Good pizza place, obviously nothing fancy, but they greeted and seated us when we came in. Offered to start which ever types of pizza we liked, and our waitress was attentive with drinks and clearing plates. I liked that I could put pretty much anything I wanted on a salad. The brownies were good, but had obviously been sitting under the heat for a while, drying them out, I did not think to ask for fresh ones. Over all, a decent meal for a bargain price!

I remember I saw this restaurant while stopping at the Little Caesars right across the street from it, on a previous visit. Thing is, I read Giovanni's Italian Buffet, so I thought it would have been an upscale buffet place. What I had come to find was a place for little kids and their family. Definitely could tell from the nick and disney channel movies playing on the television screens. Of course, that did not change my mind today, because I was so hungry. The place was really "okay". I mean they did have a variety of pizza, but I think it was just little changes, every time they brought out something new. Like they would have one pepperoni. Add another topping to it and say it was another pizza. Nothing "drastically" different. The pasta was kept in water so it was soggy when trying to spoon it onto a plate and/or bowl. The pizza was greasy. They advertised wings and chili, but I did not see any :/. Oh wait, was that not suppose to be a part of the buffet? I make this place out as another Cici's, only Cici's was better because they actually had MANY different kinds of pizzas, not just putting another topping, on a topping, they all ready had on a previous pizza. Plus it was pricey too. With tip, I had paid $11. Not included in the star rating. Just my thoughts: This place is great for little kids though and I love how some restaurants, including this one and Cici's, actually cater to them. I kind of felt out-of-place though because I came here alone and I bet parents and the servers were thinking "Who is this guy eating alone here? No wife? No kids? WTF?"

Excellent pizza, excellent service. Great salad bar too. Nice thin crust, good ingredients and not too greasy. The also serve subs as well.

I so badly wanted to enjoy this way more than I did. I've been to the Giovanni's in Winchester, which is pretty good, but this one doesn't compare as positively. We went at 6pm, seemingly dinner time, and the buffet was not stocked except for mushy pasta. We ended up eating salad as pizzas were being made. The salad and pizzas were mediocre. The staff was friendly but I had the suspicion might have been on drugs...not really worth the $9.

This place was a disaster, I won't be back. I'd been there once before, about two years ago, and it was a mediocre, but passable buffet. They've gone downhill. First, the service. There wasn't any. I walked in. There was no sign saying to seat yourself or wait for a server, or to just go to the buffet. I tried sitting down at a table and waiting for service, 10 minutes later I was still sitting there, in a mostly-empty restaurant with only 3 other tables with customers present. The staff was standing at the counter talking casually with some customers who were paying, and keeping up that conversation for several minutes. I get up and walk to the register. I have to wait a couple of minutes for the employees to stop their friendly conversation and acknowledge me, and I eventually get the person behind the register to ask me if they can help me. I ask what to do if I want the buffet. I'm told to just get a plate and they'll be around for my drink order. Well, I go to the buffet. It was, quite honestly, pathetic. There were 4 pizzas, each with only a few slices remaining: plain cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and vegetable (as compared to the variety they had when I had been there a few years ago). They were greasy and soggy, and had been sitting under those heat lamps for a very long time. The display case of cookies was empty, and the salad bar was picked clean of everything except shredded lettuce and tubs of dressing. The pasta was kept in water-filled tubs, meaning it was soggy when you put it on your plate. There were no breadsticks or cheesesticks (like there had been on my previous visit) or any other items besides the anemic salad bar, pasta and sauce, and the marginal pizza. There were spaces for 3 ice cream machines, all with a sign saying "out of order" and visibly dismantled and removed. I kept thinking that maybe I'd just shown up at a bad time, and if I waited a few more minutes, there would be more pizzas, or replenishment of buffet items that they just happened to be out of. I was there for almost an hour, and all they did was replace the same old pizzas as they were eaten. As I sat there, I looked at the advertisements for all their various specialty pizzas and other menu items like chicken wings. . .which they didn't have on the buffet. The register was crowded with giant bags of potato chips and a huge display of convenience and snack foods and bottled sodas, aimed at take-out customers. Everyone in the store was there for the buffet, but it seemed clear that they were trying to drive take-out sales and running the most minimalist buffet they could call a "buffet". Are they cutting their budget? Maybe they should rethink their priorities.

I love their food but the delivery is always horrible. Between 1 and 2 hours every time and they are not careful with the food. It was basically ruined on one delivery. It's sad that they can't hold the quality in all aspects of their business.

Food is bland, they keep the pasta in water so makes it soggy and went for lunch buffet and there wasn't any food ready you had to wait. I will never go again

This was my first time stopping at this location, I had noticed it driving by on the way to running an errand, it looked pretty dead, 2 cars in the parking lot. When I came back from my errand, still the same two cars in the lot. I decided to go in, I had had Giovanni's buffet in Georgetown, so I had some basis of expectations. Outside the restaurant they were advertising taco style pizza. I walked in, the place was deader then a doornail, yet I immediately noticed a lot of crumbs and stuff on the floor and even some of the seats, and a wet floor sign out amongst the area that had the dirty floor. I asked the gentleman who was about to ring me up, how long they had been here, he answered about a year. I said I had never seen this location, first time here. So he new I was a new customer, and could be a long term. So it had not been cleaned yet in my opinion. I paid for the buffet which was advertised as $6.49, but add a fountain drink and it was well over $9. Ouch! Well I proceeded to the buffet and there was just a handful of pizza out, and most had been eatin, there was 2 lives left of on, and 4 on another, but I did not see the taco pizza, so I asked if they had the taco pizza. The immediate answer from the gentleman that rang me up was no that is a pizza you order, its not offered on buffet. This was a little disappointment. I took the last slices of two pizza's and the last of the breadsticks. While the food was not fresh tasting. I can tell my experience was not going to get much better, as the gentleman is busy behind the register with his phone. When I went up the 2nd time, I saw no new pizza's or anything being replaced. Actually no one for that matter really looked at anything, cause the same empty pizza trays were still there that I took from. So I took some pasta and what was labeled as marinara. But after taking a few bites it had meat, and I asked the gentleman is the signs were in the wrong spot. He got up and walked over and looked and said "Yeah, they just switched them" no real apology or anything. after I determined they were not going to make any additional pizza's and they are just trying to get ride of what they had, and the cost I paid for the experience, I could have had a nice guaranteed experience at many other places for the price. I won't be patronizing this place anymore. My only suggestion if you visit, is analyze the buffet before you buy, you if its not fresh and not what you want, you may be better off ordering a pizza freshly made.

Out of many drink selections. Cheese Pizza was okay but greasy. Other pizza was un-identifiable Salad bar was subpar. Pasta was cooked but wet/water-logged due to being stored in water. Bread sticks were good! Cleanliness was questionable. Mens bathroom was disgusting. Waitress, Rhonda, was a good waitress, Very friendly! You get what you pay for.
