Basic airport Chick-Fil-A. Don't be fooled folks, they are not as good as normal ones. The chicken was dry and the biscuit I had dry and tasteless as well. The little hashbrown bites were good, but greasy. Price is comparable to normal prices. They don't take gift cards though which is annoying. Won't satisfy your Chick-Fil-A craving.

Happy to see that the airport Chick-Fil-A now offers the spicy chicken sandwich! I wish they had grilled nuggets, but it's still progress. They would have received a higher rating but the service was not the norm. No one said "my pleasure" when helping you. The 3 people were very busy but very confused. I saw someone take the wrong order, then my sandwich was given to the wrong person. We straightened it out but it was still crazier than it needed to be.

Enjoyed this place! Got the regular chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken was deliciously seasoned and tender and the fries had the perfect crunch! Service was quick and I had a pleasant meal for what was available at the airport. Yummm

I might not agree with Chick-Fil-A's politics but I love their food. The food is consistent with other locations. The service is the worst I've ever experienced at a Chick-Fil-A. I have gone twice and both times have been unpleasant. The first experience was at 5:30AM because I had an early morning flight. The cashier was snippy because I asked which dishes had biscuits. The food was consistent with other locations, but for an airport where people are rushing to catch flights, I expect it to be faster.

Same as other locations but more expensive. Only 1 size of milkshakes without the special flavors. Line is usually long but the food tastes as good as regular restaurant. Is closed on Sundays.

I love Chik-Fil-A. Just discovered the grilled nuggets. I know they dont sound nearly as good but if you are trying to eat clean they are definitely tasty enough. Dont go hard on the dipping sauces tho :)

I don't know why people rate Chick-fil-A so poorly. It's awesome. Also, this is not the first Chick-fil-A review I have posted, so the amount of love I have for this place is immense. I did not find the staff to be incompetent or unpleasant, contrary to other reviews. The cashier I had was super nice and happy. Chick-fil-A hasn't been taking Discover cards for some reason, and she was so apologetic and it was all good.

This is a standard Chick Fil A that happens to be in an airport- nothing too special, still closed on Sundays.

Never knew about this CNY (cincinnati N Kentucky airport.. Delta). Don't get fooled. they charge an extra $1 for the breakfast meal if one opts for the Simply Orange OJ bottle. Though it seems that the deal states medium drink included, oh well... didn't want to raise a stink. Chicken breakfast biscuit meal ordered. The quality of the biscuit was noteworthy. chicken wasn't the usual Chick-Fil-A quality...sad about the inconsistency. I find it hit or miss; mine this time: bit soggy. Hash browns coins were very crunchy and placed inside the cutest of boxes. OJ is a larger size. Use straw for ease.

The food was awesome as usual, but the staff was the most awful,I have ever encountered in my 25+ years of patronage of chic-fil- restaurants. The woman taking orders was just funky in the attitude department. She would get pissed at you and other diners when she screwed up. I ordered the breakfast combo that comes with oj, sandwich and potato. My came sans potato, I ask for what I've paid for. Huge sigh and eye roll like i did something wrong. I will come back because the food is awesome but, damn why that lady gotta kill my buzz.

The breakfast line for McDonald's was quite long, so I opted for the (no-line) alternative: Chick-Fil-A, expecting something comparable--low expectations notwithstanding--nonetheless, the product sandwich was terrible: bland, tepid and dry, and the coffee: watery. The free breakfast at the Hyatt Place is better! Confirmation that C-F-A fails at breakfast too. Heading to Bruegger's or Rotten Ronny's for a better cup of coffee; I'll eat breakfast on the plane...

I like Chick-Fil-A in general and the food is generally the same at most locations. Sometimes the preparation and size of their chicken nuggets varies so I guess for airport food it's good.

This is the best fast food chicken sandwich ever! The menu at this location is limited but the quality is still the same. Definite go to when I find it in a airport. Normally never disappointed.

CRAZY FAST I think by osmosis, Chick-Fil-A has adopted the efficiencies of their adjoining food court neighbor...mickey d's, cause they are quick. I had a few minutes to grab some food before my flight or face having to pay Delta $5 for a box of snack "ish". Ordering a "#2 diet" I was handed my bag seconds after being handed my receipt. The only thing I hated was having to wait for all the people from the late connecting flights before I could put my tray table down and eat my food. waffle fries are much better hot :(

I had the Chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The fries werent warm. Oh well should have tried a footlong (no hobo) coney at Gold Star Chili. Was good for Airport food.Even though there are some nice choices to choose from.

We both got sick just hours after eating here. We had the breakfast chicken biscuit. No more Chick-fil-A at the Cincinnati airport location for us! In fact, I'm laying off Chick-fil-A for a little bit. Stay away!

Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. Where to start? No acknowledgment and slow service despite no line, made more slow because the waffle fries needed to be replenished. Since I had a two hour flight delay and was already waiting, I wouldn't have minded waiting for the fries to have been properly cooked according to the minimum standards of fast food. However, the fries were rushed out in a still-frozen state and were served pale, cold, and soggy. The grilled chicken sandwich consisted of a rubbery, processed chicken-like blob served atop the bizarre condiment choice of full sour pickle slices which lent the whole an unpleasant tang. The one star is for the signature fresh-squeezed lemonade that this location didn't manage to mess up.

The speed and customer service of this outlet is exemplary. I wish other Chick Filet's operated in this manner.
