My fave ice cream in town. And the "chip" ice creams are really good. They aren't your normal chocolate chips. A real premium chocolate that is poured in while making the ice cream, it freezes against the cold drum and breaks apart in the process. The Buckeye Blitz is my favorite. Their strawberry is really good. Must be those Oregon strawberries. I'm not much of an ice cream fan but I will crave Graeter's.

Best ice cream eva! We don't even live here any more but Graters is one of our must haves when we visit. Raspberry chocolate chip is my favorite with sheets of chocolate. Banana is a close second tho. So many choices!

You can't give ice cream any less than 5 stars!!! Oh man! I have a usual and NEVER veer from it ever... I am so predictable when it comes to ice cream and this is the BEST! I always get the Mocha Chip milkshake. I love it so much! It is the best of both worlds!!! Just enough milk in my coffee, with yummy delicious chunks of chocolate blended throughout it! Oh man! I never use a straw, always a spoon, oh man, just thinking of it makes me wanna go get some now!

Graeters has that great hometown ice cream shop feel every time you walk in. They're always nice and respectful. Great quality ice cream as well, love the Black Raspberry Chip.

I love Graeter's! The staff here is really nice and helpful. I have been digging the new flavors and they serve gelato here now! Black raspberry is still amazing, of course. I prefer this location over the downtown one because it's not as crowded and the people behind the counter are super nice! Plus in the summer they have free music sometimes!

Best ice cream I've ever had! So many flavors to choose from, and you are able to sample as many as you need to, to find your perfect match! This location is consistently clean (store AND bathroom)...and the manager as well as the 3 other employees I've ordered from are always friendly and polite! I recommend the ice cream and the staff here!

I spotted Graeter's ice cream pints in my local grocery store one day & was like "hmm, this looks like actual chocolate chip ice cream!" so I bought it. And it is the only brand I will buy now. Imagine my excitement when we pulled into our hotel and my eagle-eye spotted an actual Graeter's store! Call me crazy, but I had no idea where Graeter's was actually located (Cincinatti? Who knew?), I had no idea they had stores. Here's what I do know: real chocolate chip ice cream! These are not chocolate CHUNKS. They are chocolate chip shavings, and oh my God is that so much better than chunks! I worked at DQ back in the day (yes, I can still make the curly-q on top of a cone if asked to), and the best thing in the world to me is putting some chocolate cone dip into a bilzzard. This is the closest I've ever come to that concoction. I had the strawberry ice cream with chocolate chips. The manfriend had the bourbon ball ice cream. Amazeballs.

I'd give this a 3.5 star rating if that were an option. Most of the actual ice creams are GREAT. I love the black raspberry with chocolate and the chocolate coconut almond in particular, but all ice cream flavors that include their chocolate chips are really good. Some of their others that I've tried (salted caramel comes to mind) are not as strong. As far as going to the ice cream shop, I don't think it's worth it. I'd rather buy a pint at the grocery store to take home. Their prices are VERY high. I ordered a sundae on one occassion and the butterscotch sauce was really grainy and tasted terribly. I was literally trying to scrape it off my sundae and throw it away so it wouldn't ruin the ice cream underneath. The whipped cream also had a weird greasy texture so I took that off as well, which means I paid about $6.50 for two small scoops of ice cream and a small sprinkling of pecans. Not worth it. They have ice cream flavors I will continue to purchase from time to time, but I don't plan to return for a sundae or other treats in their store.

The first time I actually tried Graeters was when I was actually a Freshman at University of Kentucky. Then I heard about how the business was going bankrupt and then was glad when they started reopening in new locations around Lexington. When my sister came from D.C., we decided to eat at this location. Fast service; however, the associate almost forgot to give us a waffle bowl with a Sundae we ordered. She fixed it at the nick of time. While there I saw this ad for Grand Slams are back and since I am a sucker for miniatures, I decided to go back today to get the helmet. I felt bad that they did not have the Los Angeles Dodgers or Angels; however, I settled for a San Diego Padres Helmet. Fits well too!

Excellent ice cream. My favorite flavors include butter pecan, coffee and salted caramel. There are a few tables inside and there is also ample space on the patio to enjoy your ice cream. The place is clean and seems well-maintained. Service is usually efficient and friendly, although I have encountered one particular lady on multiple visits who seems irritated and angry. She hasn't been there the past couple of times I've been so maybe she decided to move on which is fine by me. I don't really like my ice cream served up with a side of bitterness. All things considered, this is a great little ice cream joint and a perfect place to enjoy a quintessential summer treat.

Good selection of flavors, served by a friendly staff in an inviting environment. Nice day? Sit outside and enjoy your ice cream.
