customers. EPGers broke the day with coffee, milkshake, orange juice, blue berries, cherries juices and so forth. What a nice way to start a day! We had a wonderful gearing up, heads up and encouragement by Dr. Hackbert in the Starbucks before going to the field to get our work done. I have no enough words of appreciation for Starbucks. You have never being to one ... it is time to go get coffee. I am pretty sure you will be addicted of the place. Luwam Okbazion

The service is really great! Everyone is super friendly! I really like when they have samples, because I don't typically know what I want to get. The lounge area is fairly small, so it is mainly for on the go. They have high tables, low tables, and a couple of relaxing chairs. They also have outdoor seating. There is plenty of parking right up to the door! The service is super quick because when we come in we are a group of 21. I typically just get a naked juice and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. They are pretty tasty, kinda small but still very tasty. I love coming here in the mornings to grab a quick breakfast!

Starbucks in London KY, is the place to stop. It is a smaller Starbucks, but is also possesses fast service and great quality product. We stop there frequently before heading into eastern KY and it never fails to empress. The seating arrangement is a little daunting, but it still is a great place to go if you need a hot or cold caffeinated beverage and some good quality pastries. Definitely try their Mocha chip cookie crumble, it is awesome!

This Starbucks at the entrance of Kentucky's deep dark mountains has obviously become a pro at serving huge groups bright and early in the morning (and with no advance warning) yet another 20 of us students from Berea College's Entrepreneurship for the Public Good (EPG) group stopped by on our way to Leslie County. Quick, seamless, correct orders were delivered that were hot and delicious. (love the roasted tomato breakfast sandwich! great job to the employee who was responsible for all of our sandwiches! She was vocal about who's was who's and got them right as far as I know! mine was the last one and probably the tastiest of all :) ) So impressed!

I came in with a group of twenty other people during the 8 a.m. morning rush. The employees did a great job with getting food to my teammates and I in an efficient manner, although not as quickly as we might have hoped, but then again, this is not a fastfood place. I really enjoyed the service and the attention received from the cashier. However, the Bountiful Blueberry muffin had an overwhelming taste of orange, but was moist and filling and the dark roast coffee was had a great taste, but the Barista left little room for cream or sugar. Overall, a great place to stop in for individual or small group trips!

As an avid coffee drinker and always trying out new blends and roasts, Starbucks is an excellent lab for tasting. This particular Starbucks is just like every other highway side Starbucks I've been to. Nothing exceptional but nothing atrocious. Starbucks is subpar coffee and overpriced but that's why people love it. I can make better in my Keurig.

What a welcoming place! We were heading north for a long drive home when the rain hit so we pulled into this friendly and helpful Starbucks. Shane, the manager was very informational about the coffees on display when he noticed that I was reading the package descriptions. He certainly is in the perfect position as he meets people openly and with a gregarious personality. He is very proud of his own "Bluegrass Blend", a balanced combination of Veranda and Verona beans which has a subtle hint of chocolate. He suggested it would be nice with rum balls and I also would like to add, yummy with brownies. Thanks, Shane, keep up the good work.

I'm not a huge coffee fan but on our way out of town , a few other people and I swung by there and enjoyed some frappe's to get our day started . The caramel frappe I got was really good . It did not taste like coffee was in it and I believe that's what made me enjoy it . Although Starbucks will not make me a coffee drinker , I was glad to have a good experience there

It was still good and friendly service, but the beverages weren't as good as they were last time. It was probably the difference in baristas. The Caramel Ribbon Frappe that I ordered last time tastes a bit watered down and less flavorful. Still though, it was a pretty good drink.
Great place to get your morning coffee. I highly recommend that you stay and enjoy the outside seating and sip your morning drink. This is my second time here and I have been excited both times to get my beverage.
