I like Panera. The food is good, bit expensive but good. That being said, what is going on with the people behind the counter?! It used to be so different- cordial, fast and knowledgeable about their menu. I know that certain businesses hire young in an attempt to stay/portray trendy. And service suffers for it at times-like today. Two employees were flicking bread at each other while talking to me. I asked if a particular sandwich was good but all I got was "This is what I like-this is all I know". Maybe having an older employee present would be good as he/she would be more serious and not treat the job like a passing fancy. Again, the food is good but the service knocked it down a star for me.

I like the food at Panera, the wifi, and the outdoor seating. However, over time, the portions keep shrinking! And for what you pay, I do think you should get more - and the prices are the similar to other places where there is service. If you're going to have me bus my own table, then cut the price a bit, and /or make portions larger.

I really like Panera but I'm really disappointed in this location. On multiple occassions, I've been more than disappointed. For example, I ordered a Chicken Noodle soup and my soup was ice cold. I had to ask them to heat it up. They take 5 minutes to heat it up and when I go back to my seat to taste it, it's still just barely lukewarm. That is only one example out of many more.

Great food and service! Love the Atmosphere! Easy to get to and great free parking, free Wifi! Great take out also! Good Menu!

Panera always gives me mixed feelings. The food seems thrown together very sloppily and on cafeteria dishes. I think presentation is very important. But the food is always great and the price is reasonable - so I always leave with a good feeling. This visit I ordered the Bread bowl of french onion soup - I received a bowl of french onion soup - Oh well, I guess I didn't really need a bread bowl. lol The soup was good and so was the baquette too. It's nice to choose the different sections depending on what you feel like that day. Maybe its a day by the fireplace or give me a booth in the middle away from everyone (secluded a bit).

One of the best places I've ever ate at. Our food was fresh, it tasted amazing, and the staff is extremely nice. We also got dessert, it was also fresh. The only thing I could complain about is it's very crowded, but it's worth the food. If I'm ever in Florence again, I will stop back by.

When dealing with Panera I find that employees are ALWAYS subpar in regards to competence and behavior, but the product is decent even if over priced. However, I do not believe that is beyond the realm of possibility to expect a beverage to be iced if specified or likewise hot if specified. I specifically said I wanted and iced beverage and once again, the employees of this company show a CONSISTENT inability to follow the most mundane/simple instructions. I've worked in food service for years so I have no qualms in criticizing this business. I will not be back. What a waste of time and money.

I like Panera, but litterally every time I come to this location the coffee is out and I have to wait or try a differwnt flavor. Frustrating!

I love Panera but find this location lacking. The dining area was is dire need of cleaning. I could barely eat my food because the tables, booths and floors were so gross

Very disappointing..the place was very dirty and showed lack of ownership. Between the food preparation surfaces and the dirty walls, floor, and dirty dishes I can't see how they pass the health inspections. The food seemed to all be processed meats and tasteless.Way overpriced for what you actually get. I will not be returning.

Panera is my go to when I am craving the comfort of a hot soup and sandwich. Their broccoli cheese soup is probably my favorite anywhere and the baguette that it is served with is always delicious. I have had many of their sandwiches and have never been disappointed with them whether with or sans meat. The bakery always has many tempting and delicious pastries, bagel and sweets to satisfy that fresh baked craving. This is a great spot for families too with a kids menu available. while you are here grab a delicious coffee drink to wash down all of the delicious food. I have always gotten quick service, though it can slow down a bit at peak times.

Free Wi-fi is one my main focal point of going to Panera. The atmosphere is also a quaint place to hang out. Wi-fi does help me come here often. The food is ok. When I have monthly store meetings. I like to order here. Here is my traditional monthly order. 12 bagels 13th free, usually plain bagels sometime a few blueberry or cinnamon surgared with 2 tubs of plain cream cheese. Cherry pastry Bear claw pastry Blueberry muffin Chocolate pastry Spinage quiche or turkey quiche...yummy The only issue I have with Panera, its a little pricey $ I would recommend this place overall.

Terrible service. Severely understaffed. Waited in line 20 minutes at 6:50 pm this evening with one poor girl taking orders at the register, filling pastry and bagel orders, preparing specialty drinks, while I saw four other female employees came out from the back, look around, and disappear into the back. Including a woman who looked like she was a manager. Not a single employee took the initiative to open a second cash register, even though they all saw the line of customers that stretched all the way to the front door. I should have left at that point but I thought surely a second cash register would open up. It never did. The girl at the register was very pleasant, as was a male employee who appeared from the back and announced he was the dishwasher but was there to help at the bakery counter to fill orders. Then came the wait for food. Two young guys were working in the food prep area. One named Brad seemed completely lost. Kept looking at the monitor then he would arrange plates on the counter then stare at the monitor again. He then had the nerve to start talking to his co worker about the closing process and when they should start! All this with a dozen customers waiting for their orders! I started talking to a woman next to me who was as disgusted with the lack of customer service as I was. This Panera is in serious need of a shake up. Starting at the management level. There are plenty of places to eat along Houston Road which I will now choose over coming back to this Panera. I have been a Panera fan since the very first restaurants opened on Beechmont Ave. and at Kenwood Towne center in cincinnati. I don't want to boycott one of my favorite places, but it's just not worth the wait nor the frustration. I hope someone from the organization reads this and takes some action.

Pan eras breakfast selection is always good. Their bagels are awesome but on a weekend you've got to get there early. The paninis and salads are great for lunch. The pastries look good but I have never had them. It is always bagel and coffee for me. I do like this location as there is plenty room to sit. Free wifi and comfortable seats keeps you here a little longer.

I need to give Panera Bread a shout out because this is where I write most of my Yelp reviews. This place is happening on a Saturday morning. But, the free Wifi and rewards keep me coming back. I've had a Panera card for a couple of months and have scored a free coffee, free smoothie, free pastry and $2 a meal. It's much better that the other rewards cards I have. I find the food delicious. I love that they now list the calorie count on the menu. That helps me choose. And nothing tastes better on a cold day than a yummy hot soup and freshly made sandwich. The pink ribbon Breast Cancer Research bagels they have are great and for a good cause. Aside from the few times I've had trouble finding a seat, I have no complaints about Panera. It's fast food that feels healthy - and I love that.

I love Panera. I love that I can take my laptop & sit there as long as I want & not be bothered. They have one of the better rewards cards out there too. It seems like I am getting a free bagel or coffee every other time I go. It gets super busy around lunch time, but it's such a great option if you are wanting a soup/salad. Their bread is fabulous - try the asiago cheese.. it's heavenly!

Panera as a whole is a 4 star for me. I like the numerous healthy options here and the general ambiance, local feel, and friendly workers always is appealing to me. This particular location... there is just something off... it's not always convenient to get to even though it seems close to where you are. The food presentation always seems rushed and less presentable than other paneras in the area. The layout and table availability don't seem as nice as other paneras as well. Thus the 3 stars on this one. But its still a decent panera overall.

The price of a sandwich, side, drink and if they try to up-sell you the pastry item for 99 cents can run you in the $9-10 range, which starts to get a little pricey if you do takeout. As someone who meets a group there to use the wifi and work on a group project, we don't mind paying for that atmosphere.

I eat at this Panera at least once every two weeks, usually more. I have only had a few incidents when there was something to complain about and it's usually just that they need someone to clean up the eating area or that it takes a minute or two longer than it usually does. Overall they have amazing food and great service. I wish they would get a drive through, I would wait ten minutes at least to not have to get out of my car lol I love this store though. It's my favorite restaurant. Their cheese pastries are to die for!

Typical Panera. It is the closet one to where we live. I am pretty sure the guys that work there get high in the back before they come out to work. One cashier asked us at least 5 times if we wanted drink after he had already handed us the cups the first time he asked. Otherwise your typical Panera. We still go there at least twice a month
