Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Qdoba Stopped in to pick up some dinner for work. As I walked inside I noticed that the place was pretty busy. There were also a diverse group of people. There were some teenagers laughing an cutting up. It wasn't too loud and was tolerable. A couple of tables down there was an elderly couple eating a pair of burritos and soup. And then there were some that look like they were in their thirty's. Most were having small conversation and that's about it. When you enter this establishment, make sure you enter in the far right. That way you will be very close to the line. The other door is kinda like an exit door and it's maybe 30 feet away. Got to the counter to place my order. I asked for a flour tortilla with white rice then she stopped and said that the next person will get the rest. This was like an assembly line for food. Next guy put chicken and fajita vegetables on my burrito then stopped. Yep, you guessed it. The next person will get it. While I was waiting I noticed just about everyone had smiles on their face. I like this as it makes ordering your food more pleasant. There was also a manager or somebody that was overseeing the whole operation that was standing behind and off to the right of everyone. I saw one fly moving around the area of food that would not go away. An employee tried to get rid of it but it just flew up and out of reach. I finally made it to the end which was the cashier. He topped me off with some pico and shredded cheese along with some chips and queso dip. As he got my chips together he filled it to the top with my dip just barely fitting in. He said, "I got ya boss!" and I promptly responded saying, "Thanks!" He gave me a bag with my food along with the receipt and said, "Have a nice day and don't forget to take the survey. " This was a pleasant visit and will be coming back. By working in a hospital environment I know how cleanliness is important and when I saw the employee wash her hands for over 20 seconds, I knew this was a clean place. (Hopefully) The eating area looked very roomy and clean. I did not get a chance to check the bathroom but I will next time I visit.

I am giving this place a poor review because every time I go there the service is terrible. The attitude of the people that work there is awful and they charge extra for almost everything they add to the burritos (if you want more of anything, even if you ordered a adult size burrito for a kid and they only want beef and cheese, they will NOT give you more unless they charge you extra)...high prices, low value.

This restaurant is almost identical to the large chain burrito place Chipotle. The choice of ingredients and serving sizes are no different, but there is some difference in flavor, particularly in the salsas. The chicken specialty burrito was not really authentic Mexican, but good in its own way. The 3 cheese sauce nachos were a disappointment, I didn't care for the cheese sauce and it's not a dish that should be mixed with rice.

The workers were very friendly had a chicken burrito love the different cheeses and finaly a place that has sauces that are actually hot. Ive been a fan of Chipotle for years however i think for the price you get much more and better quality food here. I was very surprised. I only give it four stars for severe lack of atmosphere.

I went there on Sunday night and was very excited to redeem my rewards points for a free entree. Was told that system was down and I had to pay for my burrito. Awesome. Edit: Now my claim ID at the bottom of my receipt does not work. Awesome. Changed to 1 star.

Excellent portion sizes, you select the ingredients, almost like a Mexican Subway. VERY Good! Highly recommend. This location tends to be a little busier than the other Qdoba locations.
