Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Great LOCALLY OWNED pizza place on Harrodsburg Rd by Ramsey's! On our first trip we tried the Steak. Grinder and the Chicken Spinach Mozzarella pizza. Bothe were outstanding And baked in the brick oven. The rest of the menu looks great and we will definitely be back. They do serve bottle beer.

Yikes! Don't go! Our family went for lunch after church. Had signed up for their VIP rewards program a couple weeks prior, they could not find us I their system even though I had a coupon for their free cheese bread from signing up, so no rewards for us. My daughters ordered pizza. They came out promptly, although it was pretty strange that a margarita "specialty pizza" came out with same cheese as our other pizza instead of "fresh mozzarella" as menu states. 10 minutes after our daughters were served, my wife and I were informed that they have an oven issue and my grinder and her ravioli would be another 15 minutes or so. Then 5 minutes later my wife's ravioli was ready but no garlic toast, no cheese, and still had no grinder because the oven wasn't ready (clearly microwaved ravioli instead of oven baked as advertised). Got a refund for the grinder less the tax I paid for it, asked for a to go box for ravioli and was given a pizza box. Every business can run into issues. It's how you respond to them that makes the difference. When it comes to customer service, there is no one home at Brick Oven Pizza!!!

The pizza reminds me of Sir Pizza but not as good IMHO. I like that it's local. However the delivery pizza I got wasn't very good and for the price I could of had a better pizza some where else. Frozen DiGiorno would have been much better and cheaper.

I have to say, I was really looking forward to eating here after reading all of the reviews. The food was not very good...at all. I had the Bacon Ranch Chicken pizza and some chicken wings. The wings were fairly meaty, though largely tasteless. The pizza was terrible. There were a lot of toppings, but they were bland. I seriously doubt I would come back here again.

Chicken spinach mozzarella pizza is excellent!! We also got a bacon one topping pizza, which was also good. And Holy Cannoli!!!...be sure to save room for dessert! All the staff, from the guy at the register to the woman who brought out our pizza to the owner, are super friendly! We had a groupon, but the regular prices are good too. It's a nice sit-down pizza restaurant where you can also order beer (the only one I can think of that isn't near campus/downtown). We will definitely be back here!

First time ordering pizza here and it was well worth the money! I ordered two larges pies, one pepperoni and a veggie pizza. The pepperoni was crisp and the sauce was nice, not too sweet. The veggie pizza was extremely delicious, with fresh, crisp toppings chopped and sliced properly to allow for even distribution across the pizza. The crust was fairly thin but airy for a hand tossed pie. The service was very quick and the staff was friendly. I look forward to exploring the rest of the menu.

Stopped here for a takeout pizza. Ordered a Margherita expecting the traditional olive oil, basil and tomato with sauce. When we picked it up there was no sauce at all, just olive oil and toppings. Nowhere on the menu does it specify that this is a sauce-less pizza so we were surprised and disappointed. Dry pizza is one of my least favorite things. The owner was very friendly when we picked our pizza up, and it was ready early. Overall we may try it again because its near home but wouldn't go out of our way.

Three of us tried Brick Oven this week for the first time. While the restaurant was rather loud from the sound bouncing off the walls and a family that somehow thought the other patrons would enjoy hearing their child's iPad video game beeping and screeching through dinner, the food was quite good. The pizza arrived very fast and at first we didn't think it was anything special. Once we had a bite of our pizzas, however, we were very pleasantly surprised to find the crust crisp and the pizza flavorful. Gray Goose's thin crust pizza is still my favorite locally, but Brick Oven gives them competition for great pizza...and at far less cost. Other than the noise, the only other drawback to this place is not having freshly brewed tea. Instead they offer that gross Gold Peak stuff that tastes like a household cleaner instead of tea.

This place has great grinders, good pizza and pasta as well. Friendly staff and cheap priced! Would definitely recommend checking it out.

Excellent service , pizza and salad were delicious and a clean atmosphere! The staff was very friendly. The location was a bit out of the way , but that made our experience there even better because we were in a new place. One staff did mention that the wings were frozen, that's the only reason I didn't give a 5/star. We will return for sure.

Tried this for the first time 8/28/13. The service was very friendly, the place was clean and the noise level wasn't a problem. Of course, the main thing was that the food was excellent. We got a couple of pizzas and sodas and could not have been happier. The pizza was fresh, amply topped and definitely not what you get at a chain pizza place. Their prices were reasonable, especially the soda at 1.39. I won't order two dollar fountain drinks anymore, just too much to spend. We didn't mind the self serve sodas and dinner ware. If it keeps costs down, I don't mind picking up a fork and plate.

My wife, 4 kids and I moved here from California five years ago and we had quite a few good sit down authentic pizza places that we frequented there. But when we moved out here all there was to choose from was the big box, massively commercialized "Pappa Caesar Huts" and we just wanted something that was a little more "real". Well we finally found it! The service was outstanding, the food was excellent, the price was reasonable, and a personal favorite of mine... They got a 100 rating from the health department, and I know how meticulous you have to be to achieve that score. Kudos to brick oven pizzeria!

The pizza is amazing and very affordable. I stopped in for lunch and spent less than five bucks!!

I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza which in the menu is described as Marinated chicken, bacon, onions and ranch dressing . When the pizza was delivered in the 30 minutes that was specified over the phone i opened the box and saw sliced tomatoes ,bacon , onions , ranch dressing and a small portion of chicken that was lightly dipped into a terrible buffalo sauce that didn't seem to really have any taste at all . After getting into three slices of the pizza i came to a hair which ruined my appetite so i quit eating it and threw the rest away . I'll give this place another shot as mistakes do happen and they are still a little new.

We ordered delivery one night and it was pretty good pizza! We def enjoyed it more than chain pizza places and will probably order from here when we do get pizza. I would like to take the kids on the Monday night kids night where they get to make their own pizzas.

I've had my fair share of pizza in my day. My assessment is that this is a middle of the road, average pizza. I had mine via delivery and it arrived slightly "crumpled" from transport. No biggie. It was good, but nothing to write home about. I also ordered a cannoli. I was disappointed. I guess I've been spoiled. The filling was icing, and likely straight from the ready made stuff you can purchase on the shelf. Just wasn't fantastic to me. Good value, but average on taste.

This is a great place to enjoy great pizza. We have been here twice and both the quality of the pizza and the service has been consistently superb.

This restaurant felt like a cheap diner. It was if I was eating at gatti town they had the same cups and plates. Also the food was mediocre at best. The service was slow and the employees looked dirty. Overall I will not be going again...
