Sushi was tasty. The kids enjoyed there meals from chicken fingers to grilled cheese. I've been here with family more than once and have never been disappointed . The waitstaff are very attentive terrific service. I love there house salad , steaks and there desserts are fabulous!! The atmosphere is cozy you feel relaxed its never rushed. The hostess is always pleasant . I've never experienced a wait . Your pretty much seated right away. I like that they have booth seating. It's not far from the house so it's a few minutes to a great night out!! Try it!

Probably about the most generic place you can imagine besides Applebee's. Aside from the sushi menu, you have basically hamburgers and chicken fingers. The sushi menu isn't really that extensive, and most of it seems to be for people that don't really like sushi. (A lot of rolls with cream cheese and cooked fish.) The food isn't bad, though, and as I've mostly gotten to eat there for free for various reasons I haven't complained. The thing I really don't understand is that they don't have beer on tap. What is that all about? For a place that looks like a bar and is plastered with TVs, you'd think you could do better than a bottle of Newcastle, but that's about as exotic (or as local) as you are going to get.

This place always does a great job. There is a great variety of food from mini burgers to sushi to steaks. Chef Cupolo does a great job running this show. My personal favorites are the buffalo quesadillas. The steaks and sushi are also delicious. And lastly, this is a great place to have a drink and watch a game. A bit pricey for drinks though.

Harry's is a great spot for lunch or dinner! While you get the option to order off of the Malone's menu or the Aqua Sushi menu when, I really like the Harry's menu offerings. I love a lot of different things here (which is actually pretty rare for me as I usually find my one favorite at a restaurant and stick with it). Salad-wise, I love both the Vegetable Chopped Salad with grilled chicken and the Bleu Cheese and Apple Salad with chicken. If you have some calories to spare, go for the mini sandwiches and crinkle fries. The Mini Hot Ham 'n Brie sandwiches are my favorite. I also like the Trifecta option that let's you get three different sandwiches. You can also request some of the Malone's bread and Boursin regardless of what menu you order from.

Three restaurants in one! I love it. Sushi for me and club sandwich and horse racing for the gf, and a patio too! Big fan! The gf is not a big meat eater or into sushi but she loves her some salad and horse tv. This place was made for us. I like that this runs the gamut from upscale prime steaks to pub grub sliders to sushi. I was on the patio in shorts eating some awesome white tuna while some suit and tie guys were eating wing lollipops. I will definitely be back! Great service, great atmosphere, no complaints at all!

Tis the season for patios and tonight there were no excuses for us to stay in.....weather was perfect with the low humidity for this time of year on KY. Never having eaten at Harry's, we gave it a shot. When we first arrived, the place was buzzing, but not exceptionally busy.....it is Monday. Not familiar with seating, we walked in to "be seated" on the patio. Several staff passed us before we were acknowledged......including a young man with an earpiece and dress shirt. I'm guessing a manager? Finally, a server or runner in passing says, "it's open seating guys. Last I checked, I was a lady. We make our way back out and right away, someone was ready to take a food order; we had no menus. A second server approached to take a drink order, but we had given it to the first. I ordered a $12 Pinot Noir and my guest, a Makers & Soda. Keep in mind, this is where restaurants make money...not with food costs & waste hovering overhead. We had to ask twice to see the "Malone's" menu, which is available for patio, too. We ordered wings.....epic mistake! The sauce was so much, one could have sucked the basket up dry with a straw. No extra napkins, no moist towels, just soupy wings. I had to make my way to the bar for extra napkins and water. My guest had to excuse himself to the men's room to basically "hose off!" We were never offered water to drink, but the server was quick to keep replacing my guest's cocktails. I would have liked a second glass of wine, but I was never asked and/or offered. I had to chase the wing sauce down; water would have been nice! The server kept pushing for an entree order, so we settled for the mini sandwiches. I had the ham with melted Brie, apricot preserves and blue cheese crumbles. The blue cheese was over powering, the ham greasy, and I had to dismantle the sandwich to eat it. Very messy!! I was never given fresh flatware to replace what the server took away with the wing carnage. My guest had the mini chicken sandwiches, which were over fried. However, the portion of shredded lettuce garnish for both was enough to make two nice sized salads! (sarcastically) The crinkle fries with our entrees were nothing special; most likely frozen and definitely not seasoned and limp. We prepared ourselves to leave, boxed up the leftovers to give away downtown, and had to hunt the server down twice to pay. Finally, bill settled. Will we return? Most likely not to Harry's. I will add; we both travel extensively, have had some fabulous food in Michelin Star restaurants with fab service. The same can also be said for "mom & pop" places and even a food truck or two. Both of us are food critics, cook and for most in Lexington, this would have been a treat...we just expect a little more for all the fuss we've heard from those who say, "oh, you've just got to try Harry's famous mini burgers." Okay, we tried.

Ok, so I went to Harry's for the first time last night. I have to say this will be a mixed review. I'm still torn about how I feel about it. Here goes: Food: Ok, so my friend and I ordered a sushi roll for an appetizer. It was delicious. I was looking forward to the rest of my food. We decided to order a couple of drinks with our main meal. My friend ordered a Pixy Stick martini. It was pretty watery. Boo. I ordered a glass of Moscato. They were sold out. I just have a hard time with an establishment such as this running out of a popular wine. Our mini-burgers and side salads were delicious. I ordered the Juicy Lucy and having lived in Minneapolis, MN (where the Juicy Lucy originated) I approved. Overall food was a 4.5 Service: Our waitress was pretty pushy. At first we thought her presence was helpful but then she just kept showing up and rushed us. Eventually, she basically told us to leave as the bar started filling up and people were looking for seats. Okay, so we had ordered apps, food and drinks. This gal took our food plates before we were really ready and then has the nerve to come over and ask if another party could go ahead and have our table. I have never had that experience, even in very busy places. I would have rated this service as a 2. Yes, the waitress checked in on us... but to push us out when, to be honest, if we had had the time to actually finish our drinks we may have actually ordered dessert... Hmm... It unfortunately tarnished my experience there. Prices on the Harry's menu was reasonable - Appetizers were in the $8-10 range on average. Sliders were 3/$10-ish. Salads were $10-15. Drinks varied but weren't anything shocking. Will I go back? I'm willing to give it another try. I do think I will try to avoid a peak time and see if the service is any better.

I think Harry's is a great, low-key sort of place to catch up with friends. The patio area stays toasty, even in the winter, and you can order off of all the menus, so everyone can get something that they're into. Our service was great on our last visit. Most of my party ordered sliders of some sort, which were reviewed favorably, and I ordered my favorite sushi roll (rainbow roll) and a miso soup from the Aqua menu. It arrived exactly as I expected and was very tasty. I also think that the upcycled Maker's Mark bottles for soy sauce is a nice touch.

I thought the food at Harry's was wonderful and very good. I loved the Artichoke dip w/chips sprinkled with cheese on it and the mini-cheeseburgers was just enough to eat with the appetizer and you could put those two together for a meal. Then they served hot wings and French fries and they were delicious, I put them together, myself. All in all the evening went great and the service was good. I would go back to Harry's again with friends or family

I hate finding a restaurant I can't complain about. I've decided that the hem on the crisp napkins was rough on my mustache. THERE! Suffer, Harry's. Unfortunately, everything else was so good that I'm lost for words. Oh. Except the creme brulee. The Greenbriar brulee's better.

First off, need to get this out: Service Fail! We sat down in the bar area to watch the UK game this evening, during the March Madness. Took forever to get drinks, which were wrong and forgot to bring one of our beers. My GF ordered a salad and an entree and expressed to have the salad first and then the entree.... both came out at the same time. I ordered sushi and edamame (never got the edamame). Then on 3 different occasions we were ignored when needing drinks. When we tried to get our server's (Jean P. #248) attention we were either ignored or met with real bitchy attitude. We decided to leave halfway thru the game, which is a first for us, took forever to receive the bill, thankfully we had enough of the game to watch at home. Never will you find us going back to that establishment. This restaurant is part of Bluegrass Hospitality Group (BHG), which includes: Harry's, Sal's Chop House, Malones, Aqua and Drake's... Well Great, there are a handful of establishments that I will not be spending my hard earned $ at from this point on.

This trip we had dinner and drinks on the patio. Girl forgot my beer a couple times but no worries, it happens. I ask if they would make me a buffalo Shrimp quesadilla, as on the menus they had Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla, and they had Buffalo Shrimp, so I just ask for that little change. They did that for me for just a little charge. Thank you for that. I would give this trip 4 stars but for what ever reason I can only bring myself to give 3 for all the other times I have been.

I have been there on several occasions because it is close to my house. I have had steaks in the past that were cooked awful. Tonight I ordered grilled chicken Caesar salad. It was not grilled chicken. It was what you buy from Kroger's. It was boiled and diced. My son ordered buffalo chicken sliders. They were good but they forgot to put in all the dressings, like pickles, tomatoes, lettuce etc. My husband ordered nachos. They did not put in sour cream. They did give bread but did not put in the garlic butter. When you spend $35 on take home, it was so disappointing. You would think I should learn by now. Sheri Hall 7/6/2013

Ok, found an awesome table under a fan when the heat index was over 100 recently. Lucky me and my guest! The young waitress took our order for dirty (very dirty) martini's and came back with our drinks, excluding the vodka. Yes, they put so much mixer in they couldn't fit in the liquor. We decided to say something and were told that's how the dirty martini's come. So the manager took them back and refreshed them. OMG they actually did have vodka in them and they are delish! On a previous visit we downed 6 each and had no trouble driving. You know...that's because they didn't have liquor in them, so we learned our lesson. Two will do the trick with an excellent sushi meal when the manager makes them! BGH has the BEST restaurants in town, just don't know why they chintz on the vodka with a dirty martini. I hope they listen to our comments as I will come back! Our waitress really worked hard to make it up to us and in the end she was great, despite that fact that she told us she was under 21 and had no idea what a dirty martini should be like!

Very disappointed! Went last Saturday and sat inside. Waitresses talking and huddled at the bar and not interested in customers. After 10 minutes of no service we finally got up when waitress came over. Ordered salad which had obviously been sitting around all day as tomatoes were soggy and salad was warm. Ordered Malone's burger and fries. The fries were hard as a rock and the burger dry as a bone. This was a $12.95 burger by the way! Poor service, poor food = find another establishment. Better choices are nearby and it's a true shame because I use to love the restaurant and bar at Malones/Harry's.

I could and should review all of the Bluegrass Hospitality Group restaurants but this one is my favorite. I love the fact that I can order from the sushi menu if I want sushi, Harry's menu if I want a burger or the Malone's menu if I want pasta or a steak. Whichever menu I order from, I never miss the bottomless salad or the complimentary bread with chive butter. Each waitress or waiter always has an assistant waiter so I very rarely experience a service problem but when I have, the management is top notch. I eat here at least three times a month so issues have came up....again, very rarely. I must also mention the free courtesy shuttle...It doesn't start running until 6pm but will pick you up and drop you back off as long as it's within 15 minutes.

Called ahead on Friday because we wanted to sit on patio at 1230 for lunch because I am in a wheelchair there is only one table on the patio to accommodate a wheelchair spoke to the manager Nick he said he could not promise but would see what he could do, we were done early and called back at 1130 to let him know we were on our way , when we arrived I saw two young ladies sitting at the table but it was two hostesses sitting and holding the table! Wow now this is what I call customer service above the expected and of course we had a fantastic lunch the shrimp cocktail is pricey but Delicious! And the beer battered fish sandwich and steak salad all excellent and great service from Megan. Thanks for a special lunch!

Sushi was delish. Chevy Chase salad delish. Husband loved his Jucie Lucy's. Bartender was good just not a whole lot of personality. Still one of our favorite spots to come!

Oh my such great Appetizers from Artichoke dip to Mini Cheeseburgers!! I made a meal out of those and a couple of drinks ! Great bar menu can't go wrong yum yum!

Absolutely love this restaurant! great for watching sports too! Love coming here with family and friends, always a great experience. Not to mention how kind the staff is and all the people here a super nice. It's just a lovely environment all around. The prices here are good, perfectly reasonable. Can't wait to come back!

(3)Megan C.
(4)Laura S.
(4)Stew S.
(5)Jairaj S.
(1)Josh M.
(3)Sheri H.

Business trip to Lexington and found this place right next to the hotel. Ate here every night this week and the food is great. Sushi was awesome and had a salad as well one night. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for sports, spirits and good food.

I am digging Harry's. The pixie stix martini is the best (note: the glass rim is of pixie stix candy)! Grab a few friends and grab a table at Harry's Bar. I enjoyed the Blackened Blue Cheese salad which was awesome! Oh and ladies, feel free to go to there clean-modern, well maintained restroom.

(5)R S.
So now, I have been to two Harry's/Malone's. I just read the last review I wrote on the one in Hamburg and DITTO, a very similar experience. Steak is salty and service is mechanical. At least they are consistent.
