I first noticed that it was clean on the outside and inside. The one staff was very friendly and outgoing to make sure your experience was good and that you got what you ordered. My meal was create your own combo- so Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp and then we (my daughter & I)started out with and sampler and we got I choice the Creamy Langostino Lobster baked Potato, Pink Salmon, 7 oz. Peppercorn-Grilled Sirloin and a raspberry tea. My steak was cooked the way I ordered, the salmon melts in your mouth. The baked potatoe with the lobster and a butter sauce OMG TO DIE FOR. But I did find a bone/scale inside my potatoe I told the server and she told the manager, which she came right over and appoligized to me and gave a $15 deduction. It was not the server fault she did a awesome job. My daughter had Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo.THere are some high priced items on the menu. So my bill came to $46 for 2..To me I would do this a treat once in awhile.

My wife and I eat at this Red Lobster location at least once every 6 weeks. We always enjoy our meal and never seem to have a problem with the food quality or the service. Today our wait person was exceptional which always makes the experience a little better.

Good lunch place for me. Service is timely, some reason I think they have the best side salad. Summer working ask for her and she will make your time just right.

Not bad, but nothing special. Pricey for what you get. I'd rather find a little dive with cheap, and better, food than pay these high prices for frozen food that is shipped in mostly pre-made. Service can be slow.

I was hopeful. Admittedly Red Lobster is not one of my faves. I went for a birthday dinner (not my b/day!) & had an open mind. It was Sunday around 6pm but not much crowd - this is my sign! Very clean, updated table settings, updated menu - hey this might not be bad. Then the food came. Again, probably not a good sign when they bring you their typcially yummy "cheddar bay biscuits" & they taste stale. Onto caesar salad with caesar dressing - I've not tasted worse caesar dressing...well, ever. It was mayo with salt & not much else. One of us ordered crab legs - she was happy although no tiny fork to aid in the elusive quest of crab. I ordred parmesan crusted talapia with crispy red potatoes. First 2-3 bites of fish, decent - still hot, a bit salty, but that's parmesan for ya. Potatoes were loaded with salt & tasted greasy & very overcooked. Not even 1/3 thru talapia & the fish was dark - really dark colored & it continued thru the remainder of the fish. What else did I have to eat? $15 for food I would not serve at home. The water was good. I left hungry. The outing ended with a trip to McDonalds.

After my last visit here I tried to give it another chance. My mistake. A hostess sat us in an otherwise obvious spot in a decently busy section. I saw 3 serves in the are but in 15 entire minutes, no one stopped to even say hello, let alone take a drink order. So off we went to the Nich rd location. And Im glad we did, its far superior.

$15.99 for a four course meal, you're sure to get full, especially after the cheese biscuits that they start you out with. I usually only go here during the Endless Shrimp promotion. I want to try the Lobsterfest which starts soon, I hope to update my review after a better experience. Everytime that I'm there, the waitors seem to have very dry personalities, I guess that's ok as long as they're timely, they get 20%. The last time we were there, my husband's mashed potatoes were cold so he sent them back, when they came back out there was a piece of plastic in them.

I went to RedLobster a few days ago and had a great time. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food (for the most part) was delicious! When we first arrived, there were people standing outside of the building. We both thought that this was a bad sign and that we would have to wait for atlease an hour. We dicided to go in and see how long of a wait it would be. They advised us that it would be 20 minutes. The time was spot on, and the waiter was a lot of fun. The food came out very quickly. I ordered the four course meal, and right when I was finished with my salad, the next item was ready and still sizzling. The main issues that I had with the food were that the shrimp were a litlle bland (not enough garlic sauce, maybe) and the broccoli tasted like it had been frozen. The caramel cheesecake was amazing. And the bill, astronomical. I don't splurge much on meals such as this, but it was a great night out and I was pleased with my experience there.

Not as good as it use to be. How do you mess up a Caesar Salad? Quality has went way down.
