Shiloh Roadhouse Menu

Good ribs, quick service. Would like to see local beers on tap. Sauce was not too sweet, but more like a traditional BBQ, large portions for sides. Good place to take a family.

Good local place with a large menu with plenty of options. Friendly and helpful employees and food is served fast even during busy times.

I ordered a small filet, medium. I'm not sure what I got, but it was full of gristle and leaders. Half of it went into the napkin after I had to spit it out. The only saving grace was the fact that waitress got my bill wrong...in my favor. Service was below par. As we were leaving there was a long waiting line...I sure wouldn't stand in line to eat there!

After a very long drive we enjoyed ourselves with their food. I had the smothered chicken and good southern sweet tea!!

I mean, its ok. London needs a Texas Roadhouse. Then Shilohs would have a little competition. They are not too expensive but definitely not something to rave about. I'd say the burger is the best thing they have. And that's not saying much considering it's supposed to be a steakhouse!! The service is hit and miss. I ate there one night and it literally took like 15 minutes before we even had the waitress say anything to us! Their rolls actually kind of suck to be honest. But then again, I'm spoiled by Texas Roadhouse. All in all, it's not a terrible place but it's nothing to write home about. Still probably one of the top restaurants in London. But I'd rate it below Gondolier.

I live out of state and always have to eat here when I'm visiting my dad. Love the chargrilled chicken breasts, rolls, loaded baked potato and of course the southern housewine: sweet tea!! Side salad is huge with lots of toppings. Honey mustard dressing is soooo good. Always a great dining experience with friendly staff. The wait can be very long on weekends though.

Got there right at the time they opened. The rolls are amazing. Started with a house salad, the ranch dressing is incredible. I had the cowboy Porterhouse, it was cooked to perfection, the best steak I have had in a while. Stopped in on the way home from Tennessee, this will be a regular stop from now on when ever we make that trip.

HORRID SERVICE! Do not eat here at all cost. Food is cold 90% of the time that I go to this restaurant and thats why I have stopped going. Most recent even was when I asked to have a couple chairs removed from our table due to not needing them and then we were told that we would quote "have to deal with them because they didn't want to have to move them". If you want to be treated with any ounce of respect do not attend this establishment.

Always enjoy the dining experience. Service is great and food is fantastic! I've not noticed a decline in quality of food or service over the years as we frequent this establishment often.

Well, my family and I went to this place on "Father's Day" to make sure that the king (ahem...me) got his meal. Firstly, let me add there are now NO peanuts to be found here. None. That's good I suppose if you are allergic, but bad if you like salty peanuts to snack on! Salads were ordered and fresh dinner rolls were served (which when joined with the lovely honey butter they have are dynamite). Well we had a grilled chicken plate w/baked spud and salad, a sirloin tips dinner w/baked and salad, a petite sirloin w/baked and salad and a regular cut prime rib w/baked and salad (gee...we all have the same or similar tastes I guess). Our waitress did an adequate job of waiting on us, so I can find no fault with her. The chicken plate was dry and mediocre at best. The prime rib was large and juicy, but overcooked and served to me at room temperature. The petite sirloin was enjoyed and was done very nicely. However, the kick of them all, was the sirloin tips were not just freezer burnt...but BAD. Rotten! This was pointed out to one of the waitress and a petite sirloin w/baked potato was quickly scrambled to the table. The redeeming factor was that we weren't charged for the rotten tips or its replacement, and shouldn't have been. Lastly, I'll just add that this restaurant has deteriorated quite a bit in the last couple of years. The place does not appear to be very clean and the bathrooms were atrocious. I hate to see such an institution as this come to this sorry state. However, a place that serves bad to mediocre food and good dinner rolls can't last. Word up to the management! Do something!

This used to be a great restaurant. Couldn't believe how terrible the restaurant has become after our recent visit on 3/27/13. We were seated no problem, had our order taken no problem. Then the problems started. We ordered their version of the bloomin onion - it was undercooked and was cold and doughy on some parts of it. Then from the time we received our appetizer to the time we received our food we waited about 45 minutes and had our drinks refilled twice. I also noticed that they WERE NOT PLAYING COUNTRY MUSIC. I was very upset about this. Our server came back numerous times and told us our food would be out shortly and it never was. The manager walked by and talked to two other parties who were seated after us and had their food before us. Once he came to us, soon after we received our food we told him the problem and he shrugged it off as if it wasn't a big deal then offered a free dessert which we turned down. I would not eat at this restaurant ever again.

Let me preface this review by informing you that I lived in Kentucky for seven years back in the 2000s. I fully understand the required expectation adjustment needed when visiting restaurants in the Bluegrass State. However, this was a hot mess. Went here for lunch with a friend of mine. When presented with the menu, I was immediately excited to be offered the opportunity to once again partake in some fried pickles. This displaced Southern girl LOVES her some fried pickles. Crispy, crunchy, salty, and impossible to screw up. So far, so good. Since I deviated from my standard healthy options (a given when you're ANYWHERE in Kentucky), I decided to have a salad for my lunch. Ooh! Mixed greens with salmon! Yes, please! I will say that I didn't expect much from the salmon. However, when a salad is described as consisting of mixed greens, I fully expect that there wil be GREEN in my salad. Shiloh, this is iceberg lettuce. The equivalent of the 'watermelon' of the salad family. Sesame Street would hardly call this green. It was recommended to me to be sure to ask for the dressing on the side (another IMPORTANT tip if you're not a local). I was very glad that I did. Two to-go containers of dressing? I need TWO containers of dressing for this? That explains...so much. Equal/Upsides: FRIED PICKLES (which is the ONLY reason you get two stars)!! The salmon was dry, but edible. The drinks came in cool mason jars. You get honey butter with your bread (YUM!). Location is right off the highway. Downsides: Everything else, including the service. Par for the course for Kentucky, but when you are located off of the highway and advertise yourself as a 'steakhouse,' you should expect a certain amount of hungry, transient traffic. You should be able to perform to their expectations. Especially those adjusted for geography.

Went on a Thursday night, no waiting. Server did a real good job. I had the sirloin tips, wont be ordering them again. Two others had the filet, they both said it was real good. Salad, and bread were both good.

In town visiting family and went here with my daughter and my parents. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Mt ribeye was cooked perfectly, baked potato was hot and tender. Dad had the ribs, mom had the prime rib, and daughter had a salad with grilled salmon. All said their food was very good. Was on par with the chain steakhouses (longhorn, etc).

There is no worse value within 30 miles of London, KY. Overpriced, poor quality, overcooked beef with mediocre service, sub par management and no parking to boot. Go to a fast food joint, the food is higher quality at Wendy's across the street.
