The food was really good, the waitress was very kind, and for how busy it was our food came rather quickly with no errors (and im a pretty picky eater). Their deals are really good, and their extra tall beers are super tasty with the meals! Will go again. (ps - if you go, get their potato chips!)

Nothing great when I visited. Food was just standard & service was below par. I had the cedar plank tilapia which was A-OK but nothing special - both rice pilaf & broccoli were overcooked and all the wait staff seemed to hate working there - not one had a friendly word to say. Did I mention smoking anywhere in restaurants is a pet peeve? No problem in a bar, but a place that serves food?

I do not have a palet for steak, but I do like sirloin and they make a really good one. But if you are on any kind of a time constraint then you might want to go somewhere else. I've eaten here several times for dinner, weekends or midweek and the service is extremely slow more often than not.

This was my first time visiting and I was impressed. We walked through the door and were greeted right away with smiling faces- this isn't the norm so it's worth mentioning. We just wanted drinks and to watch the Detroit Tiger game so we sat at the bar. PJ took good care of us. My boyfriend's beers were $4.50 each and my 2 oz diet Pepsi w/ Bacardi was $4.80. The interior is nice and offers spacious seating. I took a peak at their menu and would go back and try their salmon- PJ highly recommends it.

Well this place use to be kind of ok, but not anymore. It has went to the DOGS. Poor quality of food, poor preparation, poor attitudes and service by ALL staff. This place might as well be a Ryans now. No wonder they remodeled and blocked off the window to the see through kitchen!!!! Its no wonder! I have eaten at many OCharleys throughout the East and this in the #1 worst. I'm talking horribly, ill prepared food....I'm talking HAIR on top of the rolls under the glaze! I'm talking beyond bad. What happened to this place? I have eaten here since 2002 and only in the past 2 years has it absolutely gone to the dogs? Despite what you think O'Charleys- NO I won't eat just anything you serve me. In fact I won't be back to this location any time soon.

Need better service no one asked me if our food was right. It was not. Glass was not refilled.

Horrible experience. Took forever to get seated and still had to wait. Not worth the trouble to eat here

I am in town for business and O'Charley's was a close eating establishment after a long day of work. The server we had was fine and delivered our drinks and food in a timely manner. The disappointment came after I ordered their steak, medium, with cajun seasoning, broccoli and bacon smashed potatoes. The steak arrived clearly overdone. It looked like they had forgotten it on the grill. I confirmed the overdonenss after the first cut. It looked dry and grossly overcooked; all around terrible. Yet, I was hungry and wasn't going to send it back (for other fears) and tried a few bites. The steak was terribly overdone and was overpowered with seasoning. The party I was with each tried a bite to confirm my complaint, not even finishing their bites. One of the other members in our party ordered the same meal; however, requested his be cooked medium rare. He received a similar disappointment and didn't finish his meal as well. It was the worst steak I had ever eaten. We brought it to the attention of the wait staff and the manager, who agreed, and received a 50% compensation on the meal, although probably should have been 100%. To their benefit, a member in our party ordered a different steak and it was done to his liking and cooked properly. In fact, he shared his steak with me as I could not finish the one I had ordered. I will never eat at this O'Charley's establishment again.

After three takeout orders over the course of a month, I'd have to advise you to skip this place. The steak dinners were nearly inedible. Unable to cut with a knife. Tough as shoe leather. Ordered medium well and received medium rare. Fatty, just disgusting. Save your money and drive 40 minutes to Logan's in Clarksville, TN.

I have eaten here several times over the last year for work functions. The best part of the meal is the warm soft rolls. The service there can be good or bad depending on the server, but the food is average. I visited there Friday evening for a work function, and it took about 30 minutes to get seated for 4 people. I got the louisiana sirlon, with salad and baked potato. The salad and baked were normal. The sirlon was cook correctly but the thing I don't like about it is the big scoop of flavored butter on top. It just adds too much to the steak. The waitress was pretty good this night. Overall, there aren't a lot of sit down options in Hopkinsville, but this place is one of the best ones I have found so far.

Skip all the buffets and Applebee's in town and go here! Prices are decent, food is good, and service is great. Our server and manager went above and beyond when a steak wasn't cooked to preference. They replaced the entire plate and took it off the bill. And the replacement was delicious just like everyone else's meal.

I liked it, the honeybuns were nice and hot , the grilled chicken was sufficiently succulent , the service was snappy!
