This location has quite redeemed itself since my original review. BW3's actually contacted me about my review and was more than appreciative for my honest feedback - and apologetic for our multiple poor experiences. The manager promised changes would be coming and asked that we not give up on this location. A year later and the staff has turned over. We now have consistently very good service from our servers, the captain on shift and manager. They are always happy to offer a tasting of the current promotion wing sauce. The wings of course are always tasty and with the Angry Orchard on tap we just keep going back. Way to rebound B-dubs! OH CAPTAIN, MY CAPTAIN our fearful trip is done... you, 'Captain Danielle' were the only saving grace to our visit last Tuesday night! When we could flag her down, the 'Captain' picked up where our 2 (yes, 2) waitresses failed. Although Danielle even remembered to bring me ice cream (free dessert on your birthday), the rest of the evening was a complete wreck. This visit is without a shadow of doubt, the worst BW3's experience we've ever had (and visits at this location worsen each time). To get down to the facts: 1. My husband & I ordered Angry Orchard ciders for our first round - waitress 1 brought us beers. I'm allergic to wheat & she kept saying it was the cider - I told her I can smell it & know it's a wheat beer. My husband kept the beers so not to waste - later she tried charging us for both. 2. We repeated our order 3 times - waitress 1 still messed it up, but was very apologetic. (Waitress 2 - later in the evening didn't care.) 3. We didn't get napkins and bowls until long after our wings-which still took too long even considering the busyness of the store (World Cup game). 4. Waitress 1 forgot our waters repeatedly - upon a 2nd reminder she said they had ran out of cups and said "that's no excuse though, I know". Once we got waters we never got refills - thank you, waitress 2. 5. After asking repeatedly for ranch & blue cheese, waitress 1 brought them & accidentally dropped them on the ground - next to our friend. We finally got one of each - the last we got for the evening. 6. Our table piled up with empty glasses and wing bowls but no one cleared our table until requested - thank you, Captain! 7. No military discount b/c of the 'Tuesday night wing promo'. This is the only BW3's across the country that hasn't honored our military IDs - no matter our order. Waitress 2's response, "Hey, I gotta make money too." (WHAT?!?!?) The Frankfort store (#383) is such a far cry from the customer service we are used to with our old store in the Highlands - where the hostesses, our fav. servers know our names. I hope store #383 gets it together or we'll start making wings @ home... we already have the chickens.

Usually my BDubs experience is wonderful, however FIFA World Cup overwhelmed the restaurant and the service was so so. We tried the outside seating and luckily were loved to the inside. The service inside was better (however the game ended which probably helped matters). I will go back, and am definitely not judging BDubs off of this one time. It's still one of my top three for a big sporting event!

I put in a lunch order online, and the food was ready when I went to pick up, but they messed up my order slightly - gave me celery instead of carrots. Service was great, and there was no line.

A really well-run Buffalo Wild wings- they even asked if we wanted any of the TV's changed and let us watch the RedBull Diving championships and the Crossfit Games.

Nothing special to say about this place. It's a BDubs.

Great place, friendly staff and the best view in Central Ky. My wife and I go to watch the hockey games and they do not hesitate to get it on a TV I can see easily. They truly get happy customers. Will be heading there tomorrow for the game!

I have been back to this BW3 sports events on TV and it has gotten better. The wings taste fresher now. I do love the cinnamon squares dessert! It is like deep fried bread pudding with caramel sauce!

We are still waiting for our drinks and food. It's a good thing we like watching TV. I've been here before but never service this bad thanks Tonya.

i have been to quiet a few BWW restaurants over the years as i do programmed on their integration systems that control all the audio, TV's and satellite receivers. I can tell that this one has recently been remodeled. They have upgraded all of the Tv's and projectors and as the are implementing the new 90" flat panels that are slowing replacing some of the projector locations as they are brighter and last longer. The rest of the restaurant appears to have gotten a overhaul as well. The place is very clean and the bar seems to have been reworked a little. The overall facility is good. It is not as big as the others and in KY unlike Indiana they allow youth into the bar area which i find weird and when you want some beers with the guys and you've got a table full of loud high school kids next to you in the bar its weird. But that is a KY thing, not an issue with BWW. The staff here was great!! i sat down at the bar and never had an empty drink, the bar tender chatted with me a little but not too much as to bother me from watching the football game that was on. The rest of the staff seemed to be very cheerful and the manager was all over the place helping staff in the front and back of the restaurant showing he was on hi game. I was greeted when i came in and was given appreciation as i left for my business. There were a couple of guys at the bar that i could tell were locals and were amazingly nice to me and just overall very polite and friendly. I didn't get any food when i was here but most BWW are pretty consistent. All the people around me seemed to be very happy and were eating all of their food. They do have some pretty awesome things on the menu that i recommend but i'll leave that for a review when i order them next time ;-) Overall this place is a good place to go in my book, adults watching the game to a family night out. i do work in Versailles from time to time and would definitely come back here in the future. I also recommend if you had a bad experience here in the past to come back and give it another shot.

Stopped in for a quick one at lunch time, prior to a meeting. Wanted to really see if things had improved here. We were greeted quickly and seated in a flash. Our food was ordered (fried pickles and a daily special of Asian Zing wings and fries) and we received our order very quickly. The food was hot and fresh and simply wonderful. Our waitress was quick and very friendly. A major plus here. The loud, almost deafening music had been toned down quite a bit and a normal conversation could be had between diners. They've made some good changes and would appear that this place is developing a good clientele. Good for them and I hope them all the best. I'll be back.

1.5 hours to get seated and actually get our food. Place was packed (but keep in mind it is new). Didn't keep our drinks filled. Got 2 out of 3 orders wrong. We were billed for food we didn't get and had some trouble getting the bill right. Music was too loud. Food was fine except for the boneless chicken wings which were terrible. A friend said they are always bad and that I should have ordered the ones with bones. I am going to give it another chance and see how it goes. I will revise my review should it get better the second time. It was surprisingly expensive--3 meals and an appetizer for $37. 8/21/2012 Update: I went back, and this time I got the boned chicken. Much better! Also, it was less crowded and our waitress was very good. They still got our orders wrong (both of them!), but otherwise it was a much better experience. I am updating my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

We were traveling across country when we rolled into Frankfort and into this BWW. We were starved. We were seated quickly, and our server Christopher was excellent. He and the other servers on at the time made our meal very pleasant. The food was fantastic as usual with BWW ( we are fans) and we fully enjoyed our visit to this location. The manager stopped by to check on us and make sure things were fine. There are eight in our family, and we got a wide range of flavors from sweet bbq, teriyaki and parmesan garlic to jammin' jalapeno, spicy garlic and mango habanero. Christopher was an excellent server. He was really good with my kids, which isn't the norm when we walk into a place with five kids. We ordered drinks from the bar and they came quickly. Sometimes we have had to wait a while on our drinks. We live 4 miles from a BWW, and have been to BWW many times before, but this was hands down the best BWW experience my family has had.

We got invited back for a VIP visit by the assistant general manager. The food & service were excellent. They made up for our unpleasant experience with Randell. We will go back now.
