Pizza? Blech. Fried shrimp? OK. Chicken nuggets? OK. Service? The real problem. I could almost get around the yucky food, but the service made it worse. We said thank you every time the server came to our table and every time, she just walked away silently. Clearly she was having a bad day. But even before that, we had to flag down a server because the other server who told us she'd be right with us was busy talking with her friends the whole time. Every table was dirty when we walked in. I don't know why the place was packed or why it's been in business there for so long. Clearly, the patrons have low standards for pizza and service.

First time visit. We had a coupon. We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza,2 Steak Hoagies and 2 orders of FF. The food was hot,fresh and Very Good! Lots of cheese and FF! The pizza was cooked perfectly. Lots of Pepperoni and Melty Cheese! The hoagies were good too! Pizza sauce is Tomatoey and spiced just right. Lots of pickles,sauce and cheese. The FF were numerous and cooked just right. They were Hot and Fresh,salted a little. The ketsup was cold and fresh. Grammas has local decor with booths and table and chairs. Looks like a regular mom and pop Pizza Place. Nothing fancy which was fine with us. They also have 4 Flat Screen TVs,a Small bar and beer. It was seat yourself. We went on a Saturday evening and they were busy. I do think they need another server. Our server was busy and could use a hand,but she was smiling and nice to talk to. The also have Gyros and Spaghetti w Meatballs. If you enjoy good Pizza,hot and cooked just right you will like Grammas! We told our daughter and and her family how good the food is and they went there after we did. They loved Grammas as much as we did! Reach magazine often has coupons. Great Place!

4 stars because I have only been there once, and have not tried the pizza. "Help Wanted" sign on the door but when I went in there were it seemed a dozen people working there, all ages, all of them very friendly and even playfully teasing each other. Menu was more extensive than I had imagined. Wings were great, philly steak very tasty. Small bar with good beer choices on tap. I will most certainly check out their pizza, and if it is as good as the other food, this will be my go to neighborhood pizza place. A nice family atmosphere.

If you haven't tryed Grammas pizza it's a must ! And if you have in the past , hopefully you loved it like my friends and I did !! There's not a better deal in the Florence area for the quality of pizza and hoagies , that you get ! They have coupons in the Reach Magazine , and have specials everyday ! Give them try and you will be very satisfied ! Thanks to the staff that takes the time to put quality food out and cares how my food looks when it gets to my table !

Got pizza, spaghetti, wings and a hamburger from here for delivery. It was quick delivery, the man was very nice and quick. The wings are actually deep fried so they taste fantastic. Not like the normal crappy wings most pizza places have. We got wings again tonight.

I've never dined in here which may be why my rating is higher than others. I can only speak for the carry out/delivery service and pizza. The pizza is GOOD! The cheese is really good too. I think I heard that they shred it on site. As far as customer service I have neither been wow'd or disappointed. It's just average. I wish they had a website for online ordering and full menu. Great prices too!!!

The only thing worse than the pizza is the service....Crust tastes like cardboard. Waitress brought hoagies out and told us to check if we got the right ones because she had no clue what was what....
