Been here on several occasions. Have tried the prime rib, salads, chicken fingers, tator tot fondu, and potato soup and have enjoyed all the meals from each visit. The servers have always been very nice and our service was excellent. The only dish on the menu I've ordered and didn't care for was the spinach and artichoke dip. The only reason was that I didn't care much for the taste. I would definitely recommend here to other people.

Ordered food to go and was told it would be 10 minutes. I showed up to get my food 15 minutes later and the hostess was texting and the manager was just sitting there watching. I was told to go to the bar. After 5 minutes the to go girl showed up and said they were waiting on new soup to be made. 15 minutes later she brings the food and is super rude. The ticket had the wrong food on it and when I asked her about it she said "that's what you said you wanted" when clearly it was not. I was very disappointed in the attitude of the workers and the overall atmosphere. After working at a different O'Charleys location back in college 3 years ago, I know how things are supposed to be ran and this was NOT it.

Oh, dear. What a disaster this restaurant experience turned out to be. My husband, my three year old daughter and I went here on a Sunday afternoon to try their brunch. We were served raw chicken. And I do mean RAW. I bit into a chicken finger and it was ice cold and pink like from the container in the meat department waiting to be cooked. My husband ordered the sausage scramble, but it came without sausage. So, needless to say, we had to send our food back to the kitchen. I ordered a burger instead but it came out pretty pink as well. This place has potential but with a chef like this, forget it. The staff was very nice about it and comped our entire meal. But don't think it is enough to make us return. Plus, the stressing the rest of the night wondering if I was going to be violently ill was not fun.

So I was in town on business and decided to hit up O'Charleys for dinner (9:30). Now, before I go on, I have eaten at an O'Charleys before with my wife on vacation and we enjoyed the food and the service (Mt. Juliet, TN). However, this location in Frankfort, KY ranks up there as one of the worst service I have ever received. It took me and my colleague 20 minutes to get a drink order. The food was ok, but not the best, although the pie was great. Our waitress would completely dissapear for 20 minutes at a time never to be seen. We had to hunt down another member of staff for drink refills and our salad bowls were taken away only to sit on the table behind us. We felt completely ignored and transparent during our entire time here. Buyer beware, I will not return.

We came in Saturday afternoon and found that they were shorthanded, making there be a bit of a wait. Once we were sat tho, great service, she went above and beyond to take care of us, great food. One of my better experiences at an O'Charleys.

Excellent food, rolls, fish and chips or any side. The bread is awesome. Unfortunately, the service could be better.The staff was very friendly, but my salad and dinner were served all at once. Then, I had to remind the waiter of my ordered dessert, which was excellent by the way. I'll be back because service can always improve and I loved that bread!

We ordered from the lunch menu- catfish, French dip, chicken tenders, and a burger. The food was okay, but it took 40 minutes to arrive at the table. The pies (lemon, caramel, and French silk) took an additional 15 minutes to arrive and were completely frozen. The caramel had ice chips! Our extremely slow server (though to be fair, no one seemed to be hustling) apologized for the pace, blaming the hectic nature of the kitchen. Interestingly enough, they weren't even that busy, so I'm not sure what the kitchen was doing. He rarely remembered to bring everything on his first trip and had to be repeatedly asked for refills, napkins, to-go boxes, etc. I noticed that most of the tables did not turn over very quickly, so I tend think it was an organizational problem.
