I can't remember the last time I ate at a Ruby Tuesday's but after a 9 hour road trip, we decided it fit our needs as it was walking distance from our hotel and we had a tired baby on our hands. It was Mother's Day/graduation weekend and we thought the service was destined to be slow but actually once we were seated it was very good. We had a 15 minute wait to be seated. We both ordered steaks and there were a ton of choices healthy and not for sides. I had the grilled zucchini and green beans and my husband had the salad bar and mashed potatoes. The food was A OK. The service was excellent.

The general manager read my review and was not pleased with several things. He called me and asked if he could send me a certificate to visit again and that everything I dealt with would be corrected. Tonight my husband and I visited and I must admit, we really enjoyed it tonight. Our server was wonderful. She was friendly and gave her honest opinion on a few dishes. We went with the Pick Three and Salad Bar. Everything was great. No chipped plates, no nasty salt and pepper shakers, the food was hot, fresh and tasty. I am glad the GM contacted us, because we would have never been back. I can say, we will head back for their salad bar again.

The server was nice enough. I think he was new. I had the Chicken & Mushroom Pasta. It tasted like thickened chicken stock with blackening seasoning added to it. Will not order that again.

Great location right off the interstate. The only thing I ever order here is their salad bar. I think it is their best menu option. It is always clean and quite. The staff are helpful, prompt, and friendly. They have a full blown bar here and serve great beers. The only bad part about this whole restaurant is the lights. They hang really low and if you are a bit taller, you will hit your head if you don't pay attention. I know I sure did.

Had the worst experience they charged $34.00 for 2 vodka and non sweet ice tea. When manager came he said that's the price. Every vodka drink on menu is $6.00 but he said that stoli is a premium vodka .. 11.00 extra per drink? Waiter was friendly manager just completely inexperienced

Been to this location countless times now. 99% of the time everything is awesome. Only hiccup here and there was table service was kind of rough. The main consistent has been the quality of food coming out of the kitchen. It has always been perfect. It's hard to order anything but the salmon though. Salad bar with their croutons...... Only one in Lexington area and easy on and off of 75.

The staff here is awesome. The server we had was really sweet and very helpful. That is really the only reason I'm giving two stars. I ordered the salad bar which was pretty dirty. I'm not really sure why. I know it would be tough to clean but you still have to do it. My wife ordered the fried shrimp. Thank God she decided to pull the breading off and check the veins before she took a bite. The first shrimp had not been deveined. So she checked the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, ect and none of them had been deveined. The server was very nice and took the meal off of our check. I just can't stand sloppy establishments. The little details matter and this was bad all the way around.

I don't usually recommend chain restaurants. But they cook most things in their menu and their steaks are awesome.

We ate here tonight (a Friday) and I have had, by far, the worst experience I have ever encountered since I have moved to Georgetown. Yes, it was a Friday. Yes, it was busy. No, that is no excuse for the poor service we experienced here. I don't think I will ever return. The food was poor, the service was awful and the atmosphere was hectic.

I have to say I have been to Ruby Tuesday before and was not excited. My wife got the idea to go because of the new burgers. The new burgers are good. The salad bar was a normal salad bar nothing extraordinary. Mushroom Swiss burger was delicious. The service was AWESOME. We had the only male in the place and he rocked it. He was attentive, knowledgeable and fast. I would really consider going back again to be sat in his section. The rest of everyone kinda had a blah look on the face but he was smiling and having a great time. I truly enjoyed the experience at this Ruby Tuesday.

My family and I visit Ruby Tuesdays whenever we are in Georgetown to visit, which is maybe twice a year. Nevertheless, the service may be a bit slow but this restaurant makes it up with their positive attitude and great personality. The manager of the restaurant went out of her way to personally greet us and we held a 10 minute conversation in which she gave us helpful ideas of the events going on in the city over the weekend and some great places to visit before we left. Not only that, she completely comped my Father's meal just because she is that kind of person. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and easygoing. It's the kind of restaurant where you can go to eat and stay an extra 30 minutes just because of the great atmosphere. Not to mention, I love the food. I don't eat meat and the salad bar offers a wide variety of vegetables, which is AWESOME. I mean, where has the salad bar gone in recent years??? 15 years ago the salad bar was everywhere, featured in various restaurants...Now it's as if it is an endangered species. I love this restaurant and when I go I just get the salad bar because it's that good and fresh.

We arrived at 6pm on Friday and only had to wait 5 minutes for a table...they estimated it to be 15 so I was pleasantly surprised when they called our name. Very friendly, clean cut staff. I wish we still had a RT open in Lexington. Excellent pasta and salad bar. Every thing is reasonably priced too. What's not to love? I don't quite like that they place the salad bar by the front door though because the starving people crunched in and waiting for a seat stare. I know that must be a franchise decision because every RT that I've been to have theirs near the front door too. Must be to entice people to order a salad with their meal...they get me every time.

Ruby's is one of the better places in Georgetown to eat. They have a full bar, patio dining, well-trained servers, and the best salad bar in town. Service seems to be better here outside of the bar area because the bartenders stay very busy pouring drinks for all the other servers.

Standard food but SUPER SWEET SERVICE. The waitress validated my menu selection by saying it was healthy AND tasty!

I had the New Orleans style Talapia. Very good. Nice and spicy. Zucchini was excellent also.

We were there during off hours so the waitress wasn't making as frequent of rounds but at a certain point we (group of four) just started to go to the bar when we needed refills on our soda which was frustrating. The food for the most part was exactly what you'd expect from Ruby Tuesday's except the one person in our group who ordered shrimp had an absurd amount of sand in his meal. I initially thought he was being dramatic but I tried one and it was awful. I would probably dine here again but more than likely in a busier time to assure a present waitress and I wouldn't order any shrimp dishes.

One of my favorites. Not because of the food, although the food is good, but the service has always been outstanding. if you haven't tried RB's Sunday brunch, you're cheating yourself. It's their best idea yet.
