We decided to visit GFM today to celebrate their one year anniversary. We have never been before, but are friends of some of the employees. Neither myself or my wife are gluten sensitive and before today, I've never had a piece of gluten free bread or pastry. I have heard very mixed reviews about gluten free bread that I came with very low expectations. Big mistake! GFM's food and pastries are amazing. I had a sandwich and salad lunch special. My sandwich was served on paleo almond bread with a Greek yogurt based herb spread, turkey and provolone. Best bread I've had in ages! Very dense, but super soft and flavorful. I wanted to take some home. The spinach salad was excellent as well. We ordered one of the lemonade cookies and a strawberry lemonade muffin for dessert along with the free-trade coffee. Again, super tasty and filling. A great success and we will be back for sure! Thanks Denise to you and your awesome team!

A co-worker suggested I stopped in and I'm glad I did. Was able to pick up gluten-free bread, cupcakes and a few other dessert indulgences that I'd been avoiding for a while. Everything was quality and service was excellent too. Glad we have a spot in Lexington that serves this super critical need!

I had a chocolate chip cookie which was pretty good for being GF.However having said that I didn't find the ladies at the counter overwhelmingly friendly. Don't think I'll be back again as I can bake my own GF from scratch. I was just over in the area and curious about their products.

We went to Lexington to visit friends and I was worried about finding places that could accommodate my needs. As a Celiac, it is hard to find nice dining experiences in smaller towns. Then we came upon this place. OMG, I am in love. I wish they would open a franchise in Atlanta. The food was fantastic, the service impeccable and it is celiac safe. I was in Heaven.

Smells like Heaven. Lunch is from 11:00 a.m. until 2p.m. but marvelous baked goods are coming out all day. Be sure to stop by. I tried the Paleo Blueberry muffin on my first trip and found it to be simply wonderful. I was soft and absolutely packed with blueberrries, man!!! They carry a gluten free sandwich bread which I would gladly switch to. I bought my Celiac Disease laden buddy a Chocolate Blueberry Muffin and Peanut Butter Cookie and I thought that he was going to come out of his skin with pleasure. Not that kind but the mouth pleasing kind, nevermind. He LOVED the texture and flavor. As I understand through him, texture and softness are two of the hardest features of wheat breads to recreate and Gluten Free Miracles is doing it.

Delicious! Everything we sampled was scrumptious. We bought a box of this and that to take home and sample. The owner was so helpful and kind. They ship!!

This place is great! We had breakfast biscuits and they were incredible! They were warm, thick, and flaky! We will be back!

"Miracle" is indeed a gluten free (+some dairy free) establishment. The food was delicious even though I stopped by just before closing time for a some of the lunch special of the day which happened to be chicken and dumplings. Hmmmh it was good. Even more, the place is spotless.....and it just has a nice vibe. I did miss music, but from what I could gather they had a busy day and maybe the music is just too much when the store is full of customers.

Great gluten free baked goods. Everything I've tried has been good. It is such a pleasant space too. Nice and light and they put effort into decorating it.

Love this place!!! Only dedicated GF restaurant in the area! They have incredible baked goods, as well as panini sandwiches at lunch. We eat here almost every week. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, talk to Denise to see if she can accommodate you.
