Just like every other ihop. What were you expecting?

I should mention that I got here early (I know there is always a crowd). There was still a 10 minute wait. My waitress was really attentive and they even inform you the neighboring servers name in case you need something and they aren't there. My food was cooked properly and was what I expected it to be. I don't know what the other reviewers were expecting, but as a 24 hour diner specializing in breakfast this compares really favorably with the market.

First it took about 30 mins for our food to come out. Hubby got a mega monster cheeseburger with bacon and fries and about half way through the meal, he found a hair on his fries. I ordered a veggie crepe and found a hair on it as well. If the bite hadn't fallen off my fork I would have eaten it! I actually asked the server if the cooks wore hair nets because if the concentration of hair in our food. The fruit that came with my meal was not fresh at all. Needless to say it was not a good meal. The only bright side was that our waitress was polite and courteous. Will not be a patron of this restaurant anymore. Oh I'm using their free wifi to write this review.

Where do I start on this waste of time and money. First my hash browns were burned to a crispy black. Then my entire breakfast was cold including eggs, bacon, and french toast. My Pepsi was cold (though it is supposed to be) but it was flat and tasteless. Seriously, who wants a cold, burned breakfast to start their day. This is my second trip to an iHop and both times I have been disappointed. I have now added them to my list of places to never eat again.

My Dad wanted to go to IHOP for Thanksgiving breakfast. Personally, I think we'd have been better off staying home! The coffee is sub-par. My sausage was cold, and the wait staff refused to seat us at the table we wanted b/c we have a toddler and they told us that placing her in that particular area was a fire hazard. I'll tell you what's a fire hazard..sticking all those tables so close togethe rso that you can't even leave until another party or waitress moves out of your way!. On top of all this, I think the food is way over-priced. Just like Perkins fare if you ask me. I won't be going back.

I don't know why the reviews are so bad. I decided to take a chance and I was glad I did. The IHOP in Canada is so expensive and I was glad a got a good meal while I was visiting for a decent price. The server was polite and quick. Try the banana pudding pancakes if you have the opportunity - so GOOOOD

I ordered my drink with one server and was told she was leaving for the day and then got a new server. I ordered hashbrowns with onions that came out without any onions and raw turkey sausage. The food came out quickly but wasn't cooked properly and was barely warm. I eventually got a refill on my drink but the new server clearly didn't know how to make it. It was the tropical island splash. Although it's just mango syrup juice and sprite, the server had a hard time. When it came time to leave it was actually the host who finally brought me to go boxes instead of my server. Customer service here is AWFUL

Good old Sunday family breakfast! I was recently in Kentucky to visit with a sick relative. The morning we were headed home we decided to stop at this IHOP for breakfast. It was so good! There was a little bit of a waiting time but considering that amount of people there and that this specific IHOP is much bigger than the one where I live, it wasn't too long of a wait. The staff was friendly and we got our food within 10-15 minutes of ordering. Our waitress was really sweet and checked on our table often. A glass never went empty. If I am ever near this IHOP again, I will definitely have to stop by!

Quick breakfast with Mom... Very friendly service. Quick and efficient. Food was just what you expect from an IHOP, which isn't always good, but is always filling and perfectly edible. A serviceable place to eat when you want to know exactly what you'll be getting. I have always wondered why the IHOP restaurants keep the syrup on the table at room temperature... warmed syrup is far preferable.

Should have heeded the advice of previous yelp reviews! Against my better judgment, took my daughter here for breakfast for her seventh birthday. Half of our parties' order was taken and, 15 minutes later, we had to go find a server to take the order of the rest of our party. Half of the family had their food before the other half had even had their drink order taken. Obviously, some people had finished eating and were ready to leave before others had even received their meals. The second half of our party had to wait 55 minutes for their food. When all of the food finally came out, some orders were incorrect, and some plates were cold. Who wants cold pancakes? We also found food particles in the ice in our drinks. The manager offered coupons for free meals on our next visit, which we refused to accept. We will not be back.

Worst service I have ever had. These people just dont care about customer service. Everytime me and my coworkers have went we wind up staying for at least an hour and a half... and not by choice. Tonight it took about 20 min to get drinks with no refills, about an hour for food that definitely wasnt worth the wait, and another half an hour for a check! Tonight was a terrible dinning experience, but wasnt the first bad experience I've had at this ihop. The manager here needs to crack the whip and get this place back into shape.

this review is for IHOP as a chain more than for this individual location What the hell has happened to IHOP? Talk about a place going downhill. For some reason, they now serve, pretty much all their pancakes, with pie filling and whip cream on top. Whose idea was that? For a meal thats suppose to give you nutrition and energy, to pile on pie filing and whipped cream? I remember, years ago, getting blueberry pancakes at IHOP. Then trying the variety of syrups. Since their blueberry pancakes are now smothered in blueberry pie filing and whipped cream, you gotta be a madman to put pancake syrup on that, so it ruins the experience. The grossest part of this whole place is, this isnt some kind of dessert-y bakery. This is suppose to be a meal. A breakfast, lunch or dinner. When I went, they had a "Lorax" breakfast promo where they were serving CHILDREN a waffle cone with a pancake stuffed in, blueberry pie filling smothered on it and then topped with powdered sugar. No wonder we have weight/obesity problems in this country. The sad part is, all this food would taste legitimately better without all the decadent shit on top of it. Also, I had their "Big Steak Omelet" that was so bland that i dont think it couldve had less flavor if they were purposely trying to make the blandest thing they could. I only had a few bites of it. I will say this, all this food was extremely inexpensive. Don't know if thats a good thing or a bad thing though...

I have been to IHOP in other states in other locations in the food is been moderate to fair. The Florence Ky location has the worst food at any I have been too. I would never recommend anyone going there ever.

The service and quality at IHOP vaires so much that it is honestly just not worth your time going. The last two visits had us waiting 10 minutes to get menus and another 15 to get orders in, followed by 30 minutes for food, and this was with maybe 5 tables filled in the restaurant. When we got our food, the order was incorrect and my son's pancakes were burnt. My eggs were undercooked and inedible. Service was bad as we only saw our waitress once to get the check, and drinks were not filled. As much as I like IHOP, the Florence location has seriously went downhill. The IHOP across the bridge off 275 E is much better if you are out that way. Unless you want to waste an hour of time being aggravated and hungry, I would say go elsewhere.
